The price!!! Waaayyyy too expensive! It was $37 for 1 combo, 1 small order of crab Rangoon's (4), and one side of chicken Katsu. So let me start out with the combo ridiculousness to begin with. I ordered the spicy teriyaki bowl make it a combo. Which was $9.79 plus additional $3.79 to make it a combo with a side and a drink. So then she asked me if I wanted veggies with the bowl and which ones and points to the sign. So I said oh, you can leave the broccoli and the carrots on there. I assumed since it's a bowl that it came with some vegetables. My mistake for that assumption, because she charged me $1.50 to add the carrots because apparently you only get one vegetable side, but she didn't tell me that. So I'm like what comes with the bowl? Literally just meat sauce??? and she also asked me what kind of rice I wanted and I told her fried rice but she also failed to tell me that's $1.50 extra on top of it. So if you're keeping tabs on the expenditure here, it was $17 for a JUNIOR size bowl!! I'm sorry for fast food? So let's talk about the taste. The chili crunch edamame was OK. It's not a traditional spicy edamame. You're used to getting a sushi restaurant. It's a little deeper flavored. I probably wouldn't order it again. The chicken Katsu as soon as I opened it just didn't even look good. It's obviously frozen chicken with the Panko ready, but the meat texture is terrible. It is very bland. Luckily, she hooked me up with some teriyaki sauce and a sweet-and-sour. I didn't try the chicken teriyaki bowl or fried rice because that was my son's lunch choice. This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh and you get a really good serving for what you pay for. My friend and I ordered the teriyaki chicken and the orange chicken. My teriyaki chicken came with broccoli and rice and I asked for the broccoli to be a little more overdone and it was perfect. The rice was really fresh if they give you extra teriyaki sauce, which in my world that's a plus. My friend had the orange chicken and she said it was better than a lot of Chinese restaurants that she frequent. She did not get any vegetables with it so they gave her a really good helping of chicken and rice and extra sauces with it. This establishment has one of the best customer services I have ever had. Everybody is super friendly and they're helpful and they don't rush you. Everything is served hot and fresh and with a smile, that makes a big difference. You can also get a combo meal, which comes with the entrée and egg roll and a drink. The eggrolls are fantastic. I would recommend this establishment to anybody. First of all the cashier did not speak very good English. Second the place was so cold that by the time my food got from the window to the table it was cold. We order from teriyaki madness for the office atleast once a month. At some point we were having it so often I was like we gotta stop y'all lol But it's so good I can't even resist I'd say their top items are their spicy chicken and the teriyaki chicken. Comes with fried rice and noodles and we love the mixed veggies. We've ordered orange chicken before and it's whatever but the other two are the stars! The catering packaging on ez cater are perfect for our office lunches and everyone is always pretty excited to hear we're having this for lunch. Never been to this location but this review is based solely on their catering and if their food is anything like their catering then it should be delish. I am so happy that there is an actual teriyaki place! I really enjoyed the teriyaki chicken bowl which came with fried rice and veggies. The flavor of the sauce was really good and so was the rice. I wasnt a huge fan of the broccoli (a bit too tough for me) and I wish that they werent so skimpy on the protein, so much rice filled the bowl and I dont really eat alot of rice so it was a bit much.
