I had the spicy sirloin, lamb, chicken and the garlic picanha and those were delicious! I liked the garlic mashed potatoes, fried bananas and the cheese bread as well. Service is good and they have attentive staff. The place have a lively and festive atmosphere. The location is inside the Miami Beach Marina, with a beautiful view of the coast and shoreline. Somehow I feel like the quality of this place has diminished. I have been here a few times and the last time the meat was not that great. Many cuts were too salty or dry. However, I loved the salad bar. I was fresh and had many options to choose from. The servers were nice yet I felt that they were rushing throughout the restaurant trying to serve everyone. On a crappy weather Saturday evening, my bf & I decided to order Texas de Brazil via Uber Eats and watch Christmas episodes of Malcolm in the Middle :D We had never been to a Texas de Brazil, and ordering take out from an all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse seemed silly, but Uber Eats had 40% (which really just covers all the high fees Uber Eats adds), so we figured why not give it a try. We both ordered Churrasco plates. You get to pick 2 meats, 2 sides, and it comes with 2 pieces of Brazilian cheese bread. Meats, like steaks and lamb, had an uncharge of $2.00-$10, depending on the cut. Everything was really good. They give you a good serving of the sides. The garlic mashed potatoes were probably some of the best from a restaurant I've had. For the uncharge of steak, I wish they gave you a few more pieces. The sleeper hit was that Brazilian cheese bread. Oh my God it's so good! I needed way more than just 2 pieces! I can't wait to dine in Texas de Brazil, and will write an updated review when I do. read more

I just beat the dinner rush so it was almost empty when I arrived but got packed quite quickly. I have to say the salad bar here is one of my favorites. So many options to choose from. Lots of peppers and cheeses and even lobster bisque and one of my favorites, the black bean feijoada. Then the meat starts circulating and I forget all about the salad bar haha. The servers came frequently. The meats all tasted very fresh and with the right amount of seasoning. The spicy beef was particularly good. Of all the single and chain churrascerias I have dined at I could honestly say this restaurant ranks among the top three if not right at number one for me. I chose TDB because I am familiar with their ample salad bar full of choices for me. He was delighted, the ambiance was gorgeous, and the view of the marina was perfect for our special anniversary date night. I had my fill of salad, rice, mushrooms, couscous, hearts of palm, grilled pineapples, and so much more. He had every meat offered to him (he really was like a kid at a candy store!) I truly appreciate the attentiveness of the staff, from the waitress to the managers who took care of every detail and even wrote a little message on his dessert. Anyway, more than 2 hours in a restaurant in which we practically didn't eat, we weren't well attended, and if you want we had the support of the person in charge. The service of the Vanessa waitress was impeccable, but everything else left something to be desired. We paid $600 and didn't eat meat. May the evaluation serve to mark the level of quality of the restaurant's service. We don't recommend this restaurant at all. Prezados, boa noite! dude. this place sucked. i'm a brazilian and i LOVE churrascos. and i take this as an insult. first off, the food wasn't that great. it was chewy, still bloody and was slow to come out. and i'm sick and i have a stomach ache because of it. it was terrible. the only bright side was the Pão De Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) and nothing else. they didn't even serve all of the churrasco meats that all churrascos serve. and the buffet wasn't terrible but wasn't good either. and they didn't serve the pineapple last. it was at the buffet. AND IT WASNT EVEN COOKED second, the service could use some work. the waiter worked at a Brazilian restaurant and barely spoke it. she only wanted a tip. and the guys who are giving me the food was leaving me so i had to call them over to feed me. third, the restaurant had stunning views and looked really nice. but don't judge a book by its cover. if you're looking to eat at a churrasco, don't eat here. eat somewhere else. it's for your own good... read more

I had a great experience here last night. I came here for Miami Spice and overall was not disappointed. Service: Service was spectacular! Jackson was absolutely fantastic! He made sure that we did not want for anything. I wanted a particular meat cooked a certain way, he made sure that the servers were at my table within seconds. The hostess was very nice as well. Food: Overall the food was ok. Some meats were more seasoned than others. Some just didn't have any seasoning on it at all. I literally had to request steak sauce. I never have to do that at Capital Grille. The cold bar was great. I loved their vinegarette dressing. Not to mention it had sushi! We were given two sides which were fried banana and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were good but the fried banana was too ripe for me. It isn't a fried plantain. It is literally a caramelized Chiquita banana. For dessert, I had the key lime pie which was very good and I usually don't care for key lime pie. Atmosphere: It is a nice seating arrangement. I've been to this location twice and TDB many many many times. The first time was in 2018 and it was the best TDB I've ever had. The place was bustling, the food was fresh and the service was exceptional. We sat outside and ate with a full view of the water and harbour. The second time, which was in late July 2021, was by far the worst dining experience we've ever had at a TDB or elsewhere. We made a reservation for outside seating (the website allowed us to specifically request outside). We arrived at 7pm on a Friday night and only three tables (out of over 50) had people. The hostess sat us indoors. I told her we reserved outside seating and she said they don't offer that anymore "because some old people got too hot and brought their plates inside." She acknowledged that they knew the website still offered it. What's worse is that we actually tried to change our reservation but didn't because it said the outdoor seating was booked up. The salad bar area was as good as it always is but the meat selection seemed to be less varied and the cuts that were coming out seemed to be left over from the week. For example, the picanha came around multiple times but it was always the little bits that are left after the full thing is carved up. I never saw a nice, full picanha. I also didn't see lamb chops or lamb picanha. The little buns were soggy and squishy and felt undercooked. We felt really bummed out to waste our Friday night at a place with bad food and energy. A gentleman who I'm pretty sure is the General Manager has helped me on those times & he's been genuinely nice & helpful every single time. Today I decided to finally dine in & the service was no different. This time I was greeted by a nice Host who took us to our table by the back window next to the water. The view was beautiful to say the least. This location is at the start of the amazing South Pointe park so just imagine the views. You can either valet your car or park in the garage right next door & pay via parking app. Fast forward --- Our server came to our table & introduced himself, he also treated us great throughout our 2 hour dinner. We didn't want to rush bc we wanted to enjoy this experience to the fullest. The food at the salad bar was plenty to choose from, top notch stuff, & really good, but what I enjoyed the most was the super nice "steak guys" coming around to offer us the different cuts of meats time & time again. I really enjoyed this style of dining, it was truly refreshing! The restaurant was clean, the decor is what I believe to be "Asian" type although this is a Brazilian steak place, a nice dark romantic touch.
