Not anymore! $200.00 for a 50 cent fuse!!! My engine light was on. I told Plus One that it's for a system that speeds up engine warming in cold climates. Not necessary in SoCal but I needed it to power up to pass the smog test. They said it needed a fuse. Diagnostic Fee: $200.00 Dollars! I purchased four travel trailer tires from PLUS 1 PERFORMANCE at a cost of over $600.00. About 1,000 miles later one of them blew up on the highway in Texas! After being reamed for the fuse I'd had enough of these guys! I asked for a refund for the tire, THEY STILL BILLED ME FOR MOUNTING AND BALANCING! For a tire that blew up in two days on the road! And BTW not one balance weight on any of the tires.

We got both of our cars done here after getting a set of new tires for both cars, and now roughly 6 months later both of our cars have SEVERE balding on the inside of the tires. Wires exposed, tread gone, balding. We never would have seen this if I hadn't need to take my car in for a break and lamp inspection; this could have killed us. Prior to this, we had our alignments done elsewhere and they also didn't do a good job, it wasn't perfect but it wasn't great. We suspect that this business took our money and didn't do a single thing to our cars, just robbed us. We took our cars to the much more reputable Synder's Tires here in crestline; it was more expensive but we got a complete report of how terribly aligned my car was, something Plus One didn't do. Provided are photos and evidence of how mismanaged my car was. I repeat- this could have killed us.

Find a trust worthy Mechanic…read more This is going to be long so I hope your in for it I know for a fact they regularly place "mechanic's lien" on many vehicles and sell them off for profit. (They steal cars form people by charging more than owner can afford, they then sell those cars for profit) The name of this place should be called "Dewy , Cheatum, and How" I was blindsided how friendly and service oriented they seemed to be... However , my issue was not diagnosed correctly initially and once it was taken in for repairs the issue was never addressed correctly. 9 months from the initial time I left this Truck with Salerno's and I still have a misfire in Cylinder 6 The whole ordeal started 10/28/2024, when I decided to trust Salerno's with the head gasket repair... I know this a labor intensive job so I waited patiently, the head gasket job too two months to complete . Immediately after taking possession of my vehicle I got a check engine light ( I was not comfortable going back to Salerno's ) so I got a second opinion from the car Dr of Loma Linda . The car Drs told me that Salernos had installed the wrong coil packs and did not replace a broken coolant Temp sensor. I went back to Salerno's with the quote from the Car Dr. and dropped my vehicle off again to be repaired properly the next day 1/5/2025 I got my vehicle back again another two months later and was charged $819.24 for the mistakes they make . Fool me twice maybe but not a third time , at this point I refuse to ever trust Salerno's When I went to pick up my truck the second time it had multiple new scratches scrapes and dings all over the body and around the hood where tool were dropped in it (I pointed it out to the denial of owner Mark). He also assured me the second 1/2 of the coil pack was correct even though there is no firing order noted on it . This business changed me over $6,500 , and clearly they are not a quality shop. There lack of knowledge and ability should be a concern to everyone looking for anything more then an oil change. I introduce to you Redlands Auto Service, a shop that, from what I can see, truly cares about the community they work with. My daughter's Nissan Leaf developed an AC leak due to a ruptured pressure line and questionable engineering choices regarding how you can replace that line. A single bad component turned into several needing replacement that the dealership quoted nearly half what the car is worth just in parts. My daughter and I did the work and when it came time to recharge everything, Carlos was there. His quote was less than half than the dealership's and when we brought it in, he even replaced a bad valve that we missed during our work. His shop is worth your business.

But the last time I was there - they went above and beyond with it!! I went in for my regular oil change, and the previous visit I was told I should consider changing my filters (cabin, etc.). So I informed them during this visit that I was ready to have them changed. But when my car was ready for pickup, they informed me that in a matter of fact.. I didn't need them right now.. AND THEY DIDN'T DO THEM AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME. I feel like another shop would just do it and take your money! Not these guys!! That is PURE genuine service to me!! Thank you Yeager's Diesel & Auto ! Got a check engine light…read morethe day before I was to start heading home (AZ). Was told to go in first thing in the morning, had Mass airflow sensor code. The technician that pulled the code got under the hood pulled the sensor wiped it off but wasn't satisfied! Checked Various areas for other possible items the pulled a MAP sensor it was covered in soot from the turbo. Cleaned it also change some plastic three way T's that were starting to leak. Then changed the air large hose off the intercooler that had cracks. I very happy with what was done and thinking I'm good to go ! BUT I wasn't, got back to hook my trailer to go and made it about 5 miles down the road and got another check engine light. Well now Friday late afternoon and I'm thinking C*^p I'm done' called Yeagers back " Stop by will figure it out!" Turn out the EGR was all clog. Parked my trailer at a near parking (Thank you Yucaipa Elks 2389) Yeagers got on it when most places would say manāna! Got the job done and we were able to make home! I still had questions when I got home and called them and they were still advising me over the phone! Happy to say we happy to be back on the road with confidence! So grateful for the people at Yeagers and all that they did!

Simple fix. (fuel pump power wire disconnected, another mechanic forgot to re-attach it Monday when we swapped out batteries) NO CHARGE..
