Ordered chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu. Teriyaki chicken tasted OLD & it was dry as heck. The only thing I half way ate were the vegetables and luckily I was at home so I could season them. Threw ALL of it in the garbage. The crab Rangoon--don't know what that filling is--was horrible too. Tasted like fried in old oil and the filling was awful. $40 down the drain. Came to eat at 11:30 as everywhere states this place closes at 12. Saw a lazy worker in the back on phone with all lights off and doors locked. Knocked and called this place and no answer. Their food is probably delicious but closing 30 minutes early (probably earlier but at least this is what i saw-- and not fully closed as a worker was still inside) is poor business. Teriyaki Madness is located in Kendall and is a good spot to pick up a quick bite. Came here for just that, we ordered to go and it was really easy to call and place an order. Finding it was easy and the parking was convenient since it's located within a plaza. The inside is clean and the staff was friendly enough. For food, we got a spicy chicken teriyaki bowl with noodles and also a regular chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice. They also give us extra teriyaki sauce for each bowl. The spicy chicken teriyaki was pretty spicy but had really great flavor. Although I got the regular, I think I preferred the spicy one more. I also think getting it with noodles is the way to go, but it is up to preference. read more

I need the owner to contact me due to employee playing games. I asked for a refund due to paying for food that hardly received any chicken and asked why there a difference when I'm paying for the price for large chicken on the side saying it the same when it clearly not. I come here often and receive varied of chicken on the bowl but the price stay the same why?? I will contact the business review board bc so how no manager work here ever and nobody knows how to do a refund. I had a nice meal with my parents at TM. I recommend if you don't want over saucing that you order your meal plain and then add the teriyaki sauce later. One thing that I really liked was the speed of the serivce and the portion sizes. You can go from JR to huge depending on how much you normally eat. Jr did it for me and my parents. Spicy tofu was certainly that, but I found that the vegetables in it were few and far between. Parking can be a nightmare in the strip mall that it is located in, depending on day of the week and time. Prices are fair. Chicken quality according to my parents was above average. Restaurant had somewhat dirty tables and this should be looked after. Much better choice than a lot of other fast food places and worthy of a try. read more

I can so eat these starters on every trip and say give it a try. If your not into appetizers you can still go for one of their delicious bowls which come in 3 sizes. I have been debating giving this place a chance for a while. Let me say I should've had it sooner. I've come two days in a row and I'm sitting here on day 2 eating the regular orange chicken, with noodles no veggies and it's amazing. It's better than Panda Express. Both days I've come before they closed which at Panda for example, they would've been out of a lot of things and food that would be there, has been under a warmer for god knows. This place is fresh everytime, food made to order. You can actually see the food and the fire in the back as they're making it. Unbelievable experience today. I ordered the large spicy chicken bowl, yokisoba style. We order it all the time (photo of history included). When getting home my daughter noticed it was a bit orange (like the mad spicy) but attempted to eat it anyway to save me the trip of a return visit to have it corrected. She even added extra teriyaki sauce to mask the spice. She couldn't eat it. I called to explain what happened and asked if I could exchange my order for one correctly prepared. After listening to him discuss the order with a Spanish speaking female who was arguing that it was properly prepared, I got hung up on. I call back and the guy tells me to bring in the incorrect order and they will exchange it for a properly prepared order that will be ready in a few minutes. Once back at the restaurant they visually inspect the improperly prepared dish and the Spanish speaking female now wants to argue with me that that is regular spicy not the mad spicy. I even brought a photo of the improper dish next to a correct one we had a few days ago still in the fridge for comparison. After again explaining that the dish is unpalatable they then agree to remake the meal. When I ask why I'm waiting for a meal to be prepared after we had had the discussion before I made the trip back to their location, the big guy on the phone states that he "wanted to make sure". When I asked who the manager is he said he was, then I asked who the owner was and again he said he was. I showed him my entire order history for the last year and explained because of the unprofessionalism and lack of concern of such a simple mistake that I didn't feel valued as a customer so they will no longer have my business. At which time the self proclaimed owner stated "So, you are just one customer!" Absolutely appalling to think that a business owner, especially in the food service industry could do such little concern for service or his little customer's (my daughter) palate. The bowl wasn't bad the fried rice is a bit flavor less taste just like panda. The chicken teriyaki it amazing the perfect amount of sauce but, the steak teriyaki had way too much sauce. The 2 stars I'm leaving are solemnly based on the quality and taste of the food. However, I have to say the few times I have called to place an order they leave the phone off the hook.
