Since I knew I wasn't getting anywhere with him, I left and he allowed me to walk out and take my business to another dealer that was 40 miles away. Lucky for me Keyes European had a 2025 RR sport Hybrid that I purchased same day. Shame that the GM at these dealers don't pay attention to how their dealers are being operated and declining. Not the sales guys fault. It's poor management. I would say don't waste your time going there for a car and after reading about their horrible customer service in the service department I'm actually glad I left.

I recently bought a used Model Y from a third party dealership. The car gave me an alert about the front camera or glass being dirty. I scheduled an appointment for that and an issue with the drivers side headlights not being aligned. Took 5 minutes to drop off the car while working with Cesar. He advised it could be a couple hours, but they had the car wrapped up in 45min. Over all I was impressed with the service. In my case they were quick and responsive. Being able to message them in the app was pretty handy since it allowed me to share a video of the headlight issue.

The appointment later transitioned into a home test drive, which initially felt like a great customer experience. Unfortunately, communication and scheduling became inconsistent the closer we got to the appointment time. What started as a confirmed visit turned into multiple messages about capacity limitations and rescheduling, which ultimately made it feel like our time was not being respected. I completely understand businesses get busy and scheduling issues happen. We both work in demanding professions ourselves. But with luxury level pricing comes an expectation of better communication and customer service. The truck itself is beautiful, but first impressions matter. Was the only advisor for the day, but he seemed to smoothly handle all the customers for the day without nary a hint of stress. He answered all my questions for the 30k service and followed up to things he had to verify. He personally came to find me in the waiting area to provide further answers and updated me like 2 or 3 times during the visit. Wow, just the calm demeanor of this man put me at ease. What an awesome asset to a dealership service department. Even the lady that was around the showroom was so calming and gentle. Overall this dealership is just low key and lower stress environment. Not too big, but it has everything needed to operate smoothly and effectively. Even the music playing was enjoyable, lol! Lot of soft country music with some other music mixed in. I don't really listen to music much, but those soft country music was actually great! Actual singing and smooth beats, country music was quite addicting! Shoot, forgot to ask somebody if it was a radio station since I would listen to that. Work areas along the windows with power plugs and wifi worked smoothly. Got to do some work on my laptop, while sipping a coffee. Then moved over to my favorite seat in the house, those amazing 4 chairs now moved to the main waiting area.
