We were looking to try a new sushi place and stumbled upon this place. The staff was very friendly, and gave us a free miso soup. The food was delicious but I'd say a bit over priced. It did come out quick though. The inside layout isn't the best but there is always places to sit.

I am new to waco and you all know how difficult it is to get established into a new town. I am not into Asían food until now. Our neighbors who are Koream invited us to Teryaki food park, abd let me tell you, it is the Best food I have eaten. Soo, the owner is an Awesome lady, glad I had the opportunity to meet her and her husband. I strongly recommend you go try the delicious dishes they prepare. Teriyaki food park staff are Great, you will be welcome with a Smile.

Uber eats delivery. Have not eaten at this restaurant or taken out from here in a very long time. Glad I did! The miso soup was a nice size portion and very tasty. The pork dumplings, 10 of them, were very nicely fried, not too greasy and not overcooked. The salmon poke bowl was good size for the price and delicious! Very pleased with my order.

My friends and I always love coming here when we are in town! Great food at a good price!

Came here because it's walking distance from the convention center. Ordering online comes with $2 fee but I did it anyway because I didn't want to wait & I am boujee like that. What we ordered: - Tuna poke bowl - the star of the show! Great portion for $10. Came with tuna, krab, seaweed salad, edamame & mango. Def ask for another cup of dressing because one was not enough for me. 5/5 - Assorted sushi - decent but not great. 3/5 - Veg lo mein - same, it's good for the price but nothing to write home about. 3/5 - "Smoothie" - Quotation marks because the smoothies were basically milk with powdered flavoring . My sweet-loving kids even refused to finish theirs. 2/5 I have to say their customer service is great though. The lady who handled all the ordering & serving was helpful & friendly & overally just a great worker. She is this reason I am rounding up my stars to 3.

The lunch specials have been a favorite for decades. The atmosphere is awkward-- just get it to go-- but for sure get it!

In my short trip through Waco, I was craving Asian food and found this little spot near Baylor U. - amazing variety of sushi and korean menus - great value for portion sizes (I couldn't finish as the portions were Texas size!) - serve serve kiosk but support staff were friendly - somewhat satisfactory taste But when you walk in with the lowest expectations in a small town diner, it's not difficult to be satisfied with a mediocre food. The spicy korean tofu soup wasn't even close to avg quality I've had in the big cities of LA, Chicago, or NY, but it did its job and satisfied my korean food craving. I'd come back for more!

Unfortunately, the two women working the front register completely ruined the experience and made us never want to go back. When we first arrived, both employees were glued to their phones. We had to struggle just to get their attention to ask a basic question about the ordering kiosk. Because we were paying with cash, we had to order directly at the register, but the cashier acted like she wasn't even listening to us. Later, I needed to go back up to the counter to ask for a second plate. My mom and I were splitting our lunch--we intentionally ordered a large portion and an extra side of rice to do this--but the cashier rudely snapped at me, saying she had "already given me a plate." (She only gave us one.) To make matters worse, the front-of-house environment felt incredibly unprofessional. At one point, the cashier had her top pulled up and her pants pulled down around her hips to show off a stomach tattoo to her coworker right at the counter. After the interaction, she was so incredibly rude that we could actually hear her talking about us all the way from our table. It is incredibly sad that such talented kitchen staff and great food are being dragged down by such terrible, unprofessional customer service at the front. Management really needs to address this

Long version: Fresh seafood served with bright citrus and crisp veggies is a recipe for success. But they were eager to please with what they had and honest about where they were. The Pacifica mixed ceviche bowl was AMAZING. I'm not kidding. As has become almost standard in any steakhouse these days, her ribeye was not medium well as she asked, closer to a Pleistocene dining experience than in a very upscale restaurant in a technologically advanced civilization. Seems like they could have got that right. The prime rib was excellent, perfectly cooked and served with a particularly superb version of horse radish sauce. The vegetable sides were asparagus with Hollandaise and baked spinach. These are "family" servings that we shared between us. The spinach was excellent; the asparagus was a touch on the al dente side and the Hollandaise thin and flat, could have used a discernable bit of flavor. Meal - we'll go with a solid B plus, and a properly prepared ribeye would have elevated that. Service -the young lady that greeted us was clearly evaluating our somewhat casual attire (no shorts, no T-shirts, crocs or flip-flops, just nothing fancy) and had all of the warmth and welcoming charm of a Minnesota winter. The waiter was efficient and pleasant, but again as is a modern affectation, a bit overly familiar. We enjoy good service, but we're not going to become pen pals.

We kept it simple with apps and drinks, and even that was a letdown. The calamari came out lukewarm with zero flavor. Crab cakes were also barely warm (they tasted okay, but still shouldn't be served like that). The worst part was the lobster bisque--bland, lukewarm, and honestly tasted like canned soup with a few pieces of "lobster" thrown in. No flavor at all. We didn't complain, but the manager came over after noticing it wasn't touched and said the chef was "trying something different"... it didn't work. Even a guest next to us overheard and said the quality has gone downhill--she had sent hers back too. The only good thing was the drinks--dirty vodka martinis were solid. Overall, not worth the price. We won't be back.
