Yall. I have never had food SO good and service SO amazing. I am actually shocked. The cold bar was a 10/10, as well as the hot foods up there. The bacon and chicharron!? Amazing touch. The meat selection they brought around was phenomenal, and I feel like we rarely saw the same meat twice unless you asked for it. But the icing on the cake for me was the grilled pineapple. I will come back over and over again for the grilled pineapple. Our beverages were to die for and I ended up getting a second espresso martini because I didn't want the first one to end! We celebrated our second wedding anniversary and were given a complementary dessert that tasted absolutely amazing. My husband and I have tried many Brazilian steakhouses in this one blew all of them out out of the water within the first 20 minutes. The vibe of the restaurant was upbeat, but also so much fun in their Christmas tree was very beautiful. We cannot wait to go back.

Came to Terra Gaucho in Jacksonville tonight to celebrate my son's 16th birthday, and we showed up with one clear mission: meat, not salad. Mission accomplished. Every cut we tried was excellent, but the bottom sirloin stole the show--tender, flavorful, and easily our favorite of the night. What really set Terra Gaucho apart from other Brazilian steakhouses in the area was that the non-steak meats actually held their own. The chicken and other offerings were surprisingly on point, which isn't always the case at places like this. Service was great, pacing was solid, and the staff made the birthday celebration feel special. No complaints there. The only surprise of the night? The sodas. Apparently refills are not included, and somewhere between carving meat and celebrating a teenager turning 16, we accidentally spent $27 on Sprite. With that much salty, glorious meat, free refills feel like they should be a basic human right--but lesson learned. Overall, excellent food, great service, and a memorable night. Just pace yourself on the soda... or bring a water bottle. We'll definitely be back--for the bottom sirloin alone.

We love going here (favorite Brazilian steakhouse hands down and in Jax that I have tried) for lunch and getting the salad/hot bar. The place is beautiful.. stunning touches and the salad bar is tended to, fresh and clean. Loved the selection of so many cheeses and meats all paired with sauces, jellies and honey. So many options with more added delivered to your table. Reasonably priced for the value and quality of food offerings. Always a treat!

My friend has been going to Terra Gauncha's for a while. She's a picky eater so that is really saying something! It was my first time going with her and I was really impressed. First I felt under dressed even though it was for lunch, that's how elegant the restaurant looks. The salad bar was great! I had salmon, shrimp , cheeses, fruit, beans and rice, everything but salad and veggies which is why I went and they had plenty of veggies to choose from. I decided to go all out and got the full course with the beef, chicken and breads too. It was delicious. Even once I was done the staff asked if maybe there was something besides what was being currently offered that I would like. This really impressed me and I almost got the garlic bread but knew my eyes were being bigger than my stomach. The food was plentiful, delicious and varied. So worth the cost. You can do the lunch salad for $20 or the full Brazilian flavor for $50 and they're both worth it.

Fantasic expirence. The food is delicious and you can ask your server for the poultry and seafood card. Our server was Tabitha and she was delightful. If you go there, I suggest getting the garlic rolls as soon as you sit down, they are requested only and not randomly brought unless another table gets them and has leftovers. The restaurant is elegant and welcoming, despite being very crowded. Overall great expirence and would recommend.

We stopped in last night after playing at the TPC course. We knew we were going to eat a Brazilian steakhouse, it was just a matter of which one. Considering we've visited the well known one's in many other cities, we decided to go with Terra Gaucha for a new experience. It did not disappoint and our experience was first class. From the hostess accommodating our seat request to our server Frankie with a warm welcome and outstanding service. The set up is pretty much the same as most when it came to the salad bar. Everything on it looked fresh and presentation was on point and made me want to try everything. Did i mention everything i chose was delicious! The meats presented are on par with all the rest but I must say that the garlic picanha was out of this world. It actually had chunks of garlic on it when it came to us and it was the last piece I finished with last night. The wine selection of Malbec from Frankie paired nicely with everything. As far as the ambiance of the place, nice and clean with a modern vibe and it seemed like everyone there last night was enjoying their dinner. Almost forgot to mention the Gaucho's as they were fast, attentive and catered to what we wanted. Overall, a must try when you're in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Adding phantom charges to your bill total.

Exercise caution when dining here. Review your bill carefully, as additional charges may be added to your total that do not appear on the printed receipt.

Overall this place was good! It's just like going to fogo de chao. I like some of the different offerings that they had as far as the buffet (like the wedge salad) that I thought were nice delicate touches. Overall the service was good and they are also accommodating of children which is great. The space is set up nicely and is good to dress up but if you're more casual you won't be completely out of place. Overall this is a really good option for Brazilian steakhouse dining

One of my ultimate favorite new steak houses here in Florida!!! Customer service as soon you walk in through the door, you are greeted with happy faces. The water never touches the bottom of the glass that's how good the service is haha. You can request certain meats to be brought to your table and the waiters are very attentive at all times. The food you have three options for pricing purposes: 1- Full Salad Bar $18.95 2- Full Salad Bar + Chicken + Seafood Items $31.95 3- Full Salad Bar + All Meats & Grilled Items $39.95 Drinks and desserts are not included. I truly like the fact that they give the options to anyone who wants to eat there at a different price and do not set limits to only meat lovers. Vegan and Vegetarian Friendly!!! Also, they have a great selection of wine and cocktails. Ambiance was classy and nice but can also dress casually especially now in the summer like jeans and a shirt type of thing. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Terra Gaucha: Jacksonville's Best Brazilian Steakhouse Having dined at all three Brazilian steakhouses in Jacksonville, Terra Gaucha stands out as my favorite. While Fogo de Chão boasts a fancier vibe and higher prices, Terra Gaucha delivers superior food and service, making it my go-to spot for an unforgettable churrasco experience. The Experience Both Terra Gaucha and Fogo de Chão offer similar menus with lunch and dinner services, featuring a high-end salad bar and an array of skewer-roasted meats. The salad bar is a highlight, with ~30 options including crab bisque, smoked salmon, charcuterie, fresh salads, and fruit. The meats, cooked over hot coals, include a variety of chicken, pork, shrimp, and a standout baked salmon in mango sauce. However, the stars are the beef and lamb offerings, with around 15 cuts to choose from. My top picks: Lamb Chops - Tender and flavorful, a must-try. Filet Mignon - Melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Sausage - Juicy and well-seasoned. Ribeye - Rich and hearty. Picanha - A Brazilian classic, done right. Other cuts are solid but don't quite match these standouts. Sides The sides--freshly baked cheese bread, mashed potatoes, fried plantains, and polenta fries--are delicious but designed to fill you up. My strategy? Skip most of the heavy carbs to save room for the meats. Pricing Lunch is the best value, with the same menu as dinner but at a lower cost. Weekday lunch prices: Salad Bar Only: $19 Salad Bar + Chicken (Lite Option): $24 Seafood Option (No Steak/Lamb): $31 Full Churrasco Experience: $39 Dinner prices are $10-20 higher, making lunch the smarter choice for budget-conscious diners. At $39 for the full experience, Terra Gaucha is arguably the best steakhouse value in Jacksonville. Perks & Why It's a Favorite Terra Gaucha sweetens the deal with perks like free desserts for anniversaries and special gifts for birthdays. The welcoming service and consistent quality keep it firmly in our dining rotation. If you love steak and a vibrant dining experience, Terra Gaucha is a must-visit.

We ordered the samba plate, which allows you to pick any 3 meats, so we selected picanha (cooked rare), shrimp, and sausage. Temperature aside, the flavor and quality of the meat was great, and you receive a very generous portion for the price. Along with the samba plate, we ordered steak fries and empanadas. Although the steak fries were pretty plain.. basically just steak plopped on top of fries, they were delicious, especially with the creamy herb sauce that is served with them. The empanadas were ginormous, and I like that the dough almost flaky rather than being super thick. We were very pleased with Brazilicious and will definitely hit them up again next time!
