I called to ask them to put me on the do not call list and the rude lady that answered I recorded it said I was rude and hung up after telling just to ignore the texts. Frank, Billy, and the rest of the guys just can't be beat. Remember that thing called Customer Service and Honesty? They've got it in spades. Took my old car here from 100K miles to just shy of 200k, and they told me the next repair would cost more than the car is worth. I'm about to take my "new" car, six years old now, to them since it's no longer under warranty. Looking forward to seeing these guys again. I've had family friends go there, my brother has been a customer for years, and lo and behold, my dad even approves. Stopped in for help with air pressure. No one came out to my car, they just sat and stared at me, so I went into the service department. Asked them if they could help me take air out of my tires and they said sure, for $8.00 we will check your fluid and take car of your air pressure. REALLY? It costs $8.00 to check air pressure. My truck is out of warranty but I can guarantee you I will NEVER BRING IT HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. What a rip off and lack of customer service. And only 2 of 8 bays had cars in them. Now I know why! In response to Owner's reply, I did need help as I had just had a total knee replacement and was unable to bend down to check the pressure myself, something I usually do. Yes, he did offer me an $8.00 which I did not need but still refused to assist with the air in my tires. I had not just come from the dealer, I had said I had recently had my oil changed and did not need his $8.00 service. I didn't realize it cost $8.00 to check air and yes, my truck is out of warranty, I live around the corner and had planned to use them to service my vehicle moving forward. After his snarky reply, I have already found another new neighborhood mechanic who just recently helped me out. Best of luck to him as well. read more

EXCELLENT service My car had issues with the ac fan not turning off at all. Billy and his team were super swamped but took the time to help me out and disconnect the fan and showed me how to connect it until it could be fixed. This was after I spent 4 days going back and forth to another repair shop that couldn't diagnose the issue and said that there was nothing wrong with the fan. I'm not a mechanic but if the fan doesn't shut off after 1 1/2 hrs and you take it to a reputable place anyone will know that there's an issue. I was literally in tears when I took it to Texaco - and Billy immediately helped me out. THANK YOU. This was my first experience and I will definitely recommend them and come back. read more

I've been going to this Texaco for years; they have worked on many of my cars. The thing I *most* appreciate is that they are transparent about what they can do and when I should take the car somewhere else. Recently, I had brought a car in that had some strange knocking. I am getting up in years and I have MS. I can always count on the gentlemen at Frank's to help me with the gas pump, check air pressure, change my registration sticker, replace my wiperblades, and take me home to keep me from having to walk (I live right around the corner.) Wife's car had bad noise from when steering wheel turned especially in this cold weather. Went to the dealership and they said they might be able to get to it in a couple of days. Stopped at Frank's and I wish I remembered the name, but he came out, listened to it, went back inside and came out with some type of what I thought a lubricant. Applied it..noise gone.
