Hidden inside this office area which I wouldn't normally visit but I have been wanting to try it out. Quite a few office buildings here and parking was pretty full! Very spacious outdoor seating so if you want a remote work area, this is nice! I got a honey lavender latte from Verve which is in front of the restaurant I guess. Then there's another door that has a whole cafeteria area. It's a little confusing if you are not familiar with the set up. I finally found where I was suppose to order for OCRW. It's a kiosk which I don't like bc I wanted my dressing on the side. No way to note that so I got the Chef's attn. So I ended up getting the spring panzanella salad which was good. No lettuce just red cabbage and other veggies. I was able to get my dressing on the side. I also opted for the charred octopus and I was pleasantly surprised. The octopus and sauce were great! The white beans were not cooked. It was very hard and I just spitted it out. So I picked those out. Overall, worth a try. Looks like they do change the menu up for the folks that work here. A Swing and a Miss...Strike 2! Gave it one more shot and all it did was confirm that this spot is strictly for a quick bite no matter how desperate you are for food. The pizza looked like it was gonna taste bad before I ordered it and it indeed did disappoint. Lower the price and you wont have people complaining. You can get a better deal at Blaze or at Pieology with 1000x better quality. Ownership needs to possibly consider renting this area out to companies or individuals who want to actually serve good food. read more

Saw the reviews and came in with high expectations of Terrace Kitchen. Set in the middle of an office complex, the food is probably closer to what you would expect from such a setting. There are different stations (pizza, salad/bowls, sandwiches where you place your order. We ordered a shrimp salad sandwich and the Korean pork sandwich, which at $14 seemed like a reasonable price. The shrimp sandwich was light on shrimps, so the price was not the deal I thought it was. The Korean pork sandwich with spicy pork bulgogi, corn cheese, gochujang aioli and pickled cucumbers sounded like a win, but the pork became burned when it was grilled in a pool of oil. Maybe I came on an off day, because I can imagine that this would be really tasty if executed properly. The pizza and salad combo seemed to be pretty popular with the office workers. The food was good, but nothing life changing. The experience was mostly tainted by the service. The staff seem to be crippled by all of the self serve kiosks. It was not busy when I arrived or practically the entire time I was there, but none of the staff I spoke with wanted to answer questions or interact with me. I literally tried to ask a question about a menu option listed in front of them on a stack of papers and I kept getting "I don't know" and a hesitation to answer any questions. The person who ultimately prepared my food was the only interaction I got that seemed human. Otherwise it's like the restaurant is just one big vending machine and it's as productive to talk to the buttons as talking to staff. read more

Review is for Verve Coffee Roasters. A small coffee shop in a business center that sharing space with three other restaurants. I orderd their Decaf Spanish Latte which is espresso, condensed milk, and cinnamon. It tasted delightful, with its cinnamon goodness, sweet tasting, but not over powering. Kind of reminds me of a churro, but in drink form. The place is small, but the shared outside seating more than makes up for it. Very comfortable seating with a nice breeze. The service was great, not too busy in the morning, so I was able to have a small chat with the barista, which he was friendly and offered swift service. read more

I've been here several times. I like the creative bowls and pizza best. The flavors are fresh and seasonal. The staff is focused but friendly. I can usually get in and out pretty quickly so it's a convenient stop. When I have time, I love the outdoor patio and soft seating. I can usually take a call or two and plug in my laptop. As someone who eats here daily due to proximity to my office, I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of consistent vegan-friendly protein options. The menu claims that vegan protein is "available upon request," but in reality, it's never available. On multiple occasions, I've asked the chef directly to include tofu or another vegan protein in my Salad/Bowl, and I've been told it isn't available or "not economically viable to always carry Tofu." That's not just frustrating--it's dismissive of customers with dietary restrictions. This restaurant is simply not a sustainable option for those following a plant-based diet or needing non-animal protein. I hope the management seriously reconsiders their approach to inclusivity and menu transparency. Food is good and fresh, but if you only have 20-30 minutes for break, you will be waiting for over half your break. It took about 5 minutes just to START toasting the bread. It took over 12 minutes for one sandwich. No other orders or customers waiting. I patiently waited, got my food, and as I was leaving, one worker said with an attitude "be more mindful " that breakfast is over at 10. The order went through at 10:01-I didn't realize it until I looked at the receipt when I noticed the order want being cooked--and I was just gonna walk away, without a word, but they had to say something. Then, a bearded man with long hair had to reiterate what the other worker said "be mindful..." Then, I went ahead and gave my two cents about how long I waited and that it was unnecessary to make a comment. It's funny that I waited around for 12-13 minutes until they decided to say anything. This place has you order from a kiosk that gives you a number, and they don't call the numbers in order. I ordered my food, and the guy was calling numbers out of order as I was in the front waiting for my number and he called people below my number and people before and people who were just ordering. When I asked him after helping a guy 5 numbers ahead of me he literally lied in front of my face and said oh I called that number and I told him I've been here since I ordered. I work in the buildings next to this place, never coming back. We had a family brunch today and we were all pleasantly surprised and very delighted with everything about it. Such a hidden gem. Service, food , outdoor & indoor dining are all amazing. Lots of selection of food & drinks, from coffee. teas, healthy juices, pastries, sandwiches, salads, pizza and so on. It's tucked away in those pretty new office buildings by Laguna Canyon in Irvine by 133 & 405 junction. We had so much fun that we didn't even get a chance to take photos. We will be back for sure! Pretty nice cafe in the middle of new office buildings. Staffs are nice and prices are pretty good for what you get. Outdoor seats are nice, especially when the weather is nice. You order using the touchscreen monitor and get a ticket. You can get pizza or build your bowls. Everything is about $10. The pizza is pretty good and decent size. Crust is chewy and thin (=yummy) but you can taste the burnt powder a little bit, probably due to unclean oven floor. The cheese isn't stretchy and you can kinda see the shreds unmelted, not sure why. Build your own bowl is like fancy chipotle. Wait for your ticket number to get called and pick whatever you want from the bar. You can get spring mix, quinoa, butternut squash, pick your own dressing, get steak bites. read more

The setup of this "restaurant" is chaotic at best. You have to place your order with a kiosk and go to the correct area to pickup. The staff is in no hurry. They would rather talk to a few customers than complete orders. I watched the cook at "The Lab" burn 6 pieces of beef because he was talking. You can't order a soda with your order if you use the app. There is no one to help you. The food quality is very poor. Think of a crappy hotel breakfast buffet but for lunch. This large, modern, almost sterile, free-standing restaurant is located amongst a multitude of equally modern office buildings in an industrial park. It's very easy to miss this place because there's no signage, and you'd never discover it by chance; you'd either have to work in the park or find it in an online search. There's plenty of parking in this office complex. You order using a touch screen. Don't expect anyone to talk to you or help you if you have questions or need help. It's not going to happen. The touch screen breakfast menu was rather limited. but we found a couple of things that we thoroughly enjoyed. Your breakfast will be prepared before your eyes (if you choose to watch) in a very efficient manner by a completely mute worker. You'll get a text message when your order is ready to pick-up at the counter. Nobody will tell you that you must exit the restaurant to visit the coffee bar outside to get your coffee order. You'll have to figure that out for yourself. Thankfully, the coffee bar has a real live barista that you can communicate with to customize your coffee. Well, once you figure this place out, you'll enjoy the peaceful and spotless environment. The food is exceptionally fresh, well prepared, and tasty. Very similar to Urban Plates or Tender Greens where you can order a salad or a "plate" and you can customize the lettuce type, protein, toppings, or sides of you order a plate. They also have pizzas, sandwiches, beer and wine. Everything is done by touch screen, so you order a "salad and protein" and pay, and then once you've paid you go down the line and customize your order. The touch screens are not really straight forward though, and it can be hard to navigate to the item you're looking for. Oh my gosh! BEST FRESHEST TURKEY SANDWICH IVE EVER HAD!!! Lovvve this place and it's options. Just because it's in a business area, doesn't mean it's not open to the public. I do not work in the area yet I go all the time. Their Wood burning oven makes some amazing pizzas and their carnitas are spot on. Love the outdoor dining space! The dining area is a bit stuffy with grease smell that fills up the space. I wish the ventilation system would be better to fit the clean modern atmosphere of the place. I had Margherita pizza which was very generous in size. The latte was ok despite the fact that it was made with Stumptown coffee beans. I figured that they are still working on the right mix, because I noticed the staff and manager was experimenting the milk steams and its temperature.
