    Came into get our 20k mile oil change and again, amazing service and quick as well. Pulled up into the quick service lane and was greeted within 2 minutes which is impressive being a Monday but service advisor was friendly and even made small talk. Location is clean and always appreciate they have an area you can work. They have WiFi information provided and ports to charge your laptop while working. I live on the opposite side of town now off Kyle Canyon and 95 and still make the drive out here to get service! Loyalty to great customer service:)

    After keeping my car for a month, this was the condition it was in when we picked it up.

    I would give them zero stars if I could. They basically held our car hostage in the service center for a month while aggressively trying to sell us a new one. They didnt begin working on our car for three weeks, it just sat there (I could see in the Ford app that the car didn't move and hadn't been unlocked for three and a half weeks). Once we made it very clear that we weren't interested in trading it in, it was magically fixed the very next business day. There was still an open recall on the car, which they said they would fix, but they didn't do it. They claimed that they needed a repair code from Ford. When we called Ford corporate, they said that wasn't the case, and that dealerships had been provided with the codes. Also, the "service advisor" we worked with was especially rude and mysoginistic. He would only talk politely to my husband and, on more than one occasion, told me to listen to my husband. He was extremely condescending to me. He also told me that my husband said things regarding our schedule that were not true. After nearly two weeks without an update, my husband called and left a message. The "service advisor" left the rudest message back, saying "if you notice the pattern of when I make my phone calls, I call around three pm." Like no, we don't notice the pattern of when you make your phone calls. Just give us a timely update. He expected us to work on HIS schedule, and wanted us to pick up our car within 12 hours of leaving a message that it was finally repaired. This was after literally a month of our car in the shop. He said we had to pick it up that same day by 5:55pm or the next morning before 11am. I told him that I couldn't take off work, and he said, "I'm not asking you to take off work from your little job. I'm telling you to get here when I tell you to get here." And this is why my family will never return to Gaudin Ford for service or to purchase a new vehicle.

    Awesome experience twice already. Ivan is the man to see if you want to buy or lease. He is very knowledgeable and helpful really good hospitality and knows what he is doing. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Ivan you're the best.

    Mutilated weather seal and obvious tampering of plastic covers.  Too lazy to put them back properly; consider it a half-ass job Gaudin?

    Very disappointed with the service at Gaudin Ford. I brought my vehicle in for a no-start/no-ignition issue, which turned out to be related to the battery "weld" recall. While I understand these things can happen, the complete lack of communication from the service advisor was unacceptable. I never received a call or update--I had to call multiple times just to get basic information and have asked to change my previous Service Advisor. They send you voice command to type their text messages. Epic FAIL! To make matters worse, they claimed the Body Control Module (BCM) needed replacement and quoted a ridiculous price --despite the fact that the BCM had already been replaced not long ago. Claiming a "heavily modified add-on fuse melted its way into the BCM". They also claim and wanted to proceed in re-issuing two new key fobs, which was completely unnecessary and added to the already bloated cost of "diagnostic" by wiggling a fuse box. They even lied about the vehicle not starting and needed to be towed from the shop. It felt like a blatant upsell and a lack of attention to the vehicle's service history. A no-start issue due to a known battery recall should be handled efficiently and transparently--not used as an excuse for high-cost, questionable repairs. I expected far better communication and honesty from a dealership like Gaudin Ford. PS. They like to leave grease all over your nice seat covers too! Come on GAUDIN. Train your techs to cover their mess.

    Gaudin Mobile Service - Matt & Cade are excellent - came out as scheduled they did a knock out job - friendly - informative - professional - Excellent Customer Service - I will definitely use their Mobil Service again

I spoke with a store employee who made the appointment for me over the phone and received a text message confirming the appointment. I also received a reminder text message the day prior. Yet, the day of my appointment, I arrive just to be told their technician hasn't arrived (mind you, the shop had already been open for over an hour). I asked why wasn't I notified of this prior to arrival and received a shrug of the shoulders from the lady behind the counter. I then asked when is the technician expected to arrive and she replied "I don't know. He is not responding to calls and texts" like, what??? So, basically, the doors were open, but no work could be done because their technician was a no-show. I then asked do they have another technician to come in for the day and she replied "No". Just no. As I walked out, two more customers were on their way in. I told them there is no technician to perform any work and one of the gentlemen said this was the second time this happened to him. Made an appointment, appointment was confirmed by the store, but when the day comes no one is there. This is completely unacceptable and corporate needs to know how poorly this location is being operated. This was the biggest waste of my time. I will never again patronize any Pep Boys.
