They blocked every car in the uhaul in GP to sell meat out of their van. I had to wait 10 minutes to leave because they picked that place to make a sale. They made someone wait behind them in the street and still wouldn't budge until they chose to. Then I got dirty looks when they finally let me through. Very inconsiderate people. read more

Haven't had their meat, and I doubt I will. I was on my motorcycle on my way to OKC from texas, and I had to exit. I sped up because one of their drivers was in my blind spot, and i got in front of him. There were 2 other bikes in front of me at this point, so I tucked in with them. A few moments later, this jack wagon came and got RIGHT in front of me and slammed his brakes intentionally. Literally a foot from my front tire to his rear bumper. read more

Nice guy came up to us at QT and asked if we were interested in buying meat. It was the end of his shift and he was discounting it. He said it would be like $3 a steak. After he shows us everything he asks how we would be paying. I said it depends on how much it is. He gets irritated and he tells us it would be 200$ for like 3 steaks. We say sorry can't afford that....thought it was going to be really cheap. Then he became a huge dick to us and almost hit me when he backed out of his spot. read more

I should have wrote this months ago when it happened but here it is- Beware! The meat they sold me was rancid. When we thawed it out it smelled SO BAD. Threw it all out without cooking it bc I can't imaging how bad it would have smelled heated up. After reading reviews I learned this is not an uncommon thing for this business. If it were possible, I would select no stars. Salesman was a hard sell kind of guy, which (to a degree) I can appreciate, but he was not truthful concerning the standard of meat, saying it was grass-fed. When we investigated the company and the meat, we discovered it was not (before a single box was opened). Too late. We've been calling repeatedly for a month and get promises and then ignored and then put off. The last guy we talked to said he was the new manager tasked with improving customer service. "I'll call you back first thing tomorrow," he said. Over a week later and nothing. Another reviewer refers to this company as a scam... And it's a reasonable accusation. Beware!! This "business" is more like a group of people that sit around, creating horrible cuts of meat and stealing from honest people. I wish I would have googled them prior to buying. I've called all seven of their business numbers across the country and on the rare occasion they do answer, it's all the same person. A person named Brandon whom not only told me I was lying regarding calling the company within the designated 3 day refund period but also stated, "I wouldn't mind hearing your voice everyday" when I threatened to call until I got my refund. So, basically, if you want meat that will make your family sick or just taste like hot garbage, have horrible customer service AND sexually harassed, these are the people for you!!! A few of the business numbers go to generic voicemails or are, "not in service". I was also told I was incorrect about that some of the numbers being non-working. I'll list them below: Ft worth: 816-284-3703 - generic voicemail most of the time. However, when you do get the rare answer, they're unhelpful and named Brandon. I did get to speak with the "president" whom did not even introduce himself once on the phone. Lubbock: 806-368-0785 - some guy named Brad answered but he sounded like Brandon. He told me that if no one answered, it was because everyone was loading trucks. Most businesses have a receptionist to help ensure proper business.... Little Rock: 501-508-5149...generic voicemail. Oklahoma City: 405-692-6328 - Brandon again! He couldn't tell me why he got the call at the ft worth office. New Jersey: 856-768-1435 - "not in service".... Akron: 234-571-9283 - generic voicemail stating the number is forwarded to 330-849-1485. Detroit: 734-513-4062 - generic voicemail. Even if this is a working business, they do not treat customers well, try to talk circles around you, have horrible products, and if I could give them less than a one, I would. My husband is going to take the meat back to their corporate office and try to handle the situation. I have turned them into the BBB, will write the attorney general tomorrow to submit a complaint, and will contact local authorities to ensure no one else in my community gets taken. read more

Strong arm selling!!! They came to my car port and was selling meat and I stated many times NO. He started to take meat out and ask what meat I liked and I stated pork and then asked on seafood and I stated crab. He went on and on and I kept saying no and I then stated I have no room for all the meat and he asked to see it and with all the commotion soon there were 3 men and packing my freezer and taking the boxes out. One had a charge machine and asked if I could pay 1/2 in cash. I felt bullied and paid for it. After they left I checked and I got beef, chicken, shrimp;no pork and I do not eat shrimp or white chicken and I stated we do not eat white chicken meat. The total came to 587.17 I was floored.The seafood I was told was free and the pork package in their flyer is 249 so the so called free seafood they charged me for.I spoke to Brandon and his wife Lisa took my information and stated that I would get a refund and he was going to fax my info to the manager here and as of 1/29 no word.No one answers the phone and Brandon states he is in Oklahoma. On 2/19/2019 I called 817-284-3703 @ appr 9 am and spoke with Amy and she knew of my situation, but was on her way to work and promised to call me when she got there to see what she can do. She stated it was understandable to have meat you do not like. Called again and talked to Tasha and she stated Amy left and would get back to me tomorrow. On 2/20/2019 I called several times and what a shock I got the answering machine and left a message and no call back. I reported them to BBB and the Attorney General. Bought meat from door to door delivery guy on New Year's Day. Was told they guaranty their products and will do what ever it takes to make the customer happy. I cooled two filets that night which was supposed to he the best cut of meat in the box, and it was terrible. Full of gristle and tasted terrible. Called the salesman the next day and he assured us he would take care of it in the next two days. Never heard back from him and have left numerous messages. Also called the main number in Ft Worth and left numerous messages and no call back. Do not do business with them. Terrible product and terrible service read more

Horrible company! December 22, 2015 one of their salesmen (LeRoy Willrich) came into my business. He left partial order with us & was to come back with the full order the following day. I had several appointments set with him not showing. I finally contacted the main office and spoke to Brandon Smith - He asked I phone the Owner of the company (Chris Saeegh) ... Which I did. That day Chris was very nice, accommodating and apologetic. He promised to make it right and fill the order and that he would get back with me. I have left numerous messages and finally today he answered & basically said I needed to go after his representative myself to get the $600 back since the check was cashed. Chris was rude, cussing, raising his voice and insensitive in regards to the situation. He blamed me for trusting a representative - He hired... that was professional with tickets & cards regarding the company and services. read more
