I had an appalling experience at this restaurant on Dec 22, 2023. We went with our family and children to celebrate birthday's and graduation. Despite my brother paying the bill, the staff accused him of not doing so and involved the police. The situation was only resolved after checking security cameras, confirming the payment. Additionally, the security guard's aggressive behavior added to the overall unpleasantness of the ordeal. My sister was also pushed by another guard for no apparent reason. The lack of trust and the unnecessary involvement of law enforcement made this dining experience a nightmare. Considering the distressing incident and the need for better management, we decided not to return to that restaurant. Clear improvements in management are essential to ensure customers are treated fairly with respect and dignity. The entire situation was embarrassing for us. I live in Stamford and I use to visit the one in Ridgefield cause their food and ambience it's so amazing! But since they opened the one in Stamford I can't help be there every weekend! They have this beautiful chandeliers, the drinks have amazing presentation and the food has a great taste and all the people that works there, including the manager/owner are very helpful and kind.
