    Overcharges, Dishonesty & Ignoring the Real Issue - Avoid This Service Center I normally don't post reviews but boy I had a frustrating and disappointing experience at the Tesla Service Center at 5840 W Centinela, Los Angeles, CA. This place is all about charging as much as they can get away with, rather than actually fixing the issue. * My original estimate was $127.50, but somehow, they kept increasing it to nearly $1,000--without any valid explanation. * Jose falsely claimed that diagnostics were "required" and insisted I had approved them, which I never did. * They told me diagnostics would be pro-rated, but instead, they kept adding charges and manipulating the bill. * After a lot of back-and-forth, the price was lowered, but only because I fought against their tactics. * Wesley eventually got involved, and I was able to approve a final cost of $325.48 MOSTLY FOR 'DIAGNOSTICS', but at that point, the damage was done--I had already wasted too much time negotiating unnecessary charges and didn't get the repair I needed. To make matters worse, they didn't even fix the real problem--the charge port plastic flap, which sometimes doesn't open. Instead, they did whatever they wanted, rather than what was actually needed. This is a very strange and untrustworthy place where the service team prioritizes overcharging customers instead of addressing actual repairs. If you take your Tesla here, be prepared to fight against surprise charges, inflated estimates, and unnecessary services you never requested. I do not recommend this service center, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

    The best TESLA service center with friendly customer experience in LA! If your Tesla requires work, create your appointment here and ask for Jordi! He's friendly, efficient, and ensures your experience is 100%. We changed our wipers, cabin air filters (we change it every 6 months), and fixed a rear window issue. Within 45 min, our car was finished and charged up! The filters are made in Germany. Don't read the 1 star reviews. Trust someone who is goal oriented and keeps friendly customer service in mind. This location is a gem. The lounge is clean and offers free coffee/water. Wifi is strong. Thanks again, Jordi!

    Came here to drop off my vehicle since a tire was making a weird sound. Got on the Tesla app made an appt. 2 days later Dropped off my vehicle hassle free, in and out in less than 15mins. I had Bryan go on a test drive to address my issues & concerns & so he could also hear that rattle sound. In the meantime, I got a loaner w/ free super charging,FSD & hov sticker. Employees, kept updating me about my baby on a daily basis via the app. 3 days later issued got resolved, came back got my car & was gone in less than 5mins. AGAIN, hassle free. This place has great communication at least w/ ME. They were all extremely nice, professional and welcoming. I was very impressed w/ the customer service I received from Bryan, Wesley and David thank you all for being so nice. I will definitely be back here for my usual vehicle maintenance moving forward.

    If you want to lose hours of your day and get zero done with a huge price tag ... you found your place. I came in for 1 tire being damaged and left with 2. Zero accountability from this location. When I left their construction site of a service center, I spoke with Nathan who told me to drive back. Wesley, who supposedly was going to help me out, mentioned it was their bolt and that they are going under construction. He had it patched up quickly (45min) and was no where to be found after the incident. I communicated with Nathan that I needed someone to explain what occurred and what the condition of my tire was. How were they going to make this right? They said they will call me back and never did. I had to reach out 5 times with constant message threads with 48 hour response waits. They waited until the thread closed. It's truly a nightmare as a first time Tesla owner to receive this kind of treatment. I called around and found out that this location has this reputation already. Please avoid if you wanted to be treated as a human being and with common curtesy. Imagine a DMV with fake smiles and same exact treatment. Hugely makes you regret purchasing the car! Proceed with caution.

    I literally have had the worst experience at this site…read more They are non - helpful. I have had to change my battery 3 times at this location. Note: "Ladies they do not even help you out with anything regarding your battery (purchased or not)" The batteries, I got from this site Keeps dying. The last time I went the owner did offer me to trade the battery for pay. First off, He wanted me to trade a battery with no help. Then told me a story of another guy leaving and not paying him MONTHS ago. Shocking because it had absolutely nothing to do with me or my car or the help I needed. They claim they have no tools to even help you replace, give you the run around and tell you what everyone else should be doing but them. I calmly walked into the office and explained what my problem was, and the Hispanic guy immediately said let me call my manager, I'm thinking like ok I didn't know you need management but, Ok- Owner comes out. Now I don't have receipt, but they know exactly who I am and also know its their battery, due to the problems that I'm sure they have a lot of. The owner changes the battery out and has the nerve to tell me I have a one-month warranty and in a cocky way (arrogant way), So I asked for it in writing and he tells me I can only do a verbal. How you expect a receipt from me and you giving out verbal warranty expiration dates ??? This is the owner im talking about... And the worst part is he accused me of coming into the shop screaming and yelling. I made it a point to walk in calmly, because I am professional and already noticed side eyes walking in The owner pretty much - called me an angry black woman "Which is not at all what happened" and said his staff said I was screaming. They make up lies here. I talked calmly to you this whole time _ Did you hear me screaming - Where you there? It was extremely the worst service from an owner I have ever had in my life. He was more worried about his employee telling him racist lies then helping me - It took me 5 hrs to help find someone to get the battery out. They were non helpful and nonchalant about helping me - I I would never recommend this location to anyone in the surrounding area.
