The presentation of the matcha was nice - the matcha was layered on top of the milk, but unfortunately the result was that the flavors didn't blend that well together. The matcha flavor was also really subtle. The latte mostly tasted like milk with a hint of matcha. Pretty disappointing. If they could just add a slightly bigger scoop of matcha it would be perfect! What I appreciate is that all their food is made-to-order. Everything has always been fresh, and you are able to add/remove items on menu items, as needed.
