I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

This location did not offer any concessions or take any accountability for a damaged tv and denied the claim AFTER receiving the purchase receipt. I had to reach out to CH corporate to get a reply to my claim from this location. Overall a very mediocre experience and as an experienced mover (6 moves with various companies) I would NOT recommend using the Marietta location. Beyond the damage issue, the Team arrived without tools to do the job and took an hour to leave to buy tools. Also the final cost was DOUBLE the estimate for this move to a small one bedroom apartment. Recommend you look elsewhere for moving services in the Atlanta metro area.
