There's plenty of parking around the restaurant, plus there's additional parking in the giant shopping center. Sushi Freedom is marketed as an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) place, but you can also order a la carte. The AYCE price is about $33 per person for dinner/weekends ($23 for weekday lunch). They also have lunch specials, but these are only available on weekdays (similar to the buffet pricing, the weekend is all-day dinner). Sashimi is only available at dinner. Even though it's called "Sushi Freedom," they have other Asian cuisine dishes on the menu. I like that the AYCE also includes apps, soups, salads, and some noodle dishes. I did a la carte this time, but I will definitely come back to try out the AYCE. We were greeted and seated right away. Several customers were finishing up their meals. The tables were already set with menus, napkins, and silverware. Once we were seated, our server immediately got our drinks. Service was excellent! He asked if we had any questions about the menu, checked on us, was knowledgeable about the menu and nuances of the sushi rolls and other dishes, and the sushi was brought out in a reasonable amount of time.
