It's hard to choose with which part of our stay was highest on the list of "impressed". Everything…read morewas outstanding and memorable. I guess, have to start with our host Tom. He communicated directly via text and email before we even arrived and provided a lot of valuable advice and suggestions to plan our trip to Eugene and the surrounding area. When we arrived to the B&B it was like coming to a second home with a welcoming relative. Every detail and comfort was considered and present in advance. The estate is massive and yet homey simultaneously. Tom was a tremendous host throughtout our 3 day stay and cooked and served a delicious and fresh breakfast daily. Also charged our Tesla at no cost, told interesting stories about his home and the region, and recommended places to visit. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay a 5-star+++ experience. If all that was not enough, Tom picked berries with our 5-year old in his orchard, gave her cooking lessons, and kept her entertained while we rested. Can't recommend McKenzie Orchard Inn enough and can't thank Tom enough for his warmth and hospitality.
