The absolute BEST cannoli in Philadelphia. Termini Brothers is a MUST STOP every time in on Philly. Reading Terminal Market doesn't have the charm of the original Termini Brothers in South Philly. But the baked goods taste absolutely the same. Cannoli is perfect. Thick crunchy shell. Creamy sweet/tart filling with chocolate chips. I'm salivating just thinking about it. Go!!!!!
I think their cannoli are an excellent end to a Terminal visit! Friendly staff, convenient location.
Termini Bros Bakery has some delicious and eye catching treats! The desserts were pretty tasty. We really enjoyed the lemon-cello cakes; however; the cannoli were a bit bland for our tastes. The staff was very friendly and, though busy, very attentive! Pro tip: you're going to want to try one of everything!
I was on the hunt for a good cannoli, and all my hunting led me here. Grabbed a ricotta cannoli and it was freshly stuffed right in front of me. It was so delicious yet not too sweet. I also had a bittersweet chocolate salted almond disk that I took home. I savored every bite of that thing. It was just too good. I don't even know how they make the almonds all salted and textured like that. Next time I'm in Philly, I plan on buying at least like three of those chocolates to take home and stash it away to enjoy it for the days to come. They have a lot of other amazing looking baked goods here, I'll just have to try it when I'm back hehe
It's really convenient having Termini Bros Bakery right inside Reading Terminal Market! We've been sad about Giant closing their Market East store because that's where we used to get our cakes from for office birthdays. Thankfully, Termini saved us today. They have several cakes on display and ready for purchase. No 48 hour notice needed. The available flavors were Chocolate Chip Pound Cake, Funfetti, standard Chocolate and one other flavor that I can't remember. The variety was excellent. We ultimately chose the Funfetti for our colleague's birthday. None of the pastries, cheesecakes, cannolis, or cookies from here have ever steered me wrong. The Funfetti cake was delicious, not too dry but also not too moist. We let it sit at room temperature for 1.5 hours before cutting into it. The employees were a pleasure and offered to write a birthday message on the cake. The cake was $40 and it fed our entire office.
Do I suffer from recency bias? Maybe. That said, the cannoli from Termini Bros is my new favorite! Had a brief wait on line, staff were professional and kept it moving. They fill a ton of cannoli and their proficiency is impressive. My wife and I were heading to a nearby concert, I gave brief consideration to saving the cannoli until we were tailgating. Emphasis on brief, because I stuffed that amazing cannoli in my mouth before the sandwich place finished making our sandwiches. I've been to the main NYC spots, I've never had a better cannoli. The shell is absolute perfection, next level crunch! The filling is decadent without overly sweet! Can't imagine hitting the Reading Terminal Market with stopping at Termini's!
Picked up an éclair from Reading Terminal Market and it was a delicious post-lunch snack - excellent crème, tasty dough, and great chocolate icing.
Outstanding cannoli! $6 is a bit expensive but worth it. It's up there with mikes and modern in Boston! Delicious perfectly sweet cream and crunchy shell!
The cannoli was great - the outer shell was perfectly crisp and their signature ricotta filling with chocolate chips was delicious. They had a variety of other baked goods that looked equally as amazing but decided to stick with a classic this time around and it did not disappoint! The service was top notch! The staff person was very friendly and had a smile and positive attitude. The cannoli was top tier. Delicious filling and the shell had the perfect crunch and texture. Termini Bros Bakery has many other offerings that all looked amazing. Great spot for a sweet treat!
The cannoli had the perfect filling to shell ratio. The ricotta mixture was light and so so delicious. I know why this is a Philly staple.
I was in the reading terminal market and I saw this bakery that I had heard so much about online and on Yelp. This bakery looked awesome so I had to try what everything told me they were famous for: The cannoli! What I liked is that they filled the cannoli fresh in front of you, and you can taste the freshness in every bite of the cannoli. I wish I had more time in Philly to try everything they had to offer!
Staff was friendly and worked with me on a misunderstanding on my part. Food is prime quality like their name. The lemon cake had a slight lemon filling and a lemon drop on top. The taralli is made with lemon oil and is a bit different than a treat I normally would have. When I overheard other customers wanting this and saw "lemon", my mind told me that this is the right time for me to feel extra "sour". Products here are Not cheap. Because the service was top notch, I still must give 5 instead of 4 stars. If I was them, I would charge the prices they charge presently. I think I avoided this place for decades because there are so many options and "everyone" comes here. Sometimes I like looking for "the next big thing." Termini Bros is already a "big thing" in Philly and if you don't know that, you are a tourist!
Termini Bros Bakery serves up a delicious cannoli! I've always been hesitant to try Termini Bros because of the crowd, but the freshly-filled cannoli lived up to the hype. The crispy shell tasted fresh, and the cream was light and not too sweet, even with chocolate chips inside. The optional powdered sugar atop made it just the right sweetness. There were three staff working hard to get everyone's order together. So even with the long line, we got our cannoli in maybe two minutes. read more
The options all looked wonderful, but I'm a sucker for an almond croissant and I was so happy to find this bakery in the Reading Terminal Market. The options of baked goods, cakes, cookies, pastries, etc all looked delicious. Customer service was lacking, they seemed bothered by customers, which was off putting. Walking around the Terminal you have many choices but I decided to stop to get. Lemon Blueberry Cupcake from Termini. It was so moist and flavorful. The lemon was tart yet the blueberries balanced it out along the slight glazed on top of the cupcake. The ladies are the counter were patient while I looked at so many choices. The Blueberry Lemon cupcake and vanilla for the win ! read more

You'll find a variety of impeccably-presented pastries conveniently located at the Reading Terminal Market. I can't resist stopping here if I take Septa Regional Rail home from work. They'll even tie the pastry box up with a beautiful blue and white string. Staff's always friendly but efficiency. Termini Bros is one of the few Philly-area bakery jawns I'll be missing once I move. read more
You have to grab a cannoli on your way out of the market. The staff fills them to order from giant piping bags hung from the ceiling. The ricotta isn't too sweet and the shell is crispy and fresh. Service is reasonably fast and very friendly! read more
We came here to try the cannoli as that's what reviews said we needed to try. We ordered a chocolate chip cannoli. The cannoli is fresh and made to order. It was $6 dollars for one cannoli. The cream was smooth as silk and the shell was delicious as well. read more
Treat yourself with some Termini bros pastries when coming by the Reading Terminal Market, they are fresh and delicious and not overly sweet. They have a large variety of selections of pastries and treats that are good for any occasions. Reasonably priced, efficient service, hard working people, well organized process system & most importantly beautiful presentation of everything they baked. Maybe it was just that "good to be home" in Philly feeling but I truly believe that the cannolis from Termini Bros were just that damn good. Hoping that more trips to Philly will bring me back to Termini Bros to try their other baked goods. $6 per cannoli is definitely worth the splurge. read more

IYKYK. Termini Brothers makes the best cannoli and sfogliatelle, hands down. There are plenty of additional Italian-style offerings to make your mouth water but, don't pass on the cannoli or sfogliatelle. Ever. Enter the market and instantly the aroma of Italian baked goods greets you. Oh, yes! Behind the long, confection-filled glass counter are several friendly workers standing ready to box up your delights. The aisle can easily become crowded. Not to worry, you won't wait long. When I'm local, I'll hit the market or the Packer Ave location. When I'm not, I have the 12-pack of cannoli shipped to me. The taste is unmistakable and the best! Hosting a special event, serve Termini's. Attending a special event, being Termini's to the host. Thank you to the Termini family who has brought smiles to so many in their 100+ years of baking tradition. Run, don't walk! Make a plan to try their delightful desserts ASAP! read more

Termini Bros is an Italian Bakery located in Reading Terminal Market in Philly. There's a diverse variety of fresh pastries, cakes, and desserts to pick from. The freshly piped cannolis are a must try from here! The subtle cinnamon taste of the crunchy shell pairs well with the creamy mascarpone filling - it has a good ratio of chocolate chips to cream. The size is also good for price. The line moved quick and there's tables nearby to sit and eat. read more

This place is amazing and has something for everyone who has a sweet tooth. This place is in the Reading Terminal and if anyone who has been there, you have many choices. I had the Cannoli, you could choose between 3 different kinds. Their original that is a ricotta base with chocolate chips in it, you can get a chocolate one and another kind that I didn't notice. The cannoli shells are made that day and are empty until you order so they don't get soggy with the filling. When you order they go and fill up the shell with filling that is in pastry bags hanging from the ceiling. I got the original one. It was sweet and rich. You can taste the ricotta and it had bits of chocolate chips in it. The shell itself was crisp and you could tell it was made that day fresh. This cost $6 and it was worth it. It paired well with an espresso over ice that I got from another close by vendor. This is an nice treat to get after you demolish a big cheesesteak! read more

Loved that they pipe the cannolis to order. The pastry cream could've been less grainy. I wanted it smoother and creamier. I enjoyed the slight citrus of the cream. The shell could've been crunchier. It was a little stiff. I appreciated that it wasn't too sweet. There is cinnamon that is in the dough of the shell. It's not an overwhelming amount. Could've used more chocolate chips. read more

Tried this little gem in the Reading Terminal Market! It was so difficult to decide what to get, but I ended up getting this little chocolate mousse pastry and it was absolutely delicious. The mousse was SO creamy- it felt like I was eating a cloud!!- and it was sweet without being over powering. The cake was super moist. I just felt like everything in this was in a perfect ratio. I wish I could have tried more! read more
So worth coming back to Philly for. We spotted this bakery our last visit but didn't get a chance to grab any goodies. But our trip last weekend for Mother's day, there was no way I was not going to leave without something. So I decided on 2 Red velvet, 1 tiramisu, 1 lemoncello, and 1 chocolate mousse cake. We gave one of the red velvet cakes to my godson's mother. She called me to say that was the best cake ever, and she even shared some with the baby. But those makez your mouth shout Hallejuah! Passed by Termini Bros in Reading Terminal and everything looked yummy. Tried their small, cute, layered cake with mousse, sweat cream, and sprinkles. This little treat was scrumptious! It tastes like a classic birthday cake! Would love to try some of their other treats too. read more
I've heard a lot about Termini Bros, and so was very excited to try it. Unfortunately, my high hopes were not met. Service was fast and efficient, but the cakes were hit-or-miss. Pina colada cake - this was great, and saved my opinion of the place! The cake had pleasant little coconut shavings in the sponge, which added a fun texture to the moist cake. The cake tasted almost lemony, which I really enjoyed, and it was so cute to look at! Tiramisu cake - this was disappointing. To start, I was looking forward to a classic tiramisu cake. However, about 90% of the cake was a mousse, which I initially thought was icing covering more cake. Unfortunately, the two very thin layers of sponge were overshadowed by the mousse, which didn't have any distinguishable flavor. There was none of the coffee or chocolate flavor we all associate with tiramisu, or anything like a lady finger / sponge layer. read more

Every desert looks delicious! As soon as we approached the counter we had an employee greet us and give us great background on the bakery and was knowledgeable on the menu. We ended up going with the cannolis. The filling was creamy and did not over power the chocolate chips. Although the shell was too hard for my liking. This shop is located inside the market and does a great job showing its history through their products and pictures. It shows a lot of history and family. Such a sweet smell in the air. read more
