Had good experiences here 3-4 times. Switched after 4-5 bad experiences at Rush on loop 12. Last trip here in particular, truck said soot level full and regen too frequently. Their solution take off dpf baked and clean scr. Even though dpf filter and doc were less then 2 months and 2000 miles old. Oh and also fix oil pan gasket leak. I approve repairs. Get truck back after three weeks to damaged passenger rear tires because they were drug on the pavement. You can tell because rubber was newly damaged with a bunch of little rubber tears hanging onto tire. They denied it was them, I've only been doing this 24 years!! I would never do this and hammer brake drum to free brakes. Also first trip after repairs, go 65 miles and all same engine codes and problems exactly the same. After spending $5k and oil pan gasket leaks worse than before! Here are pictures. Sad, I like Hunter and Aaron when he was there. Dallas is not a good place for paccar repairs. Have been to 5 shops no luck and now no business. Best of luck out there.

Diesel fuel desk employees sitting in the office talking about nonsense while truckers wait in line to pay because the card readers don't work on the pumps. Most of the coffee machines are out of coffee or being serviced. No coffee creamer. Food service people rude and when asked for a specific sandwich gave excuses as to why he couldn't have it the way he wanted it. It is such a shame that the truck stops that are there to cater to and take care of the drivers that keep our supply chain running are doing such a horrible job!! We need to do better!!

Part 1 This adventure happened over at the QT one exit north of this Love's. My low-tire light had…read morecome on (due to weather change) while I was on the I-45, so I pulled over into QT to try to air up my tires. Use of their air compressor to air up tires is FREE at QT. An employee came to help me, and he discovered that the air compressor attachment had broken, so I found myself needing to come to Love's. Different company, different story. First of all, the air at Love's costs $2, payable by coin or credit card. The air starts immediately after you pay, and runs for just a few minutes and then shuts off. You can't turn it on or off as you need it, and if you need more air, it's another $2 for 3 minutes of air. Once that compressor starts running, you better get busy. Maybe this is timing is fine when you only need air in 1 tire, but all of my tires were low due to the weather change. I had learned about the necessity of a pin in the compressor head at QT, and there was one there. The compressor clearly worked - BUT while the air is going in, it's going in slowly, and the compressor seems underpowered as compared to the one at QT. I get 2 lbs of air in my tire before the compressor shuts off. I have 3 more tires needing air, and this tire needs 10 more pounds of air! Real message: give us your money and be quick about it. Yay you gotta love Love's!! Getting back on the I-45 and driving to the nearest truck stop is not an option - And IIRC the next nearest truck stop was another Love's! So I did the math: $2 for 3 minutes of compressor time and only 2 pounds of air into the tire = way too much money for air and at least 45 minutes of compressor time. So I called my husband, who left work, bought me a small digital car-powered air compressor at Home Depot, and drove 40+ miles to help me. He aired up all 4 of my tires in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. That man gets 5 stars everyday all the time. Back to the review: As I say in so many of my reviews of Love's: if I could give zero stars I could, but as I think about it: they did let me park in their lot for an hour for the $2 I spent for air, and I did use their restroom a couple of times. Needs better soap - what they had took the air compressor/tire filth and gunk off my hands with only 3 washings. 1 star for a parking space and okay soap in the restroom - 0 stars for customer service And by the way: the Carls Jr drive thru has a rat trap under the service window. Yeah, yuck.
