    Anniversary celebration

What a gem kinda in the middle of nowhere. Great food, decent wine and a nice atmosphere for a romantic dinner. We had the fettuccine with lamb meatballs and rigatoni with Italian sausage. Topped it off with bananas foster cheesecake. Everything was outstanding.

We had a wonderful evening last night at Terra Sana/vintage cork. The food, wine, coffee, service and ambiance was perfect. We will most definitely be back.

Outstanding food and service! What an amazing place, far exceeded expectations. Such a jewel of an establishment with excellent ambience, customer service and absolutely delicious food. We'll definitely return

The meatballs appetizer with bread was amazing. We had rigatoni and lasagna which were both delicious main courses. For dessert we had Banana foster cheesecake. Had a fantastic selection of wine and craft drinks also, along with coffee to finish meal.

Cozy little hidden gem in East TX that's quickly becoming THE place to be on a weekend. The ravioli's are delicious. The wine is sourced from small Texas wineries & the staff is amazingly friendly. Do yourself a favor & give this place a try for a nice romantic farm to table experience that's as close to Tuscany as you can find here in Texas.

    Teramasu was so good!

Due to it being so late, we had minimal options, especially for how large our party was. Not only was San Remo's staff warm and welcoming, they were efficient and made no mistakes. The food was amazing, came out quickly, and the quality and portion sizes of the food were great. We want to thank San Remo for the great food and outstanding service. We will most definitely be back soon!

The setting felt warm and inviting--family-friendly without sacrificing a cozy, romantic ambiance. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy a relaxed dinner with loved ones or a quiet, intimate evening out. Comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I ordered the San Remo Special. The penne was bursting with bold flavor--the grilled chicken was tender, the cherry peppers added the perfect kick, and the feta and spinach balanced beautifully with the spicy (not too spicy) pomodoro sauce. It was vibrant, fresh, and perfectly cooked. My 12 year old son wanted to order from the main menu and ordered the Alla Crema. Of course I snuck a bit of everyone's food. The fettuccine was rich, indulgent, and perfectly cooked. The Gorgonzola cream sauce paired perfectly with the grilled chicken, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes, creating a deep, savory flavor in every bite. My 10 year old son ordered the KIDS spaghetti and meatball. He and I both agree that it was delicious. The meatballs were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The portion felt more like a main menu size portion. He took half to go! My girlfriend ordered the ribeye cooked medium rare. It was flawless--Perfectly cooked, juicy, tender, and seasoned just right. The service matched the quality of the food. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. Drinks were refilled promptly, the timing of each course was perfect, and we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. Professional, friendly, and efficient--exactly what you hope for in a great dining experience. Thank you to San Remo's for this great experience. We will definitely be back and tell our friends!

The staff was super friendly. As soon as we sat down, they brought us warm garlic rolls with marinara--delicious! You can also pay just $0.99 to have a side salad added to your meal, which is a great deal. Our food took an unusually long time to come out, but the waitress was very apologetic. Since we hadn't seen our friends in a while, we honestly didn't mind--just happy to catch up. I ordered the sausage pizzaola , which was absolutely delicious and generously portioned. I could only eat half! My husband got the Shrimp Scallopini, which was listed as being in a marinara sauce, but it came in a butter sauce instead. He went ahead and ate it because we didn't want to wait again. He said it was just okay--not bad, just not what he expected. He didn't mention it to the server, so it's possible it could have been fixed. This place is BYOB, so definitely bring your own wine or beer if you're planning to enjoy a drink with your meal!

We have zero sense of direction, everything feels vaguely ominous, and we didn't exactly come for a leisurely getaway--we rushed down to Texas because my dad is dealing with a serious medical situation. So the mission is clear: get to my parents' house and help my mom. That's it. Survival mode, but make it family-focused. Then--plot twist--my sister and nephew call. They want to see us and casually mention they'll bring pizza. Now listen... in any other circumstance, I might pause. Ask questions. Do research. Vet the pizza situation like a responsible adult. But in this moment? Free food is free food, and emotionally exhausted people do not ask follow-up questions. So we say yes. And yet, there's hesitation. Because we are in this town. This mysterious, slightly cinematic, possibly haunted-feeling Texas town. And I don't know what a "local pizza place" means here. Are we talking hidden gem? Or regret wrapped in melted cheese? They arrive. Boxes in hand. No turning back now. We open them... and immediately--plot twist #2. It's actually really good. Like, not "oh this will do" good. Not "we're hungry so we'll pretend it's fine" good. No--this is legitimately solid pizza. Fresh, hot, clearly made with real ingredients and actual effort. Cheese, a fully-loaded "works" situation, and one mystery pizza that I didn't fully identify but enthusiastically ate anyway. And I didn't just have a polite slice. I went back. Multiple times. For all of them. They tell us it's a local chain and one of the best in the area, and honestly? I believe them. Whatever low expectations I walked in with were completely unnecessary. End result: pleasantly surprised, slightly humbled, and very well-fed. Would absolutely eat it again--especially under less emotionally chaotic circumstances, but honestly... it held up even under those. That's saying something.
