The brisket was good, but I would've preferred a fattier cut because I think it would have been more flavorful. I also wasn't a fan of the Gouda since it didn't melt very well, but the other cheese on the sandwich was delicious. I chose a Turkey club planning to pick the bacon off but it was chopped really tiny and weirdly wet and mushy, spread over the bread? I can't really hold that against them it was on me for ordering it but I didn't expect bacon to look like that. The bread had a god chew but was really bland.
