I have found my forever dentist!! Everything was a breeze and such a pleasant experience. The team was so friendly right when I walked in and I was greeted by the cutest little pup! My family and I were patients of Dr. Kingsley since 2000. He and his staff were beloved and respected by our family. Of course I was sad that he retired, but trusted his replacement because Dr. Kingsley said that Dr. Tex was trustworthy. My message is that I'm deeply disappointed in Dr Tex after realizing that he was trying to scam me into expensive, unnecessary dental procedures. He uses a so-called "patient advocate" who is actually his marketing gal trying to gain your trust. Don't trust her! Shes a scammer, like him! They use the "Time Share" high-pressure, sales technique in order to convince you to approve expensive procedures. I finally dropped my trusted dental family after 24 years. Dr. Tex Mabalon is not to be trusted. Dr. Kingsley should be ashamed for selling his practice to a grifter. BTW, my new dentist can't find the so-called 3 cavities Dr. Tex claimed that I had. From the front office to the back office, they all know what they're doing to the Nth degree. They work in tandem with one another to provide the very BEST service and every one of them is so knowledgeable, personable & welcoming. They utilize state-of-the-art equipment and have such a lovely & comfortable setting, I always look forward to my appointments whether it's for routine cleaning, regular check-ups or an emergency, they've all been so very accommodating and dedicated to providing the absolute BEST care. Do not come to this office. They are very pushy about maximizing your treatment whether or not treatment is needed. My wife went in today for an appointment with our three year old. The hygienist (an Indian woman) decided it was appropriate to suggest its child neglect to decline an X-ray. They also told us today it's their plan to make all of our kids orthodontic patients. All our kids have straight healthy teeth with no cavities. Don't trust this office with your family's care they are unethical and immoral. read more

My previous dentist, Dr. Steven Pulido, apparently dumped his patients on Dr. Tex and his office. I was never notified and only learned when I tried to confirm a dental appointment. I spoke with Dr. Tex by phone and he was genuinely kind and sorry about the situation. I also met Kellen at the front desk this afternoon and found him to be TOP NOTCH! Kingsley and his team are literally the nicest team for dental services I've ever met. I was going to a different dental office that could not get me in before the end of the year. Dr. Kingsley and his team was able to get me in three times for urgent appointments and were all so kind and patient with me even thought I have so much anxiety about being seen for dental procedures. The office is one of the cleanest and nicest dental offices I've ever been in. If my dental insurance wasn't changing to an HMO I'd be a patient there forever. I found Kingsley while searching for no drill dentistry and found they use the Biolase laser technology, which is advertised to be much easier as you may not need anesthetics, and there's no drill. I am not a fan of dentists so when I heard about this new technology I was excited. Today I had a bad cavity filled that was very sensitive. I don't like shots so I had it done without any anesthetics. It went so well I am so happy and surprised! While they did have to drill a bit still they were so professional and accurate I experienced very little discomfort. They also use a low RPM drill so it's not terribly loud. The laser machine helps cut time and allows for a better bond with the filling. On smaller cavities maybe they don't even need the drill? Either way it's almost silent and you feel nothing. Made the visit quite pleasant. Dr. Kingsley and his wife were very friendly, educational and accommodating. Either way I cannot recommend them more. The whole team was inviting and made me feel like I was a family friend coming in. I look forward to using their service again (and I will @ the end of this month!) read more

Highly recommend. I was experiencing horrible toothache and Kingsley dental was able to see me right away. They made sure to take a look at my dental insurance and take the time to explain my benefits and cost of the procedure that day. Also make sure to explain that I would be safe during this procedure as I am 37 weeks pregnant. They even provide a blanket! Definitely made me feel better to cover up as it tends to get cold. Overall a delightful experience despite the horrible pain I was in. Dentist was wonderful as he talked me through the whole procedure and I was out of there in 30 mins feeling much better. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Their kindness greatly reduces the anxiety I typically experience at the dentists offices. The hygienists are friendly, gentle, and highly skilled. And Dr. Kingsley is first-rate. Before the exam, he explains what he will be doing and genuinely cares about any concerns I might have. During the examination, he explains what he is doing and why. He takes time to go over x-rays with patients and explains what those x-rays show. His friendly demeanor and communication is comforting. And Dr. Kingsley seems to have the latest in dental technology, which makes exams and procedures far less invasive and painful. His office really cares about patient care. Case in point: the kindness they showed to my stepfather, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease. His office helped me schedule an appointment for my stepfather at the end of the day so that the staff and doctor could give their full attention to my stepfather for as long as it took to treat his tooth ache. Because of his disease, my stepfather has difficulty communicating and is not an easy patient to deal with. But Dr. Kingsley and his staff treated him with the utmost respect and worked hard to treat the dental issues in his mouth. After examining him, they suggested treatments that were tailored to my stepdad's needs--they created a treatment plan that would alleviate my stepfather's pain while accounting for my stepfather's special needs. They treated my stepfather with dignity and respect. For that, I will be forever grateful to Dr. Kingsley and his staff. read more

I recently moved to Sacramento and needed to find a new dentist. I saw Dr Kingsley and he was fantastic. He, and his staff, are very friendly. His examination was very thorough, took a lot of X-rays and looked over every tooth during the examination. He really goes the extra mile. He did not try to force unnecessary dental work on me. Just "we'll keep and eye on this" etc, which I really appreciated. My work made me change dental plans to a dental hmo, so I needed to change dentists, but hope I can go back to him once I'm allowed to enroll in a ppo. read more

My family has been going to Dr Kingsley for at least 4 years. We have always had very professional care from every one of his staff. The very best thing is you can get a new crown from start to finish in about 2 hours. No return visits, temporaries and waiting around for that horrible jell mold to set up. It is fantastic !! Besides that, they always work with us on getting the most economical service. They have a great in house program that charges a small monthly fee and you get your standard cleanings and regular check ups at no extra charge. read more
