After receiving an email I guessed the text had something to do with my tickets so I called ticketcity, yes the text was for my tickets. I requested another text or email but only received excuse after excuse. Multiple calls over several days with one excuse after another and no tickets. Poor customer service that will not or can not make decisions to solve issues. This was my first and last time using ticketcity. Guess my only option is to dispute charges with my credit card company.

The tickets I received were THIRTEEN ROWS below the tickets I purchased! This is unacceptable, especially at a football game as we would nit be able to see, which is why we purchased Row S... not Row F which they gave us! It took two days and many frustrating hours of phone calls to even reach a human. Each time they would transfer us back to the digitized voice with NO option to choose that matched our problem. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! FINALLY got someone who after 45 mins of going back and forth with "We don't give refunds" and us quoting their review, they finally agreed to the refund, told us they put it through to our Paypal account and we'd have our refund in 3-5 days. LIES! It has been a week and STILL no refund. I filed a claim on Paypal and now they are telling me they can't help me because I filed a claim with Paypal, when all they would have to do is issue the refund through the claim to close it! This company has nearly 50 complaints on Better Business Bureau. Horrible company. In response to the company response: ZACK: NO YOU DID NOT ACCEPT THE CHARGEBACK! I just spoke with Paypal and they are STILL awaiting seller response on this case... you have NOT responded in the 7 days the case has been open, and there has been no refund issued. Why lie???

Reached out to EDC support and they graciously shipped my wristband + box to my new address. I am very grateful that the Front Gate team took care of me. I got it in time for EDC, this Tuesday. I'm just really grateful that even with hundreds of attendees, the logistics team is working around the clock to ensure the stragglers and un-smart folks (like me) can still make it to the festivities. Each of us called our banks... No pending or declined charges Out of ideas, we call the FrontGate customer service. We explain all the steps we went through For the next 20 minutes we get asked the same questions we just told them. Did you try a different card/call bank/ different device/try venmo Out of options. They then proceeded to gaslight us and tell us it was on our end and need to call our bank It's like they got to the end of their troubleshooting sheet and if all fails send them to bank. They refused to escalate this to tech to review or to management They refused to provide a complaints line or contact information Then I come online to see them flamed constantly by others. What a garbage company What a disgrace to be Peter Norosky, vice president of customer service. Massive company owns almost a monopoly on this industry (live Nation owns this) and can't even have a working payment portal or a decent customer service. Il avoid using them at all costs from here on out

This venue is absolutely stunning. The combination of open green space, modern design, and downtown skyline views creates a unique atmosphere that feels both intimate and expansive at the same time. It's the kind of place where you can spread out on the lawn or sit closer to the stage and still feel completely immersed in the show. The acoustics are incredible--clear, balanced, and powerful without being overwhelming. Every note and lyric came through perfectly, which made an already amazing performance even more memorable. I also love how seamlessly the amphitheater blends into Waterloo Park. It doesn't feel like a typical concert venue--it feels like a thoughtfully designed outdoor experience where music, nature, and the city all come together. Whether you're seeing a legendary artist like Sting or just catching a local show, I highly recommend attending a concert here. Moody Amphitheater is truly one of Austin's gems and a must-visit for music lovers.

One of the biggest advantages is that there really isn't a bad seat in the house. Even if you're farther from the stage, you still feel close to the performance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the drink selection was solid with plenty of alcohol options available. The biggest downside is the food. There was only one food truck during our visit, so your options are very limited. Another thing to be aware of is the parking. The venue provides parking recommendations, but depending on where you park and whether you have VIP access, you may end up on the wrong side of the venue and have a much longer walk to the entrance than expected. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I'd definitely come back. Just eat beforehand and double-check your parking location if you don't have VIP access.

There were lots of food vendors all around which was a nice but they're mostly unhealthy food (pizza, burgers, fries, nachos). The only downside was that the sound system was not that great. Drinks are overpriced as expected at a venue like this and food prices are also on the higher side, though not as bad as the drinks. Hoop Tea ($14.75): A lightly spiked iced tea but it was enough to hold us through the entire concert. We went to Chick-fil-A one time and Stubb's Bar-B-Q another. At Stubb's we split the ATX Burger ($16) and onion rings ($8) and both were pretty darn good. The burger came with crispy chips but the onion rings were the real winner.

There honestly isn't a bad seat in the place, and the number of shows they bring in just keeps getting better and better. Always a fun experience and definitely one of the best places in Austin to catch live music.

She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed for our event. Her professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help made the planning process seamless, and I truly appreciated how easy she was to work with. What really sets Freedom Fun apart, however, is the quality of their people. While setting up for our event, I suffered a very serious accident that resulted in a significant injury and severe bleeding. In those frightening moments, Isaac, DJ, and Adam immediately sprang into action. They did not hesitate for a second. Remaining remarkably calm under pressure, they took control of the situation, did everything they could to stop the bleeding, and stayed focused until emergency responders arrived. Their quick thinking, composure, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. What impressed me most was not only how capable they were, but how compassionate and caring they were throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed with me, reassured me, and handled an incredibly stressful situation with maturity and professionalism far beyond their years. Freedom Fun should be extremely proud to have employees like Isaac, DJ, and Adam representing their company. Their actions demonstrated outstanding character, teamwork, selflessness, and a level of care that I will never forget. Thank you, Nina, for being so wonderful to work with, and thank you to Isaac, DJ, and Adam for stepping up when I needed help the most. However, while my brother-in-law was visiting, we decided to take him to see Supergirl at Regal Gateway. It wasn't our first choice, but there weren't many other options playing at the time. To be honest, the movie pleasantly surprised us. It was very well done and went beyond the typical sci-fi storyline. The film explored themes of revenge, friendship, protection, and compassion. One unique aspect was that Supergirl didn't actually put on her iconic costume until the very end of the movie, which was an interesting departure from the usual superhero formula. By the time the credits rolled, our family left the theater happy with the outcome. One thing that really stood out was the ticket-buying experience...it was completely people-free. Instead of purchasing tickets from a cashier, we used kiosks located in the theater lobby. You simply select your movie, pay with a credit card, and receive your ticket. In fact, you can even order concessions through the kiosk. Times are certainly changing! Gone are the days of standing in line at the box office to buy tickets. Today, you can purchase them online or at a kiosk when you arrive. I have to admit, though, that I miss the personal interaction. There's something nice about speaking with a real person and not having to navigate the technology yourself just to buy a movie ticket.

The IMAX format doesn't fit well in this room as seating is too low, it's too small and the screen is too big. It compromises the huge screen poorly compared to a proper Imax with more distance, and rake of the screen for optimal viewing and listening angles. I asked for another seat but it was sold out so I just bailed before it even started so I can watch on a screen where people's faces and legs don't look 2X as long and skewed with odd perspective. Should have asked for a refund. If you do go here for IMAX try for seats in row F. Seating was very nice, it was clean, and people were friendly, but that IMAX format simply doesn't work in this smaller room format.
