When I got there I was told the car was not available. Was given no reason. I ended up buying a new car. My salesman was awesome. Highly recommend Mitch. The financing portion was where I was seeing red. After purchasing the car on a Saturday and thinking all was well. I got a call from my finance guy saying i needed to stop by to sign paperwork. When I got there he told me the loans I was "approved for" didn't work out. So they found the next best option. Which raised my payment and interest rate. I was not happy to say the least. There was no warning this may be a possibility when I bought the car. I felt duped. I threw stink and they ended up solving the problem. They made me feel like this was normal business. That this happens all the time. Well I've purchased numerous vehicles and this has never happened to me. The finance guy was not easy to work with. I had to demand I speak to someone else. Also, I was promised a charging adapter which has not arrived and have not heard from the dealership at all. I have reached out a few times and I get the runaround. Typical dealership BS. They treat you like you are VIP when you are buying the car and as soon as the deal is done... well crickets. I love my car so far, but this will be my last Nissan purchase. What a joke this dealership is…read more I test-drove a truck I loved after researching it for months. I asked for a 36-month lease with 12,000 miles per year and requested a line-by-line breakdown showing every charge, including the money factor. That's a completely reasonable request when you're considering spending around $60,000 on a vehicle. Instead, the sales manager came back with a single sheet showing 36 months, 15,000 miles per year, and a payment of over $1,100 per month--none of the information I had asked for. I told him the breakdown was missing and that I wanted to understand exactly what I was paying for. Rather than answering my questions, he became visibly irritated, crumpled up the paper, walked away, and didn't even bother to shake my hand. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior. If your sales manager can't handle an informed buyer asking basic questions about a lease, that's a serious problem. It was a complete waste of my time. If you're looking for transparency and professionalism, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere. Don't waste your time the way I did.

I then called their "Quick Lane" service to find out the cost to have it installed. They responded $85. No appointments, you just drop off and wait. They also recommended Mobile Service where they come to your house, so I called to set up. Validated they could bring the battery and when I then ask to validate the price of $85, they said it will be $300+ and will investigate and text me why I was quoted $85. Never heard back, so I decided to go in, get the battery and have Quick Lane install it for $85. They said the procedure takes 2 hours and would cost $400+ (and the person who quoted me $85 screwed up) Needless to say that I had already investigated the procedure on-line where it was done in a 20 minute YouTube video. I ended up doing it myself and it was easy and took 45 minutes. What a ripoff
