Hearing that I was expecting a lot as it is a pretty intense repair, but I was able to get my car back the same day. The office and grounds definitely need some work, but it's because they put all of their time into your vehicle. Grateful to be helped honestly in a field which you never know. I was looking for a 2026 LC 500 and none of the local dealers in my area had any available without a $25,000 - $100,000 premium. I was searching dealerships and found Escondido Lexus which had an LC500 in transit. I messaged the dealer and was put in touch with Coco. She was very transparent and told me that because they were going to stop manufacturing this model in August it would be very difficult. She mentioned that if I would put down a refundable deposit that she would put me on the list. If the car in question came in and for some reason the party that ordered it backed out of the deal she would give me a call. On March 8th I put down a deposit and waited. On April 11th they received a blue LC500 and texted Coco and she would let me know if the deal fell through. April 14th, she texted that the buyer did indeed go through with the deal. On April 29th Coco told me I should go onto Lexus website and do a Custom Build to see if the factory would accept the order. Over the next couple of months (checking in on May 11th, June 1st, and June 30th) I checked in periodically with Coco, but there was no news either way. On July 3rd, Coco said it wasn't looking good and asked if I wanted to process my refund. I said no, let's just wait a little longer. Good thing I didn't process the refund, because on July 21st I got a call from Coco saying that a White LC500 had come in and it was mine if I wanted it. The next day I drove from Laguna Beach down to Escondido (54 miles away) and picked up my new car. I had such a great experience with everyone at the dealership -- from Coco (of course) to the Manager, the Finance man, and the technology consultant. If you want to be treated in an honest and transparent manner, Escondido Lexus is the place. I've never been to a dealership where all the employees seemed happy to be working there.

Smog check comes out to be $78.20 before the coupon (including the certification). While I was waiting, I found a $40 off coupon on their website so I showed it to the person that was helping me. I was aggressively questioned as why didn't show the coupon right in the beginning. He then told me I would have to reschedule since it has to be a physical copy of the coupon. I had to point out the coupon says "printed or mobile". There must have been some misunderstanding because who shows a coupon before paying??? Despite the unpleasant questioning, the service was fast. If you are also coming here for a $38.20 smog check, make sure to present the coupon like your life depends on it.

I've been a Volkswagen owner for nearly 20 years, and this has been, without question, the worst…read moredealership experience I've ever had. I had a great car-buying experience at first, but unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. My first service visit started with the dealership ordering the wrong part. Mistakes happen, but it was the beginning of a frustrating pattern. When I returned to have the correct part installed, a technician accidentally ripped the driver's seat. It then took over three months for the dealership to provide a loaner vehicle so they could repair the damage they caused by patching over the rip. The repair lasted only a few weeks before the seat ripped again. Now, more than a year later, they're still refusing to replace the damaged seat cover. The Service Manager's (Kim Yuquimpo, Joshua Rippo, Ron Gibson) only solution is to patch it again--which would only conceal the rip, not actually fix it--even though the first repair already failed. I don't have time to keep bringing my car back every few weeks because of a problem their technician created. To make matters worse, replacing the seat cover properly will cost over $800--a bill I'm now expected to pay myself because the dealership refuses to take responsibility for damage caused by its own technician. That's simply unacceptable. This was a brand-new car that their employee damaged. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. Had they simply taken responsibility and replaced the seat cover, they would have earned a customer for life. Instead, they chose to save a few hundred dollars and lost a customer who has been loyal to the Volkswagen brand for nearly 20 years. I'll never return to this dealership, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Based on how this situation was handled, I'd also think twice before doing business with any Mossy-owned dealership. Customer service isn't just about selling cars--it's about standing behind your work when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here.

They called me letting me know my brake pads were fine and recommended not replacing them now and contacting my dealership to fix the rotors since my vehicle is under warranty still with my lease. Saved me hundreds of dollars and didn't even charge me for the inspection! First visit with them 2 years ago was to replace my car battery where they also saved me money!
