Now is doing a lawsuit on "Moonshadow" Just like their name they do some shady shit in the shadows. They also stole money from a friend named Maka V. 2 years ago and he left a review on yelp. He purchased custom wheels from this place paid in full. Only to be lied to about why the wheels are not ready. He had to track down the manufactor of the wheels only to discover my wheels have been ready for weeks and they manufactors refuses to ship the wheels out because Moonshadow Dallas has not paid anything towards the invoice. So since he paid via zelle he have no choice but to go to court. He had to see why they want you to pay via zelle or cash. He tried talking to owner and he (Chris) refuses to talk or make thing write. Shady business with unprofessional employees, management, and an invisible owner. They take advantage of customers, go back on their word, and does not deliver as promised. If you want to get scammed, then this might be the shit hole youre looking for.

Very disappointed in the work performed and condition of car upon returning it…read more I had a serious issue with my cars computers not communicating with other modules on the car making the car not drivable. This was brought on by previous shop screwing it up. Do I brought the car here and explained what happened and they assured me they would find the problem and get it fixed. After car being there over a week I went up there to check on it. The mechanic told me he had not even looked at it yet. After being there a month they told me they could not fix it. So I picked the car up and got it back in much worse condition. The interior panels has been pulled and just left in the floor the new blower motor wires had been taken apart and left hanging. The mechanic and service manager were arguing and cussing in front of us. When we were trying to put things under the hood back in place to try to start the car the mechanic told us we had to leave the shop area now and they would push the car outside. They left the car at the edge of their parking lot entrance. Many interior panels left in the floor and several under the hood parts left in disarray. Car had to be towed home. I do not recommend anyone taking their car here for anything complicated. It's one thing to not be able to fix a car but after a month and getting the car back in much worse condition is bullshit.

I requested that the front bumper not be repaired, as the damage was only minor cosmetic scratching, and asked instead that the associated cost savings be applied toward repairing a dent in another area of the vehicle. I also stated that I was willing to pay any difference out of pocket. This request was declined because the front bumper damage was deemed part of the collision, while the dent was not. During repairs to the driver-side rear quarter panel, the rear bumper was removed, and in the process, the original OEM fender flares were broken. These were then replaced with used flares rather than OEM parts. The replacement flares do not fit as well as the originals and noticeably affect the appearance of the vehicle. Additionally, paint or chemicals were sprayed all over the black moldings causing them to deteriorate. I asked them about those small holes on the moldings, they said bring the car back after a few days and they will buff them out. The entire repair process took over six weeks to complete, which I found excessive given the scope of the work performed. They did fix the damage area but, in the process, they damaged other parts of the car.

I should have just went to Discount Tire and paid $20. I have had multiple TPMS sensors replaced and I have never paid anything close to what these guys charged me. I wanted to support the neighborhood small business, but their price was excessive. The tech also didn't program my sensors to the correct wheel location. I had to reprogram them when I got home. In addition to that, I have already made payment for said work. Do not get me wrong Jeff seems like a great guy to the fullest but, totally had no control over his time frame, he over promised and under delivered with out a doubt. The biggest downfall for me is when I am told that it would take less than one day and it ended up taking FOUR DAYS at the shop. Definitely not acceptable! Especially when I had to keep calling asking when my truck would be ready. The work that has been done so far was not partially done correctly. Below is the work that was done which took 4 Days: - New AMP boards which took 3Hr. - Remove Air lift kit which took them 1Hr. - Adding New Tires. N/A on time - Adding a Light strip at the tail gate. 1Hr. As Jeff is turning in the truck to me 4 Days later, I spotted the following: - AMP board wiring hanging underneath the truck. - Amp board wiring hanging underneath brake paddle. - Light strip un leveled and connected incorrectly. Below is the said work that was not complete: - They NEVER added the bump stops which Jeff said he would! - Light strip installed incorrectly! - Here is a funny one. I raised my concern about the issue regarding the light strip not being strait. Jeff literally gave me double sided tape to what apparently he expected me to fix it. Since after Four days at the shop wasn't long enough he said to me "Hold the tape and bring it in next time and I will fix the connection also" I'll tell you one thing. If I have to bring my truck back literally after a week at the shop even AFTER PAYING! That is bad business... Here is another funny one, I am still waiting on that call from Jeff or Mark. They promised they would call back about the bump stop and pigtail connection
