Hey yall. I own a 2026 Tesla Y, 350 mile long range, purchased it in October 2025 off the Tesla website brand new before the tax credit went extinct. Prior, I had a 2023 Tesla Model 3 for a year, resold it in vegas private party. I like Tesla. I can say buying the same brand car back to back was a way to show myself how much I rock with this brand. I feel the seamless transaction process and like the style of the way they operate and handle professional business. I've never really had a bad complaint, only 1x! It was due to my delivery of my brand new car and me having to use a old ID, because I lost my new ID I had used to purchase the car, it delayed the delivery by 24 hours due to verification and I was mad at Tesla staff for not noting this in fine print anywhere prior. I just wanted my car, had been waiting 2 weeks with no car because I sold my Tesla model 3. Otherwise, they handle business straight to the point no beating around the bush! I was impressed most recently with my repair process, when ever I need to drop my car off for a repair, they do try to give me a loaner or at the least, $100 uber credit for the day. Last time, they gave me a cyber truck, for 2 whole days, free charging included, and that was cool! They always make up for any loss or mistake. Super nice people who work here! They go above and beyond. I love the fact I can stop in any day just to hang out, use the WiFi, drink some free coffee, unlike Starbucks, lol, eat free snacks... ask questions... Tesla knows how to be inviting and warm! They're generous and genuinely interested in their customers. They invest! That's why when I bought a brand new 2023 Honda civic, after months of having it, I stopped in Tesla just to check prices and they helped me think about getting out my Honda deal and switching over like no problem and next thing u know, I got out of my Honda and into a Tesla in months! This location in general, is a good one! Always busy but always have employees to talk and work with you! Shoutout to SAMUEL! He helped me the other day. It has been a difficult few weeks with Tesla. Last August 29, we come in to inquire and a nice gentleman right at the front (I can't seem to remember his name) helps us and we go through the application on the Tesla app. Easy got it done and scheduled our pick up appointment. A few hours later it says we're no longer approved. Then I get an email saying I am, but I need these specific documents since we've just moved from Hawaii. I communicate with their reps Ashlee Camarena through email and she's unhelpful. I've explained the situation about my car being a lease and her answers are one liners. It's off putting, rude, and it shows how Tesla just doesn't care. They keep asking for a document that at this point is impossible and I have other supporting documents that solve this. Bottom line, what a nightmare. Maybe this might just be a blessing and I'll stick to Lexus, whose customer service is amazing. read more

Reading the other reviews, made me nervous but luckily our experience was seamless. As first time Tesla owners the experience was great. We picked our new Tesla the week prior and realized we needed a few things adjusted- there was some minor things thats needed fixing. Paint, etc. We scheduled an appt thru the app and booked the first available- Friday. We dropped the car off early at 8am and we were offered a loaner. The estimated time for our car our to be ready was the following Tuesday. Its awesome that you track whats been looked at and fixed thru the app. By the end of the same day, our car was ready. We picked up our car and everything that was addressed was fixed. We parked the loaner and hoped into our car and was on our way. Pretty easy! The only problem we had was that we had to drive back because my husband realized he forgot his key card but that was our personal fault. We msged thru the app and they replied by and let us know to drop by anytime during business hours. Overall, no complaints! read more

This review is directed at the Service Center. Our Service Advisor was Alonso. He was communicative and was able to get us in on a whim on Friday as we had a road trip planned for Monday. This was very much appreciated as it would've ruined our plans. I've had my share of difficulties with other Service Centers, but this one appears to be one of the better ones. DO NOT WORK WITH tesla advisor Spencer Miklich! He is a liar and he will feed you whatever BS just to get you to commit to getting another tesla. He called me to see if I wanted to get another car once my lease was up and I told him that prices are getting too expensive and the only way I can do it is if he can get me some kind of deal/discount. He told me he and his team can find me a demo vehicle because those are released on discount. He said his team is there 7 days a week and will work on getting me a demo vehicle. With this assurance, I gave him my deposit. But once I gave him my deposit, he went MIA. I just couldn't get ahold of him. He wouldn't call me back and he would take a week to reply to anything. I had found some demo cars online ON MY OWN and sent it to him and his team to tell them to lock it in, but they never got back to me in time and by then of course, the car had been swooped up. This happened THREE TIMES. I was literally left on my own once he got my deposit and I was the one doing all the work trying to find demo vehicles online and calling dealerships all throughout the region. Spencer should honestly be fired for this kind of customer service. It's one thing to use sales tactics to persuade people, and it's another to straight up lie to customers. I escalated this to his manager and even she was shocked to hear about this behavior and agreed that this was not the way to treat customers. Hopefully they got rid of him. read more

Disappointing Customer Service While a few staff members were polite, the majority were rude and unprofessional. I was ignored upon arrival, and it felt personal at times. Even when the representative wasn't directly handling my claim, she was listening in and actively ensuring that other agents didn't approve it. I informed her that she was frustrating my attempts to report the poor service and request a replacement, but my concerns were dismissed. They made me come back several times for the same issue, which was incredibly frustrating. We picked up our car at another location on Sahara but got the car towed to this service location. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. They keep you updated every step of the way. They went out of their way to fix the problem and loan me a car while waiting. I felt very happy with the customer service level they have provided . I have to say I did not expect too much from Tesla in general, but the service at this location really changed my perception on Tesla . WARNING - DON'T BUY FROM THIS LOCATION unless want to experience the below!! Buy from Eastside (Ruben) location who has manners, educated and loves Tesla (delivery of car will be from there too). The Westside Sales Staff will lie about things, tell you opinion vs fact, mislead, promise things that was around 2+ years ago information. So they have outdated information for someone making an important buy that affects your everyday life. With the way the Westside manager handled things, I'm really really really shocked how him and his crew still have a job. I don't even know if they could qualify for a job at McDonald's. Just fyi, this dealership ain't an Apple store. Not sure if staff at this location are even fans of Tesla even though they have a Tesla. Maybe they're all family members of the district or regional manager to never get fired? We were told Philippe Sales staff have been there for years so it's really confusing on the experience. The whole westside sales team is a joke. At 1st we were thinking what can you expect local Vegas. But after experiencing Eastside dealership, yeah...Westside dealership is 2-5years old on their information. The Westside sale manager is really good at gaslighting customers. And just repeat whatever online says without listening to the concerns. = I'm very sure the sales team can be REPLACED WITH AN ELECTRIC IPAD. Which would give more factual information vs possible mixture of misleading information (opinions). If westside staff promises you there's no maintenance, no freon changes needed, that the charger will come with and in the car even with extra charges.... Don't believe them. We're not upset that life happens where any party makes mistakes/miscommunication. Even as customers. But they way it was handled...wow! One thing the Westside team is good at is gaslighting, unwilling to even acknowledge the discussion, and BS. NOT A NORMAL thing as our experience with Eastside, and their explanation that is not normal....or comparing what a sales person is to know, not know, what they could say or not. If a staff doesn't know anything about maintenance, car part, etc....yes, point them to the professional. Don't make up things. Or the manager to have your audacity to say that's not something the staff needs to know. In a manner to blame the customer from a staff lying. If the Westside Sales team was trying to be an unethical bro fraternity, definitely feels like one. Expect the maturity of a teenager. Also why do they say no maintenance or issues happen?! Being a huge fan of the car, driving experience and technology that goes with it, I thought I would never bring myself to write such a review on this brand. After upgrading my 2018 Model S to a 2024 Model S and the delivery experience that went with it, I will never recommend nor buy another Tesla again. The advisor that delivered the car to me could not care less about me in the slightest and after signing all the documents I was advised that she would pop the trunk for me so I could find my car and that was as far as the service went. I walked myself to the car, found my way around the upgraded controls of the newer model that were new to me and drove off the lot. After taking delivery of the car and driving off the lot I found out that there was no connectivity. After texting someone on the number I had I was advised it would take a couple of days to kick in. After 3 days I reached back out asking exactly how long it would take to kick in and the text response was, contact the Service Team. I connect with the service team via the App and was advised I needed to book it in for a service as the connectivity board was broken and needed to be replaced. The first available slot was in 10 days and they couldn't care less about me when I asked if we could get my brand new car in sooner to be repaired. Service day arrives and I check in. I was grateful to be given the use of a loaner car while mine was under repair. I made my way to the loaner car only to find a car in a filly disgraceful condition with not even enough charge to even get me to my home. It was in service mode and I couldn't drive it off the lot so I went in and advised the team. I went to the car with him and he said that yes people treat these loaner cars like crap and they don't care at all. He cleared out the trash and gave it a supercharge and off I went. As a "prestigious" brand you should be embarrassed at the lowest of low customer service you are becoming very well know for. I have shared my experience with the Survey Team that reached out asking for my feedback, however have not had any response. I also don't expect to receive one either with the "hide behind the text and App" business model that will eventually come to a grinding halt. read more

We were told by sales rep Roger that we can keep pushing the delivery date to late August without losing the deposit since we're overseas until then, which is something Roger was aware of. Then, no financing in the dealership at all. You have to do it all on your phone. Whenever there is an issue you can't talk to anyone. So then you go back to the dealership, and now they tell you a completely different story! Trade in a vehicle for $14,000 and they still want you to put a down payment! She just told us to download the app and fill up all the Information then after that, she never got back to us. We have a lot of questions about our trade-in value and about the purchase of the car. I am be in Virginia Beach right now, but I am coming back to Vegas in a week and I actually had to call the dealership in Virginia Beach just to speak to someone about the model ( they answered immediately ). I called the Las Vegas dealership three times in a weeks span and they have not answered one time, and I have went online to request a call back and nobody has responded and it's been over a week. Do you see responses from management to any of these awful experiences? Nope, neither do I. Doubtful that anyone in the company even reads these. Well, here's another. Spent about 6 hours sitting in their waiting room for --- absolutley nothing. They couldn't fix it that day, and failed to tell me as much --- which they could have from the moment I checked in. Miscommunication and , shall we say, 'poor' customer service are to blame? Yeah, but it's not that simple. I get that customer service is becoming increasingly rare. They've almost completely removed the human aspect from the equation. We're nearly at the point where it'll be nothing but the mobile app: you drop off your vehicle for an appointment and just leave it. Techs make the repairs and you get a message at some point that it's ready to be picked up. There won't be any interaction with another person at all. But we're not quite there yet. Until we are, this is still a person to person business. The model requires human contact and interaction. And that's exactly what isn't there. The most basic and, dare I say, advanced, customer service skills are completely absent. I mean to an appalling degree. Lack of training? Sure, but it's much more a lack of caring. It's not difficult to show a little empathy, a little interpersonal professionalism with your guests. What's going on here is quite the opposite: an absolute and complete indifference to their customers. "Hey sir/miss, how are you doing? Just checking in; I know you've been here a while....." Etc etc etc. It really isn't that challenging - unless you just don't care. If that's the case, then even a little 'do you need any help' or just a 'hi there!' can seem impossibly demanding. I can't imagine how their whole staff could walk past me at least 5 times each and not even say hello. All the other reviews you're reading about a terrible experience and horrible customer service? I came here two weeks ago with two of my coworkers to test drive a Tesla Model Y. I made my appointment online on Tesla's website and someone from Tesla Las Vegas texted me, asking what day and model I would like to test drive their cars. The only thing I needed was my Driver's License and proof of insurance. Going back and forth with the service representative on text message, the personnel would sometimes not respond as quickly (around a day or two to get back to me with some information). However, I understand that they're not here to push sales like other dealerships. The morning before my appointment, I sent the local Yelp address link of Tesla to my coworker, informing him where the dealership was, however, the map's pin point location of Tesla shows that its in Jones & 215, where as the address was on Sahara & Rainbow? That cause a bit of confusion, however, I texted the representative and got no response of where the actual location was. Fast forward a little and I figured out which location to go to and notified my coworkers. As I got there, I was informed that the Tesla representative was actually off that day and thus that's why I did not get a respond back. It would have been nice to be informed that a bit earlier or get transferred to a different representative. As we got there, it took a little while after my originally appointed time to test drive the Tesla Model Y. The test drive itself was exciting and was limited to approximately 20 minutes. Due to COVID, the Tesla representative just shows you how to operate the vehicle and let you drive it around the local streets. I was only allowed to bring an additional 3 people max with me during the test drive. One nice thing was that after the test drive, the Tesla representative did not try to push any sales on us. This would have not been the case if I was at another type of dealership. The only negative thing was the lack of communication through text message and the bit of wait, even though I had an appointment time set. read more

What a waste of my time. I really wanted a Tesla Model 3 and then I test drove the new refresh. It was great until we pulled the car over and got in the back to check out the space and to see if there was enough room for our kids. But that's when everything went crazy. So we test drove a Model Y at one of Teslas's remote sites and had zero issues. The key to the car was in the Tesla app so we had zero issues starting, going, or moving to the back of the car. However, today I got an error message and could not put the car back into drive. Apparently, we had locked the car inadvertently and with no physical key or key on my phone; we were screwed. We sat there for about 25 minutes calling the dealership and texting the gentleman who was supposed to help us with our potential order. No one at the dealership answered the phone and I had to call Tesla's roadside assistance who was able to get ahold of our salesperson to get the car running again. It was at that moment that I realized that this dealership and maybe even Tesla has horrible customer service and I'll be looking at other brands since being stuck in a vehicle that's unable to move for 25 minutes gave me clarity on EVs. I'm test driving a Lucid next week. BTW, when I got back to the dealership the guy never apologized and still tried to get me to order the car. ‍ read more

Had an appointment at 7077 W Sahara location with Jamal, what a hirable experience, ended up wattig for 45 min after we came back from test drive and when I complained to the manager " Johnathon" he was keep arguing that they're busy and did not even try to handle the situation right. I asked what the appointment is for then and he was just making excuses, not even a single apology for making me wait while we had an appointment. Do not waste your time going to this location, they're not honest and try to move to the next customer to make their numbers, making everyone wait. They don't care about the customer or Tesla's name brand, they're just money hungry. When you own a Tesla, you have to understand that almost any problem can be fixed in your driveway. I took my car to the shop the first time for a recall, and it was jammed. They inspected it and no problem but explain to me to schedule home service in the future. I have done this 4 times since and they come out on time and fix it quick. They bring everything they need. They can Jack it up and rotate the tires. They can make new key cards. If your 12 volt battery signals it needs to be replaced, when you schedule online service, you go to the front of the line. If you neglect the warning and your car won't start, they come out immediately. Get with the program, this isn't your grandfathers car. read more
