Came to S'wich Bistro to meet with friends with our kids. The location is conveniently at the corner with both indoor and outdoor seating. Restrooms are available and are clean. Love that the menu offers a ton of different options. Customer service is the epitome of amazing customer service - explains everything, willing to answer questions, makes suggestions and has great vibes overall. My tuna melt and onion rings totally hit the spot. I would definitely recommend! read more

I'm so torn because I want to give this place 5 stars but it left me feeling that 4 stars is good. First off, service was a solid 5/5. Girl taking orders and bringing food out is amazing. Super kind and I felt like she had just welcomed us into her home or something. Drink options were plentiful. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Food is where I'm torn between a 3.5 and 4. Portions are a 5/5. flavor is a 5/5. But what it left me feeling was more like a 3. The chips were delicious but man were they oily. I wanted to eat more but it kept making me feel bloated. My friend got the onion rings and the batter was extremely thick. The onion itself seemed to have just melted into the batter. We swapped sandwiches to try and the slaw in his was just way too thick with the sauce. If I come here again I would have to tailor my ordering towards items that aren't so dense in carbs or oil. And that's coming from a person who can eat 4000 calories of carbs all day long. I think it was just the immense use of oil and aioli. Anyhow... I would definitely come back. read more

Coworkers recommended this place. First time visit. Pastrami sandwich was the special. The pastrami was sliced thin but that didn't help the toughness of it. I literally took three bites of this sandwich and could not chew or finish it. The meat was tough. It was like chewing a piece of rubber or the sole of your shoe. The potato chips (homemade) had an after taste of fish to them. Spent 25 dollars and three dollar tip = 28 for a sandwich, coke, and chips. Not worth it. Won't be back! read more

We have been going here for years! This is a family business right across from Blizzard (I believe they are former employees). You will often seen the owners working the line here too. They will take the time to talk to you and know you. That's how you know that a restaurant has passion and soul. It even shows in their food! The restaurant itself is a bit small, but there is also outside seating too. We sometimes come and get their bfast burritos. But the sandwiches are where it's at! Can't go wrong with the Korean BBQ Beef. Unfortunately, if you try to bring this sandwich home it will often get soggy because of the bulgogi juices and the slaw. Keep that in mind and eat it fresh, you'll get a wonderful crunch from the bread! I also alternate from the Chicken Club and BLT here. The club is so surprisingly juicy for a chicken breast. BLT is so simple, yet so good from that glazed bacon. Each sandwich comes with homemade chips, which you can also tell they make in-house. Yes, sandwiches run a bit pricy. It's Irvine, and also the sizing of the sandwiches are quite big. Tip: You can pay extra to replace the chips with tots, and it's so worth! They always come crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Yum! read more

Food and service are excellent! Everything is made from scratch, including their breads. The host, Rumi, was so nice and helpful. Explained everything about their sandwiches and which ones were their best sellers. When I asked her her name, she was so humble and said it's not about the reviews, as long as we enjoyed their food. I feel like they're making a real effort to make sure the customers are satisfied. We had the Korean BBQ sandwich and a Turkey pesto. Their potato chips are also homemade! Large portions! This is the first time ever my rating is low based on price loan. A chicken club with chips should not cost me $25. Yeah the food was good, but I could have made the same thing at home. It is a cute little shop family owned with a nice ambience and the service was good. But none of that justifies their prices. It is near a lot of business and medical centers with not too many other food options so I understand why and how they have their high prices. $2.75 just to add avocado to an already $19 sandwich. The bread was just a burger bun. Apparently their sauces are housemate though so I'll give them that the thousand island sauce was good but still not worth the price. read more

Wasn't expecting this place to be this good since I'd never heard of it but both sandwiches were very yummy!! My favorite one was the Korean BBQ beef sandwich, which had a cabbage slaw in a fresh and soft baguette. The turkey pesto was simple and yummy, but I wish it had more of a fresh pesto flavor. Sandwiches also come with chips and the portions are pretty big. I'd come back if I'm in the area! read more

Really good sandwich spot! I had the bulgogi sandwich with extra toppings and their house made chips and it turned out amazing. I really want to try their other options like the pastrami sandwich and their cheesecake the next time I go. They seem to come up with new things regularly so that's really cool. The staff keep the place very clean and were quick and patient. Will definitely be going back in the future. read more

I have never had such a deep connection with the owner of a restaurant before, and I believe that we experienced something truly special today. As if motivated by forces beyond the realm of our dimensions, my 16-year-old son said "I really like that guy." when Bruce the owner walked in. I asked him how he knew because we didn't know anything about him, but my son was confident that his intuition was accurate. My son had never made any comment about the owner of other restaurants. I found this place on Yelp, and I was worried as we drove into this large complex of commercial office buildings on a Saturday afternoon. All the offices were closed, so why should this little deli be open? Sure enough, there were plenty of customers inside the restaurant and they also do a brisk takeout business. The lady behind the counter greeted us right away, and we wasted no time in placing our orders. I got the locally world famous Korean BBQ sandwich, and my son go the breakfast quesadilla. We were not disappointed as we savored our food. The barbeque meat was well marinated, and the coleslaw with green onion provided a splash of freshness and sharpness to even out the rich meat flavor. The homemade potato chips added the crunch that amplified the whole experience. As we wrapped up eating, Bruce spotted my son's UCLA shirt and decided to chat with us. We traded stories of our UCLA days (I was the class of 1995) and how we weathered the pandemic. I showed him my Ucla tattoo, and he asked about my son's career aspiration. The discussion turned philosophical when we dove into the meaning of a well-lived life. You'll definitely find good sandwiches here, but you'll never find such genuine, heart-felt conversation anywhere else. read more

I loved breakfast burritos, so when I saw S'wich had one, I had to check them out! If you're indecisive like me and struggle to choose a breakfast protein for your burrito, S'wich makes it easy - they give you both bacon and sausage! It's no ordinary bacon but their house glazed bacon. The breakfast burrito ($14.95) is very potato-heavy. I guess my arteries are thankful that there was one strip of bacon and some sausage pieces scattered throughout for a bit of flavor. It's pretty hefty though - if I had any sense, I'd split it so I wouldn't be too full for lunch. It's a decent burrito - not my fave but one that I've ordered again. Also tried their chilaquiles ($14.95) which were more like chips with eggs, cheese and salsa on top, instead of chips being cooked in the salsa. I would go with the burrito over this one. The staff here is great! Just so friendly and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I've only come on the weekends when things are quieter. They have seating inside and outside. No online ordering, but you can always just place an order over the phone. Parking in the lot. read more

I grabbed an Arizona Iced tea and it is labeled $0.99 and they charged me $3 saying they have to up charge. 300% up charge!!!! Sandwiches are good but this is shady in sales of the drinks. It is illegal to be posting a price and then turn around and sell it at another. read more

Cute spot right across the street from Blizzard HQ. There's some interesting Blizzard related artwork and collectibles from Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo in the store. There are menues for breakfast, sandwiches, burgers and vegetarian. The vegetarian menu includes a grilled cheese, a caprese, a veggie melt and a veggie burger. I always come here to pick up breakfast after work & I love that I can call them to get my order ready for pickup. I love their paninis & hot sandwiches here. The only downside is that their sandwiches are a bit on the pricier side. There's usually only one group seated inside when I come in the morning but there are also a lot of outdoor seating. The workers are also nice & friendly. read more

S'wich is the first to come to mind if you ask me about getting sandwiches. The sandwiches are made to order with the best and freshest ingredients. The servers are always polite and responsive. The dining area is basic and can be VERY crowded during lunch hours. The cons are the sandwiches can get pricy and if you are in a rush, you are in trouble. They can get so busy that often they don't answer to phone or you can't get anyone attention. I still dreamed about their bacon sometimes. It's that good. read more

Woah. Talk about a hidden gem. This place is nestled in the middle of an industrial complex, so I think most of the customers who come here are people who work in the nearby offices. The quality of the sandwiches and super-friendly service really stood out to me. The cashier welcomed my questions as I asked about the daily soups and what she recommended off the menu. I briefly browsed the yelp reviews before ordering, and decided on the Korean beef sandwich, which blew me away. The meal comes with homemade chips, but you can upgrade that for fruits/ salad/another side for another fee. While the meal costs a little under $20, the quality is superb. They made the bulgogi right in front of me, and the meat was perfectly tender and marinated. The combo of coleslaw and the hot beef was heavenly. I saved my other half and airfried it for dinner later that day; it was still delicious. There's plenty of seating both outside and inside the cafe. They're only open for breakfast/lunch, and close at 4pm. I'm definitely coming back to get their sandwiches again soon. read more

Good: Staff is friendly and the chips are fresh. Mid: sandwich was nothing special. I ordered the "Oink Oink Melt" which is basically a ham melt sandwich. If you like cheese, they definitely load it on. But no better than a sandwich from Jersey Mikes Bad: pricing - $19 for a single sandwich!!! If I knew, this was going to be that expensive, I really would've just gone to Jersey Mikes or Jimmy John's and saved myself $5. Overall: good place, too expensive. read more

We stopped in for a late lunch and split the turkey melt. Boy, was it better than I expected! The sandwich had fresh chunks of turkey not that cheap deli meat. The bread was perfectly toasted. The caramelized onions were grilled to perfection. Don't get me started about that 'wink wink' house thousand island... Huge portions and great flavor. We got the turkey pesto and Korean BBQ beef sandwiches and they were both great. The turkey pesto was refreshing and the bbq beef gave off a banh mi vibe. The portions are huge and we didn't know they came with chips since we ordered online for pickup. We probably could've shared one sandwich so we made them into two smaller meals for us each. The chips felt a little stale but had a nice crunch. I'd definitely suggest coming here to grab a sandwich to take to the beach. Stopped by since we got hungry waiting for the Laguna Beach Trolley. After walking by the outdoor seating area, the side was ver unassuming and was typical of a business park sandwich shop. Placing my order was very quick and the service was very friendly. Unfortunately though placing the order was fast, getting my order was a different sorry. Not sure if they were just backed up due to online orders, but our breakfast burrito took 20 minutes to make and we almost missed our troller ride. Setting aside how long it took them to make my order, the food was pretty tasty. The tortilla for the breakfast burrito was tender and chewy. The filling was flavorful and eggs well cooked. The chili cheese tots was very rich with the layer of cheese. Definitely something to be shared. Overall a good spot to stop by for a good lunch or breakfast. My husband and I stopped here this morning to check the place out. Angela was very friendly and took our order. We waited what seemed like just a few minutes and then she served us. Stopped here for lunch after a nearby hike. There are a lot of fresh options on the menu and breakfast is served all day Saturday. The restaurant is located in a business park and is very empty on the weekends. There was only one other customer. Unfortunately, our experience was as lukewarm as the coffee we were served. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito. I ordered the French toast. Dining in, I would expect to have real plates and silverware if I am spending $55 on two small meals. Instead, the food came out like it was prepared in a food truck, on cardboard trays. Nothing special about the meals we chose - certainly not worth the price paid. read more

Came for breakfast on a weekend. Pretty empty so the food came out fast. Outdoor seating is cute and there's some friendly squirels hanging around. The food however was very average and overpriced for what it was. The breakfast burrito was huge but it had like a whole potato stuffed into it. That doesn't really justify the price since no one wants that. Got a sandwich too and it's not as good as one you'd just make at home. read more

Had this on my Yelp bookmark for years and finally got around to trying. So glad I did! I first have to rave about the service. I unfortunately forgot the name of the woman who helped me, but she was so kind and helpful. She went over what was popular, and also how everything was made from scratch including the bread and chips. The sandwich was truly one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time, and the chips were super good too. So glad S'wich is open again after closing before the holidays! I had the chicken club today. Such great flavor; it's the garlic aioli that hits it out if the park, I think. And it's two full meals for me. The house made chips that come with all sandwiches are as plentiful as they are delicious. Don't forget to ask for the pickle spears; because of Covid they aren't out to help yourself to them anymore but they will gladly give them to you upon request. They're a bit short-staffed presently so I recommend you call your order in an hour before, if possible. If not, prepare for a wait. Short-staffed or not, they have really great customer service and delectable sandwiches. read more

Service was really nice and they did warned that they were a bit slower than usual (since they're understaffed), so it was good that they warned their customers at the front door! Ordering was pretty easy and one of the staff members brings your order to you. There weren't many people here, so the wait wasn't too bad. The sandwiches here are pretty big in my opinion. You can also upgrade your free chips to something like chili cheese tater tots. We tried the KBBQ sandwich and the tuna melt. The KBBQ sandwich surprised us those, it was actually pretty well done. The bulgogi flavored was pretty nice and all the coleslaw they added on top was a nice touch. It can fall all over the place, but this one was pretty good. The tuna melt was really nice as well and was pretty cheesy! The tater tots seemed a bit crazy, but luckily they weren't so heavy tasting or we would feel so gross after. The tater tots were pretty good too. The next time we should do is just upgrade one of our sandwiches since it could be a lot haha. The sandwiches were already kind of a lot, but these were all good options! Definitely would come back to try other things on their menu! read more

I can't really remember what I got, but that was kind of besides the point anyways. They offer a variety of breads, so I opted for dutch crunch and a regular french roll. The dutch crunch wasn't as good as others I've had from other notable sandwich places, but the french roll was great! I liked the construction of the sandwiches, as they were tightly wrapped and not over-stuffed. Good ratios and not too large as to not be able to wrap your mouth around it. But as for the content itself, I just wasn't blown away. It was perfectly normal, but I didn't feel anything beyond that. As a lunch place, I feel like it's a good option if you want a sandwich, but if you've got something closer to you that is marginally similar, I'd head there first.

We listen and we don't (critically) judge! Upon arriving to my old stomping grounds, I immediately went for my usual: the hojicha Basque cheesecake. Some things don't need to be reinvented. Brio Brio is also running a promo right now where you get a free cookie with purchase during certain hours. I just want to be fully transparent that I don't remember what those hours are or how long the promo is running, just that it's a weekday ordeal. You'll simply just have to go in and ask them about it or look for the signage near the register, and then purchase that item you need to qualify for the deal to begin with. Consider my review a very detailed advertisement about a potentially complimentary cookie that idk how to explain the sourcing means for. Lmao, my bad, y'all. Either way, it was refreshing to visit again after all these years. If you're stopping by Brio Brio, you really need to get the hojicha Basque cheesecake. That's singlehandedly the menu item I'll keep coming back for, even when it means I'll be suffering in rush hour traffic on the drive back home.

She took the time to understand our dietary restrictions and made sure everyone had delicious options to enjoy. Picking up the order was a breeze. For $7.75 I got scramble egg, two sausages and some pan fried potato--toast not included. Ok this is Irvine, everything is more expensive. The cook is skilled, but what can you do with these ingredients. It is average. Average foods for top tier price...that is why people do not only not shop in Irvine, not one eat in Irvine as well. Loved the Korean BBQ sandwich. Tried calling ahead of time # was busy, finally got thru was put on hold, hung up since I was already in the parking lot. Wait was long for just one sandwich, but it's understandable only one person cooking and it was lunch time. Worth the wait. Next time I will order online for sure. The description of positive affirmations on the wall also convinced us to give this place a try. We arrived right before noon and there was one other customer dining inside. While eating there, several people popped in to purchase chips or a drink or sandwich they ordered for pickup. It's bright and clean, but very quiet inside. We were greeted by a woman who's probably the owner and maybe the daughter who was helping out up front. It looked like the husband was in the kitchen and he gave us some recommendations of the panini being popular. Most of us ended up ordering the pesto turkey and apple grilled panini and ham panini. It was a simple sandwich and had basic ingredients like iceberg lettuce and tomato. The bread was nothing special and mine was unfortunately a little burnt. The apple was sweet which tasted like it didn't complement the turkey that well. Perhaps a more tangy apple such as Granny Smith would pair more nicely. Overall , it was bland. I'd like it better if some salt and pepper was sprinkled and maybe consider another dressing. My friend said it tasted like Costco pesto so nothing that wowed us. I was hungry so I ate most of the filling. My co-workers were not that excited either. Maybe we will return to try other sandwiches.

A little hard to follow bc it looked like most folks ordered first and then waited in line to pay, However for OCRW you paid at the register first and then wait for them to call your name. The line was long the day we went. I got the salmon poke nacho with a Diet Coke. I also ordered a blueberry lime cardamom muffin earlier which they did sell out of. The cookies also looked good since I was there early and saw them coming out of the oven. The poke nachos were good. I liked the chips they used and it wasn't fishy. I wish I had these options when I use to go into the office. Great spot for healthier breakfast or lunch, SYOY! I do hope to come back.

There is plenty of parking and seating outside (it was a hot SoCal day so sat inside). The inside is so cute, gives off a farm/ranch vibe with different counters to order coffee, hot food and poke. I ordered the turkey press which was delicious. It came with a side salad with a yummy dressing. I also got the berry matcha which was good. I almost got the salmon which I would come back for! Such a great place to grab lunch. I wish it was open on weekends. I met Jonah, one of the chefs, and he was so kind and helpful. A must if you're in the area!
