So I was going through your trying to find somewhere really good to eat and I seen this Mexican restaurant.. with high ratings. I'm like I gotta try this and it was right down the street from my job. Wow so happy that I picked this location. Great customer service my waitress was awesome. I didn't get her name, but she was great always smiling. Came to my table 5-6 times to ask if everything was great. my Mando was super fresh even on a weekday very clean establishment. Came again recently after not having been here for a few years and it must have changed a lot or maybe new cooks or a bad day The rice on our dises was dry, stale and lacking flavor. The beans were not great either, they weren't fresh or maybe even canned. My chorizo con papas plate had a little more onion than I anticipated I wished it would have been cooked a little longer as they were a little raw. Everything else was good including service. My wife and I had some car work done, close by and we needed to get something to eat. We saw Teresa's on Yelp, so we walked over. This is a quaint little spot in a little strip mall. We had shrimp enchiladas and a huge Fish burrito with fresh pepino limonadas. Amazing! From the rice to the beans, the fresh chips, great salsas, everything authentic and made to order. We were treated better than at even the fanciest restaurants we've been to. The chef came out to have a chat with the patrons, and shared a little about how he keeps everything tasting so authentic and delicious. Great food, great service, even an awesome playlist serenading us. We will absolutely be back again, even if we have to go out of our way to eat here. read more

I've had Teresa's Mexican Grill booked marked for months and I finally got this try this place for breakfast ! I started with a cafe de olla, excellent! I was craving rice and beans this morning so I got the huevos con chorizo and it was so flavorful! My husband got the fan favorite torta cubano, with 2 types of meat carnitas and milanesa, and wow, you have to try this and it eat at the restaurant! I think if you order this togo it might be soggy. Excellent and friendly staff with smiles on their faces! Definitely coming back here to try more of the menu! read more

The cubana torta is tasty. But the bottom bread is so soggy because everything is juicy and they give lots of guacamole. The milanesa breading gets soggy too. The pulled pork is juicy. The beef burrito is good too. Equal portion of meats and beans n rice. So it's not too dry with just meats. Beans and rice is soft and flavorful. Watermelon aqua fresca is good. Very refreshing and very big cup. Sadly they didn't give us straws! We asked and they said it's in the bag...but it wasn't. Expect 10 minutes if you call to pickup. Pretty pricey tho; 3 meal + 2 drink is $45. Everything is flavorful, but hours after the meal feels so thirsty. read more

Such a disappointing restaurant. I ordered chilaquiles... they were dry and the salsa tasted like it's made with vinegar? I also ordered the caldo de pollo. It was about 3/4 broth and a few slices of carrots and one chicken wing, bone and all. The only decent thing I received was an asada burrito - even though I ordered a chicken burrito. Walking In the place is a small little Mexican spot to sit about 28 people the Man welcomed us in and we sat down. We got our menus and ordered chips and salsa which was really good! Next we placed our order which was a plate of carnitas beans and French fries and some chorizo queso fundido with flour tortillas. The food was really good :) read more

The food is super delicious, tastes homemade. The service is always friendly and quick! They always give me a 10 minute estimated pick up time and the food is ALWAYS ready on time! The prices are reasonable given the quantity and quality of food. They may not be in the best location, I had driven past the restaurant plenty of times without spotting them, but even with that challenge this place always has customers dining in and picking up orders. My favorites are the red chulada chilaquiles, red pozole and my husband loves their red pozole as well as the menudo con pata, and wet asada burrito. If they bottled that red sauce they use on the chilaquiles I would buy it. I scrape up every bit of that sauce from my plate. The flautas are pretty good as well. Now for the the reasons I didn't give 5 stars. They've messed up my order a handful of times, sometimes I returned to correct it or if I'm missing an item I call and they have provided a refund without me having to return. Sometimes they offer a free agua fresca when I do return to have the order corrected. Also some items have been a total miss. The carnitas plate was terribly dry, and I was given sliced pork! I as expecting juicy tender with crispy bits. Instead it was awfully dry pale looking slice of pork. Their chicken tortilla soup was meh. Kinda bland and didn't come with the garnishes (cream, cilantro and avocado) like it did on the Yelp pictures others posted. Their mole it's self has a really good flavor, but the burrito didn't have any thing in it but rice . Also asked for avocado and they didn't put any inside Or onion or cilantro it was one big rice burrito. We also ordered a alpastor wet burrito. It had soooo much rice also . /: hardly no meat more pineapple than meat. We spent like 46$ on 3 burritos and 2 drinks. I can honestly say that I've had about half of what's on their menu I've had breakfast I've had lunch I've had dinner everything from steak and eggs to taquitos. Also, the fajitas are the bomb! And the service is always great. The ladies/señoras that work there are always so friendly, it's a very nice comfortable place , the place is nice and clean. It is located in a strip mall so it's out-of-the-way but do not let that fool you. So, basically, if you're in the area, go by and grab a bite. There's a ton of Mexican food places in this area, and several are good, so for one to stand out from the others requires something really special. Teresa's is it. We've been doing a lot of ordering in, and it's not always easy to impress from a take out container. So while this review isn't taking the full dining experience into consideration, from a food standpoint, the flavors and quality of what Teresa's is putting out of their kitchen is really excellent. Their burritos are amazing, especially the al pastor, which is incredibly meaty, well seasoned and has a perfect amount of pineapple for that sweet and spicy experience. Don't even think about not getting your burrito anything but wet. You'd be missing out on it being smothered in one of their super flavorful sauces, and that would be a mistake! All the dishes we've tried are good sized portions and packed with flavor. It's probably hard to miss here. I can't wait to try more of the menu.
