So good! Kin Dee is legit. I spent time vacationing in Thailand a few years back and it basically ruined most Thai food for me in the U.S. Complex flavors, super fresh herbs, delicate and nuanced dishes, and all very affordable. We've gotten delivery and died in from Kin Dee - both experiences were great. Crab Rangoon are crispy and fresh, handmade dumplings are succulent and flavorful, Beef Salad (extra spicy) is phenomenal, spicy wings are fantastic, curries are bright and herbaceous, Pad Thai was solid. This location has been home to Thai restaurants for over 30 years, and this is definitely the best one yet. The food is outstanding, the prices are excellent, and everything tastes fresh and clearly made in-house with high-quality ingredients. We stopped in for lunch and had the $13 lunch special (red curry chicken with a crab rangoon and egg roll), plus the Tom Kha fried rice, which was one of the best we've ever had. Every dish was unique and delicious. The service was exceptional, the newly renovated decor looks great, parking is easy, and owner Chatty is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lovely Thai and pan-Asian restaurant in Kittery, definitely worth a visit! The staff were incredible, and the food was delicious. I had a massaman curry dish with a side of rice, and practically licked the bowl clean! The curry was full of rich flavors and the ingredients were all prepared perfectly. We also had the homemade Nom-Jeep dumpling appetizer, it was so tasty. Really packing a big punch, I was pleasantly surprised to find this place in this part of Maine! read more

Had take-out from here for the first time a few days ago. We had money bags & spring rolls for starters and drunken noodles and fried rice with crunchy chicken as main dishes. The money bags were good but I found the spring rolls to be rather bland and boring. The drunken noodles were good and so was the fried rice - it had a LOT of chicken and I cant believe I'm saying this but I feel there could have been more vegetables in it. The portions are not big but I think they are a perfect size. Will definitely get takeout from them again and my partner said they have improved the decor of the restaurant a bit from last owners so might try to eat in the restaurant as well. read more

I found this clean, quaint restaurant in Kittery just beyond the traffic circle. The employees were gracious and very nice. The prices were a little below what you would find in Portsmouth for the same quality and selections. Today I ordered Hawaii's stir fry with chicken. It was very tasty. I ordered ramen with pork for the kids and they really loved the broth. I also ordered gyoza and it was fantastic, the best I have ever had. I'm so glad there is a Thai place that I can go to and know the food is great and people are kind. Parking is good. Give these guys a try. Kin Dee 95 has opened in Kittery, in the former Siam Mellow space next to Sunrise Grill. This casual Asian Fusion restaurant offers full service dining, takeout, and online ordering. The dining area & takeout counter is in the same room with 3 booths and 6 tables, & 4 high chairs along the front window, for up to 36 dine-in customers. AI karaoke music plays over the speakers. At the time of this posting, Kin Dee 95 was serving a limited soft opening menu and their liquor license was pending. For food, they offer a selection of noodle & rice dishes, soups, curries, Asian appetizers, salads, and mango sticky rice with ice cream. The prices are moderate. I stopped by Kin Dee 95 for dinner on opening weekend. The place wasn't too busy and I was seated in a booth. I was given a soft opening menu and ice water. For a starter, Kin Dee95 Beef Bun (2 for $10 plus tax) very soft tender slices of grilled beef, cucumber, carrot, leaf lettuce, pickled ginger, topped with mild spicy mayo sauce in soft warm bao buns. These bao buns were very good and great tasting. For an entree, the Classic Ramen ($19 plus tax) was served very hot with soft ramen noodles, soy egg, green onion, sweet corn, bean sprout, bamboo shoot, nori, and atrips of chashu pork, some lean pork and fatty strips in a creamy pork bone broth. This hot noodle soup was filling and satisfying with the extra pork flavor from the pork fat. After I finished, I requested the check which was $31.32 with tax and before tip. Overall, I enjoyed my dinner during this soft opening. The service was very prompt. I will come back when the full menu becomes available. read more

A delicious new choice in Kittery! I came here for lunch with my daughter a week ago, and I can't stop thinking about how delicious my Yum Nuer salad was. The beef was tender and perfectly seasoned. The dressing was spicy and intensely flavorful, and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. My daughter ordered satay and gyoza, and both were fresh and tasty. I will definitely be visiting each time I pass through Kittery! Service was warm, friendly, and helpful. Definitely give this spot a try for deliciously authentic Thai food. read more

What an incredible find! We stopped at this newly opened Thai food spot on our way to Portland. The servers were so kind and had a lot of great menu recommendations. We got drunken noodles, basil pad Thai, massaman curry and pineapple fried rice and ate family style. Every single dish was incredible (especially the drunken noodles!). Highly recommend checking this spot out. There is ample parking out front and it's an easy pit stop from the highway. read more

I ordered take-out for the first time and the food was pretty good. My only issue is that they takeout container was the black plastic kind which is not good for hot food due to the fact black plastic leaks chemicals into the food when the food is hot. In fact, any plastic does this with hot food or drink but the black ones can be particuarly bad. I would like to see them switch to the aluminum foil containers many restaurants are using for take out food. Until then I will be getting my takeout Thai food at other restaurants who use the aluminum ones. read more

Kin Dee 95 is an absolute gem! I'm so excited for this new restaurant. I never write reviews but here I am. It was that good. We started with the fried Nom-Jeep, and they were insane. The sauce was so good that we embarrassingly drank what was left of it. Yes, I'm completely serious. It was that good. For my entrée, I ordered the Ba Mee Moo Dang, and it was incredible. Everything tasted so fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. We had about a 10-minute drive home, and somehow it was still piping hot when we sat down to eat. The noodles, pork, and vegetables were all cooked perfectly, and every ingredient tasted fresh and high quality. It's clear that a lot of care goes into the food here. The host/waitress was so sweet and helpful. This was one of those meals where you're already planning what you'll order next time before you've even finished eating. Can't wait to go back! read more

I tried this restaurant for the first time and was very disappointed. My bill Totalled $ 54. Normally, with Asian restaurants, we have enough leftovers for another meal, not so here. We had two appetizers , which were small portions, vegetable Lo Mein, which was a small portion with few vegetables. and ordered Beef Terriyaki, but got a small amount of chicken, which was dry, no Teriyaki sauce and a small portion of rice with broccoli. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be back! read more
