I am a 5 year regular customer of their Teriyaki Chicken dish with noodles and vegetables. The chicken used to be wok fried with a nice char. Today and my previous order, the chicken pieces were barely cooked, and half had fatty grizzle which I had to spit out. Almost no vegetables and to top it off they didn't bag the teriyaki sauce on the side which is supposed to come with it. The noodles too, are not the same. They are thinner and soggy. They must have changed owners, and they are cutting corners. I'm done. Extremely disappointed. I'm going to call the Health Dept to give them an inspection on that disgusting chicken. Gave it a second try today, the experience was much better than the first time. The spicy chicken was like an American Asian fusion. American style grilled chicken with charred edges and applied with teriyaki sauce, pretty good actually. It's a tad more spicy than typical American spicy level. The rice was good this time & I went for the fountain drink to avoid bottled Pepsi. The only issue I had this time was that the restaurant smelled a bit, like dirty carpet smell. It's weird as the floor is hardwood, so this could only be from either the black placement mats in various places, or maybe the cleaning lady used dirty water to mop the floor? Either way, it's worth looking into & address it asap to make the place smell nice. read more

I was debating on sharing a two star review, but the flavor of the food was nice. After dropping someone off at the airport, we stopped in for a to-go order. Chicken teriyaki and rice for one. After ordering, we waited over an hour for the food, they forgot part of the order-they asked for my receipt. We were told 20 minutes since we had guests sitting in the car, but 20 minutes for fresh food might have been worth it. Unfortunately even after the hour + wait, the chicken was cold as they waited for the noodles (which were good). Online orders who came in for pickup also had 30-60 minute wait. The customer service was lack luster. It seemed staff was not interested in being there. The cleanliness (stickiness) could be improved. We will not be returning visitors. read more

Hey guys, back with another review if I may be completely honest. This spot didn't give me what I was looking for. It wasn't bad, but let me explain. I love spicy, but if it's just burning heat and no flavor then that's where you loose me, then Im aggravated. Mad spicy sauce i need to taste more flavor with the heat. Service was pretty good, first time going there, did my order online and didn't realize there was pickup area where your order is for you to pickup. The cashier was very nice. The ambiance was cool, but per usual I didnt go there for that. Plus I ordered online to pickup. Do remember this is all my opinion, so it won't hurt to give them a try to see whether or not it's for you! read more

The Orange Chicken bowl had very little chicken, and it didn't have the faintest essence of orange, never mind any sauce on it. It was served over noodles. They definitely were not Chinese noodles. I think it was thin spaghetti? And the vegetables...barely cooked, watery cabbage? zucchini slices, and a few tiny pieces of a broccoli florets. Not even one whole floret. And for this I was charged $33 with tax and tip. Thank heavens I had condiments in the fridge to try to doctor up that mess. Never again! I didn't know that my food was left out side in the cold in front of my door. Drivers didn't call me or knock on the door.

Once I got home I ate the food and within 2 hours I had runs and puking. The chicken was not fully cooked and I went to my doctor for food poisoning. I tried to call and unfortunately no manager wanted to rectify the issue. The restaurant was closed for 5 days due to a failed health inspection and sadly they reopened but haven't rectified the sickness that was caused to me. No refund or anything. read more

The side of noodles, could eat them all day! White rice was great, orange chicken and egg rolls- everything we got was great. Literally night and day from my last review! I really dont write reviews unless something was terribly bad or fantastically amazing; Or if a bad review has turned to an awesome one like this one... i would have written this even if I hadn't had a bad experience the first time! This place isn't JUST a carryout. Its Quality food with a nice balance of flavors- and A LOT of it. Were going to be eating this for the next 2 days for sure! Ordered the chicken it had great flavor but not all of it was cooked thoroughly. The veggies also were not cooked all the way. The chicken egg roll was served cold and was very bland. My husband also had a couple of pieces of chicken that were not cooked all the way. To have noodles or all veggies there is an up charge. Then to get the spicy sauce another up charge. The staff was great though. To sit in the dining room it was pretty cold. It was pretty busy so I might give them another try later on. read more

Orange chicken was not what I expected either, not a lot of flavor and once again portions were small. I paid extra for soba noodles with the orange chicken and I think it was thin spaghetti, I'm not sure, but it was not very good. It was packed at 1 pm on a Saturday, I think just because it's new. I usually receive wonderful service when I go to this location. I normally go on the weekends. Today was the first day I went on a weekday. There were 2 young ladies working, whom I've never seen there before. The girl working in the back was yelling about having to do all of these positions at once and "who does Devyn think I am". Her and the front working girl were going back and forth arguing and talking about hating their jobs. They also had a disagreement about who would drop the chicken (that I ordered and said I would wait for) the girl working on the grill was so rude and unprofessional. The girl working the front said "FINE I'll just do it". I ordered 2 large chicken breast bowls and one steak bowl. I waited over 40 minutes for my food. In addition, she cut the meats horribly (I more so needed to cut it myself) and while she was cutting them she was slamming the knife down so hard it echoed over the outrageously loud music. Very bad experience. I then told my fiancé (Melainie) after I left of my experience, and she let me know that she to had the SAME experience yesterday (6/13/2024) with the same girls. We go there a lot haha.
