I went on 1/28/20, and I ordered the chicken teriyaki with fried rice and the rice didn't seem fried in a wok. It was more like boiled rice with peas and carrots, and flavorless. The chicken is grilled, which is healthy; however, they slather the teriyaki sauce on top of ithe chicken instead of sauteeing it in the sauce, so it can absorb the flavor. I didn't care for it. This place is fantastic! My husband got the teriyaki chicken breast, spicy chicken and white rice and I ordered the orange chicken and noodles with vegetables. The chicken was super flavorful and the orange chicken stays nice and crispy. The noodles are a yummy garlic noodle and I would order them on their own they are so good!! The food is good, but a little too greasy. The rice and veggies are loaded in grease. Thought we'd try it again, as that was our first experience. So far, we've been waiting 50 minutes for our "to go" order. I get it, the food is fresh, but shouldn't take this long. Not sure we'll come back. Had higher expectations. I walked in with the intention of eating there but first would've liked to use the bathroom, APPARENTLY, that was unacceptable behavior as i was rudely told that no i was not allowed to use the bathroom after being asked if I was going to buy something. Obviously i needed to find somewhere else to go and i hence decided that i would not eat at such a rude and trashy establishment. The food here is absolutely phenomenal. I tried the Spicy Chicken bowl with noodles and veggies, my girlfriend tried the Spicy Orange Chicken Bowl with noodles and veggies and we got a side of fried rice to try it. We also got 2 egg rolls and one order of potstickers and one order of crab rangoons. The sauces are very good. They are unique sauces for the egg rolls and potstickers, I was told it was called Gyoza Sauce and the Crab Rangoons have Sweet and Sour. All of it was 10/10. Their food is fresh and you can TASTE it. The portions are extremely large, so even a junior is enough to fill someone up and a regular is big enough that it'll be difficult to finish it one sitting, as was our experience. But that's alright, it's also great for a late night snack. Just heat it up as the containers are microwave safe and then enjoy. I highly recommend this restaurant. Though its a little more pricy than fast food restaurants and you will be waiting a little longer, no more than 20 minutes, the quality and taste of the food is worth it 100%. I really enjoyed my first visit and I will most definitely be coming back here as a regular. The customer service is fantastic as well, and they are very attentive and clean. Unfortunately I just had the worst food experience ever. I have been throwing up and washing my mouth for the past hour. I'm praying to God that I don't get sick with E. coli or something else. Teriyaki madness seemed like a nice place to grab a somewhat healthy meal. I ordered Teriyaki chicken with vegetables in a bowl.When my food was brought to me, i found a hair in my food. I decided to pull it out and not make a big deal about it. I began to Eat and mid way , I began to smell fecal matter( poop). I looked around and under my shoes , thinking I or someone else had stepped in it. I continued to eat, when all of the sudden I was overwhelmed with the taste and smell of feces. Instantly I spit out the food and It smelled like human or dog poop. I ran to their restroom and threw up a ton of times. After I wash my mouth out , I came back out. Apparently an employee had seen me and asked me if everything was okay. I told him and they all seemed shocked. They offered a refund , but I was so sick to my stomach I just barged out trying not to vomit again . Not sure if the chicken was old, if someone didn't wash their hands, or if someone purposely placed feces on my chicken. All I know is , I'll Never go there again. I'm so disgusted . read more
