I posted food I've eaten because it was good and I didn't wait to take pics. Plenty of parking and seating. We had to wait until our party arrived even though there were tables available. Food and service was good. The atmosphere was lively.

It was very good and I would come back. Food was a 4/4.5. The salad and sweet potato was my favorite and I wouldn't order the pork. The service was very nice. The ambiance is very casual. It's look a huge sports bar. I would come back and get a steak.

Service great, bread great, salad great, baked potato good, shrimp really good,, steak not so great. Chewy and tough, no flavor. Definitely disappointing as it was the reason for the visit. Bread was hot and delicious- with the cinnamon butter. Good salad with a side of ranch dressing. Sirloin was the downfall, which isn't great since it's the main part of the meal. Tough, lacked flavor. Was medium rare as asked which was good. Shrimp was cooked well with good flavor.

Hands up! Always the best for steak, service and vibe My go to for rib eye, is capital grille or roadhouse... it depends on the vibe, but steaks in both places are equally delicious

My last experience lived up to the Texas Roadhouse hype. I opted for the smothered chicken - gravy, not cheese, and it was excellent. I rarely order chicken when dining out unless it's wings or fingers. To be honest I rarely order steak either as I find myself usually disappointed unless it's some higher end steak place. This visit was spot on - busy as usual - even for a Monday night. Service was fast and friendly, rolls were fresh and plentiful, and my entree was great. I would not hesitate to order that chicken again. I will add that my son's 12 oz. ribeye appeared to be overdone. He didn't mention it but ended up with some leftovers for the dogs. We're just not keen on sending back food to the kitchen based on the horror stories we've heard in general but in this case, it would've been justified based on what I saw. The filets ordered around the table were cooked perfectly though.

I have not been to a Texas roadhouse in so many years, however this is where my friend wanted to go for dinner tonight. The wait time was not too bad we got there early enough however the line was quite long when we left. The hostess and I wished I got her name was outstanding! Very pleasant young lady who was communicative and friendly Our server, though I did not get his name was nice enough. Not as communicative but polite. My friend had the fillet which he very much enjoyed. He asked for it on the medium well side, but it came out a little too pink. If you ask me, however it was the one eating it. It did look very juicy. I had the chicken which I have to say very sadly was extremely extremely and worth a third repeat extremely salty. Salty enough that I knew I could not eat it. The waiter was very kind asked me if I wanted something else and I said no the vegetables were sufficient. The manager visited our table when we first got there, and then when she learned of the chicken and like the waiter, she too, offered the opportunity for something else. I did not realize how large this restaurant was, and how deep it goes back. Love the natural wood look!

We couldn't believe how busy it was on a Wednesday thankfully we did the waitlist which is super helpful. We got seated fairly quickly for how busy it was. The food was amazing. The service was great. The bread is absolutely incredible. We all loved our meals and ended with a strawberry cheesecake!

This location is incredible. We went on a busy Wednesday night there were people waiting outside and they had us seated in less than 10 minutes. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was incredible as always. Always enjoy the vibe and country music playing. I lived in Texas for 5 years and it really does have a great Texas feel. The steaks are amazing and their deviled egg appetizer is the best!

Texas Roadhouse is one of my family's favorite places to frequent. The food is ALWAYS delicious and the service is beyond expectation when seated at the bar! This visit was just that! I wish I could remember our bartender's name but it is only listed as PM BAR. I always like to recognize the most memorable servers if I can! This time, I'll just give the entire bar staff all the props! I can honestly say that I've never received my meal with any part of it incorrectly made when being seated at the bar! I don't know if it's that fact that patrons are in a closer proximity to the bartender when the order is being taken (they can hear the order more clearly) or if they are just more attentive in general. This location seems to be the cleanest location in Jacksonville, as well. I never have to brush food from the seats in the booth or re-clean the table top/bar top before touching it. That's a BIG thing for my family with all the children we have joining us. Outback used to be my favorite steakhouse.... That would've NEVER happened had Texas Roadhouse been around 20-30 years ago! ROADHOUSE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

Kelsey took care of us and made our night smooth! Damien, the manager came by to check on us and made sure everything was good. Love the food and the service here. They always take care of us.

This Roadhouse is always busy. The food is what you'd expect from a chain restaurant. STRANGELY! They serve "Fall off the bone Ribs," BUT! They don't serve baked beans, or coleslaw, or cornbread! ???? The atmosphere is standard Texas Roadhouse wood. The catfish is tasty. The breading is nice, but the breading overpowers the fish. It needs half the breading they put on it.

Love going to this Texas Roadhouse! Everyone is super friendly even though it's so busy EVERYtime we go! My usual is the steak kabobs with rice and a choice of side, fries pickles and a pint of beer. And can't forget the endless amount of rolls with delicious cinnamon butter... The wife got an All American cheese burger with a side of broccoli. Her burger was cooked to the perfection of medium. Never disappointed with the food and service here!

Wonderful dining experience with server Lamont! He was very attentive and provided exceptional service. The food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I dine out a lot and were truly amazed by the service and left him a 25% tip. Our drinks, appetizers and entres came out in lightning speed and made to our specifications. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We've been here once before. We really liked it but it's been a while since then. We started with the Pao de Queijo, which is the cheesy bread you usually get at a Brazilian steakhouse. We both love this kind of bread and theirs was fantastic. I ordered the Pinanha Rustica and I am so happy that's what I settled on. I ordered the beef medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The Chimichurri sauce was good but honestly, the beef didn't need the help. The thing that surprised me the most was how much I loved the Biro-Biro Rice as a side. It was a really unique combo of things I've never had together before. I would probably go back and order an entree of just that if they offer it! My wife ordered the Costela Ao Molha Madeira Com Risotto de Parmesao. She really liked how the risotto was super cheesy. She said it actually reminded her of the cheesy bread. The beef short rib was very tender and juicy. She said it was a simple dish that added up to something special. We rarely order dessert but decided to split the Petit Gateau de Doce de Leite. It was so rich, dense and delicious. The pecan ice cream with it was great as well. It was small but enough for us to split. I'm bummed I forgot to get our servers name because he was fantastic. We really need to not go so long between visits because this visit was just as good as the last one. This review originally appeared in the Jacksonville Fun, Eats & Drinks Facebook group.

The restaurant itself is small, cozy, and has great vibes, making it perfect for an intimate dining experience. They were crispy on the outside, warm on the inside, and filled with flavorful meat. The sauces paired perfectly with them and made an already great appetizer even better. For my entrée, I ordered the Bandeja Paisa, and it did not disappoint. The meats were the star of the plate. Everything was juicy, cooked perfectly, and seasoned just enough without being overpowering. The steak was surprisingly tender despite being well done, with just the right amount of fat. The sausage had a great snap, the egg was perfectly jammy, and the chicharrón was absolutely incredible--crispy, crunchy, and easily one of the best I've had. I didn't try the sweet plantains since I'm not a fan and they couldn't be substituted. The arepa was good, although nothing particularly memorable. The only parts of the meal I wasn't impressed with were the rice, which was a bit too salty for my taste, and the beans, which lacked flavor and were underwhelming. For dessert, I tried both the tiramisu and the chocolate cake. The tiramisu was just okay--it wasn't bad, but it didn't stand out, and I wouldn't order it again. The chocolate cake, however, was outstanding. It was incredibly moist, rich without being overly sweet, and the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, Salento does an amazing job with their meats, and that's what I'd recommend most. While a couple of the sides and one dessert didn't quite hit the mark for me, the empanadas, Bandeja Paisa, chicharrón, and chocolate cake were all excellent. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. The environment is pretty nice and quiet.

And you can get plenty full without it, so while it was pretty cheap, it wasn't necessarily worth it for us Tuna tartare - really good! The tuna tasted really fresh, and the chips were so light and crispy without feeling too oily. And I was a big fan of the mango coulis. Grilled Mediterranean octopus - I've never had such soft and tender octopus before! So so flavorful too. However because it was so soft, I thought it was kind of weird that everything that came with it was also like sauces and foams. I wish there was some kind of texture within the dish. Pan seared snapper - This one kind of confused us because the menu said it came with orzo but they brought it out with like pasta noodles. And we were kind of :// because we ended up with two similar creamy pasta dishes. But we just ate it anyways and it was really good! Just would have been nice if they told us beforehand, we probably would have chosen something else instead. But ya super creamy and the artichoke and tomatoes gave it a nice brightness. The snapper was kind of tough but I also know snapper isn't the most tender fish. Black truffle bucatini - so good, the pasta was al dente and the truffle flavor was super strong Molten dulce de leche - the perfect amount of sweetness. It was so gooey and warm and paired so well with the vanilla ice cream.

I got here as they opened on Sunday, and it got packed relatively quickly. I'd recommend having a reservation if you're planning to visit during busier timeframes like this. I was seated promptly by attentive staff, and quickly had both food and drink menus to begin ordering. I was looking for something tasty without being too heavy, and settled on the Little Hans Vienna Lager along with the 8 oz steak burger and fries. The beer had amazing flavor similar to Devil's Backbone Vienna Lager with a good, crisp finish. The burger meal, described with "Tillamook cheddar cheese, caramelized onion & bacon jam, beef fat aioli, grilled potato roll, truffle fries", was arguablely the best burger and fries I've ever had in my life. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavor of the wood-fired grill certainly complemented the meat. The house-made pickles were a great touch to add another layer of complexity to the burger. I could tell the fries were fresh cut and never frozen. The truffle oil made these even more amazing. The manager offered and brought a special sauce to try that they normally serve with their chicken chicken sandwich that was superbly tasty and tangy. More than impressed with my entree, I elected to try a desert and was recommended the S'mores pie by my waitress. The deliciously buttery crust was my favorite part of the ensemble and blended well with the savory chocolate filling topped with a toasted marshmallow. While a bit pricey for lunch compared to most places, I was more than satisfied with the offerings provided here and would love to visit Ember and Iron again.
