    Hello I recently purchased a new Tesla Model Y Juniper 2026 and I picked it up in Camino Ruiz, San Diego I was asking for my mobile charger which is included in my order , the lady that helped us pointed to the square box, found out it was just the adapter with no cord. I called customer service regarding the matter and I was just given another 800 number. Can I request for some support to resolve this issue?

    I finally made the decision to do it! Test drive a Tesla! I always see the Teslas parked in the back parking structure when I visit. (I always park in the back because the in/out traffic is not as hectic as the front.) We were in the area so why not?!? This location is at Westfield mall at UTC. The store is a bit hidden within the mall and it's a short walk from there to the cars. I'd recommend making a test drive appointment online for the time/location you want instead of walking in like we did. You can definitely walk in for a test drive, and we came in at a slow time. So we were told the next test drive time slot was open in about a half an hour. Great! So we thought... Since the car we wanted to test drive were both out and delayed coming back. We actually waited just over an hour to do our test drive. Danny was our rep and he was super informative and helpful. He apologized for the wait and was able to track the delayed cars... and have them come back to the mall, which was kinda cool to see. When they finally arrived, we went out to the car and Danny completely sanitized the car and wiped everything down in front of us. I really appreciate that he took the extra time to do that for us. He proceeded to give us a quick lesson on how to operate the car and off we went. The test drive is only supposed to be 20 minutes. But I can see why everyone is delayed. 20 minutes is not enough time to do a test drive and see if it's the right car for you. Even though the test drive was short, the actual drive itself was pretty good! If you're thinking about getting a Tesla, definitely take a test drive and get familiar with all the bells and whistles. Definitely a techy kinda of car!

    Very bad experience with Tesla. They just fished me at the beginning by showing me a low payment then after I ordered the car and paid $250 They said the payment raised on the app to $270 before They run my credit. they cancelled my order and took my order fee. please see all the screenshots conversation with tesla team.. After I complained they changed their software and they add extra money on the fee and tax option at the bottom as in the picture. The right picture shows that note wasn't on the software before when I ordered my car and the left picture shows they updated the software after I complained.

    So grateful for Danny Nguyen who helped me get my dream car!!! Before stepping into Tesla that day, I had visited both the Mercedes and Porsche San Diego dealerships, speaking with their sales associates for at least an hour each. Once meeting with Danny at Tesla UTC, it was a matter of 10 minutes and I knew the Model Y was THE ONE! He got me so excited, was such a delight to speak with, and guided me through each step of the process. I don't think I would feel as confident and supported in my purchase without his ongoing assistance and support during the months leading up to my vehicle arrival. Two days ago, I picked up my vehicle and I am SO HAPPY. I came back to Tesla UTC to ask questions, and Danny made me feel so good and knowledgeable about my Model Y's different controls and features. Things I definitely wouldn't have noticed on my own. 100% recommend visiting Tesla UTC if you're thinking of getting a new car. 5 Star experience

    I made an appointment to test drive a car after ordering one....backwards process I know!!!! Anyways.....Frank greeted me when I walked in, answered all my questions, and even helped me save money and got me the car I really wanted! Thank you Frank!!!!! Oh yeah the car is pretty nice too

I spoke with Grant Ruthenberg and told him the model I was interested in. He explained the he receives a fee from the dealership but he'd be working to get me the best price. He got back to me the very next day with what I was looking for. Ever the skeptic, I ran his proposal and the invoice through ChatGPT and asked if I'd gotten a reasonable deal. ChatGPT answered, "FINAL VERDICT: This is a fair, clean, and pretty good deal. You could spend weeks calling dealers and possibly not do better. You're not being overcharged. The numbers match reality. And the transparency is excellent." So who was I to argue? I told Grant to go ahead with the purchase and he told me the car could be delivered the next day. I was informed about the ETA of delivery and given a more precise ETA as they had more info (the car was coming from Riverside and I'm in Bonita). Grant had me sign the paperwork and explained what I was signing when questions arose. I gave him the check and then we went out, sat in the SUV and he explained all the new features. He set up the Apple CarPlay and paired my garage door opener so that I no longer had to use the remote. When I no longer had questions about the Palisade he graciously moved my very heavy dog crates to the new car! Above and beyond! This is the best car buying experience I've had in my 71 years and I will be recommending Branco Motors to anyone in the market for a new car.

    A friend referred me to Carpair. I liked working with Britt…read more My car sold within one day. Britt told me the price and I asked for a little higher price. She successfully negotiated for the price I wanted since my car was in high demand due to its' great gas mileage. Carpair is the only place I will go to buy or sell a car. An employee came to my home and did a diagnostic test and took photos of my car. This was so much better than trying to sell my car myself. Carpair paid for the Uber home after I dropped off my car at the car dealer. Thank you Britt!

The start was great--the app is smooth, and I received a call immediately after putting in my info. I was helping my office sell some cars and thought this would be a faster way to get it done. However, the process quickly turned frustrating. I told the rep, Britt, that we already had a Carmax offer for $12,500 and didn't want to waste anyone's time or money if they couldn't beat it. She "danced around" the question but eventually insisted her experience and systems showed we'd get more. Two days later, the offer was the exact same amount I already had. Instead of being upfront, she pressured me to take the "lowball" deal. To make matters worse, I ended up with a $98.00 bill for a service that provided zero added value. They acted like I was the one wasting their time, despite them failing to meet the price they promised. I wouldn't recommend this to friends or family--you'll get the same price at Carmax with much less work and no surprise fees.
