Best sushi around!! Always fresh and service is wonderful. They also have great hot items but I only come here for the sushi. The sushi chefs are authentic and have owned many high end Japanese and Korean restaurants.

This is a great place to grab some quick sushi, the prices range from $6-$20 a roll, but some of the rolls are so massive that you might only be able to finish one! They are always super quick with orders, and have always been very friendly! I haven't tried any of the meals yet, but they look delicious, and there's so much to choose from. The place is small, and cozy with a mom&pop shop feel.

Really nice locally owned restaurant that prepares rice and beef dishes some tempura and a Benito box which is really cool cause you get potsticker. You get some beef and rice, a little salad and some soup Misso.

When it comes to nigiri and sashimi, I am super picky because I really enjoy raw fish and it needs to be edible. I came to Teriyaki Time for the first time for nigiris and it wasn't too bad. I first checked to see if they got all of my order, which they did. Great. Then I saw the presentation. Great. As soon as I was taking a look, the salmon and tuna seemed good. It shows the salmon and tuna had been ordered often so their products are constantly coming in and we get decently fresh fish. The white tuna, yellowtail, and the red snapper caught my attention. It seems to me as if the fish was frozen and defrosted repeatedly. Please tell me if I am wrong but the texture just by looking at it threw me off a little bit. So I was skeptical. Then I took a whiff of the fish and it smelled straight up ginger and lemon. Also pretty skeptical. Overall, I would definitely go back for regular tuna and salmon. One thing I would like to mention is that I know that the market prices have gone up but has it gone up that high?!?! Could some please explain? I was flabbergasted by the total and had to ask for an itemized receipt.

Unfortunately, we went to have dinner their tonight and the guy behind the counter was down right rude to the point we just left! He first said grab a menu and sit down to come back to the counter to order. We have been there several times and knew what we wanted - and how this place works (I.e- you order first at the counter, pay , take your number, sit at a table and await your food). We went to order sake nigiri and he then debated about what "sake" was to us referring to the alcohol. After a few exchanges and others walking out, we decided we didn't need this treatment and went to reputable place in town that has sake nigiri on the menu (see the picture below) and took care of us! Poor customer service will drive away your business: I'd make sure your people are trained on customer service and what verbiage means.

With this name, you'd expect a tiny restaurant with 5 kinds of Teriyaki on the menu and not much else. That couldn't be further from the truth!! This restaurant has a menu that is over 8 pages long! They do Japanese Teriyaki, Korean bulgogi, tons of Chinese entrees, plus they have a SUSHI CHEF on the clock at all times. You walk in and find half of the restaurant is tables and the other half is bar seating around the sushi counter. The glass sushi case shows fresh filets of fish and other delicacies of the ocean. The Teriyaki is always smothered in sauce. Too much in my opinion. It's best to get sauce on the side. The side salad is really nice though, with artisan greens and a perfect amount of salad dressing already mixed in. We called in a big take out order (8 entrees) and it was ready to be picked up in 15 minutes! Score!

Fantastic, expansive dining room- this dine in restaurant has extravagant decor and a lovely wall of bourbon and whiskey to entice you! The menu has family style entrees to share- and yes, you can make up to 2 substitutions. With my pesky food allergy, I ordered the shrimp with mixed vegetables plate and the boys went with the family style for 2. I also enjoyed a cocktail from the bar- a raspberry lemon drop martini, very delish. I had crab and cheese wontons for an appetizer- shared with my son. Lumpia as another appetizer shared across the table was also perfection in every bite. John and Eddie had egg rolls, bbq pork as appetizers for their family style. As well as won ton soup that was loaded with veggies! I had a bit of the soup too- delicious broth! I should note- food was coming out so fast- we had ordered the two appetizers first and they were out before we ordered our meals! The courses started coming and coming! Next up for the men- a huge dish of fried rice and sweet and sour pork & chicken and cashews. I benefited with some fried rice too. Needless to say, it was a ton of food and we had leftovers- which came in handy the following day when we crashed early! We even ordered won ton again to go on another night that we turned in early! OH! Almost forgot- the fortune cookies are the best I have ever had, obviously made in house!

Our food came up quickly and was very tasty and hot. The dumpling soup was particularly good as it tasted fresh and was full of crisp boc Choi and tender dumplings. It was not overly salty as sometimes soups can be. We were served cashew chicken, vegetable fried rice and sweet and sour pork. Each of our items was very tasty and hot. My one comment would be that the plate of sweet and sour pork could have used some garnish and perhaps some tidbits of pineapple or peppers. We also enjoyed cocktails and a lemon cake that was terrific, super light and creamy lemon filling..... The staffing level was very good and everyone was very busy, but had time to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our meal. We always feel that China City is a good bet for a quick tasty meal.

Then a man came up to pay while we were waiting and after she hung up the phone, she immediately started helping him, again without acknowledging we were standing there. Pretty poor form if I'm honest, and was a not-great introduction to the business. The place was pretty packed so we had a 20-minute wait. Fine, not terrible, and we needed to eat and had no guarantees anywhere else would be faster. Tyler was our server and was one of those servers with the superhuman trait of being able to hold a table's order in his memory. I will never know how they do this. We ordered the dumplings and egg flower soup for the kiddo and veggie chow mein and crab cheese wontons for me. The kitchen was backed up so everything was coming out piecemeal (which is fine with me, I'd rather have it when it's fresh). The egg flower soup was good and the dumplings as well. My chow mein was delicious and while maybe could have used a LITTLE more sauce, was well worth it. My kiddo who isn't a chow mein eater even had some! We never got the crab cheese wontons, so whether that was a kitchen issue or a server's possibly human-after-all's memory, I'll never know. Either way it wasn't an issue as I was pretty full at that point and it would have been too much food. It was a bit overpriced for what you get but it was what we needed so I can't complain (except for that service at the front desk, which have I mentioned was terrible?).
