So the next day we called to get a refund. They told us to call customer service, and so we did. Customer service told us that the store needed to call customer service for us to get out $80 back. So the store called the customer service people, and then called us back saying that they cannot find our order. It has been now three days and we still haven't gotten our refund back. A lot of the reviews of this place talk about bad customer service - I got ZERO customer service. I placed an online order, the restaurant confirmed it and then did nothing with it. I waited for an hour and a half and there was no update. I got fed up and called them - but their number was disconnected. Y'all, by this point I am fuming. I did not have the option to cancel my order, so I went down to the restaurant in person to ask for the status on my food. It was 9:30pm at this point, I had ordered my food before 8pm. Went for a late lunch today, a little after 3 pm. Food was decent but service horrible. The lady at the register needs to work on her attitude. She was not in a good mood and acted like she hated her job. First, she got our order wrong and told us it's because we changed our minds instead of just correcting it. Great food, fast service! Came here for lunch on two separate occasions. Was happy on both visits. Restaurant was clean and clean tables were available in both visits. The menu in the ordering area was clear and neatly organized. Cup size samples were shown and a Lunch Special menu was clearly displayed. Food: I love eating eel-containing rolls, so in both visits, ordered the Dragon Roll. Was not disappointed at all. The eel was fresh and the roll was neatly constructed. Flavor was on point and plate decoration/display was good for the eye. The only downside to food was that there is an additional charge for a side of spicy mayo so opted for the free siracha sauce. Drinks: When ordering, I was offered to purchase a soda beverage or Bubble tea. I opted for soda and filled up with unsweet tea. Flavor of unsweet tea was nice and strong and Splenda was available, so that isna great added bonus to the typical pink or blue usuals. Service: Service was great. My Waco roll and Baylor roll were freshly made and I can tell by the crunch when I bite it. The combination of sauces is ridiculous in an "I want to keep eating it" kind of way. Usually, two rolls of sushi typically fill me up so I ordered two. This is your warning that the WACO roll is HUGE! I'm full, but it is so good that I am taking the rest home. I paid $27 for the Waco roll, Baylor Roll, and the bubble tea. Worth it because the Waco roll is more than filling with its large roll size and huge portion. If any critique can be made is the Waco roll beef was overcooked. I like my meat a little more tender and in this case it was tougher than expected.
