I purchased a 2007 Chrysler 300 for my son on Dec 6th and paid cash. I found it on CARFAX. It had detailed maintenance records, only two prior owners and low mileage. I brought my son and my father to see it. When we looked at it, the vehicle was in tact and it great condition. It ran great but there was an issue with the steering. Our salesman kindly had it repaired and detailed and we picked it up on Thursday. On the way home, the check engine light and throttle control light came on. The vehicle began to shake and the headlights flickered. It went into "limp mode" and had no power. We had to pull over and restart it to get back on the road. When we arrived home, it was running very rough. I began to look over the car. While doing so, I opened the trunk to find the carpeted deck missing that covers the spare tire and battery. My, father, my son and I all saw it on Monday when we inspected the car before we purchased it. We were all 100% certain the carpet was there. I made several calls the next day. I left three messages for the salesperson and one for a service manager and was told by a used car manager (who I later found out was not a manager) I would receive a call within one hour. When I did finally receive a call four hours later, no one seemed to believe me or act like they cared. Instead I was told "you purchased it 'as-is'". Saturday, a day later, I finally received a call from Justin in the service department who was friendly and very helpful. He found the carpet and gave me a little advice as to who to speak to. I've taken it to my own mechanic I feel confident in. He told me a salvage throttle body had recently been installed in the car but could not guarantee that was the issue as he could not get the check engine light to come on. He also test drove it and could not get it to do anything unusual. I'm at a loss as I seems I have no recourse. The throttle control light is still on but the check engine light is not so there is no code to determine what the issue is. He recommended I take it back to the dealership where I bought it. I've called and emailed the dealership and CARFAX but far I've received no response. I did receive a discount from the original asking price which was a little over $1000 above the CARFAX average and the car WAS in "above average" condition aesthetically, but we purchased the car on the good faith that it was also "above average" mechanically according to the CARFAX. In fact, we still paid a price that was above the average book resale value. I believe ANYONE who had just purchased a running car from a reputable dealer should expect it to, at the very least, make it home with no issues. This car was for my son. He was very excited about it however right now, he is highly upset. I am very disappointed that I am being treated as though I no longer matter now that you have my money. Again, I did not finance. I paid cash. Now I feel ripped off. Update: as of today 12/22, no one has returned my calls or even acknowledged my Google review. read more

Terrible experience with sales man who work with me. I decided to work with a different sales rep, that was nice to me. I just drove off your lot this evening with a used truck that I bought from you and on my way home the check engine light came on. I didn't have a lot of time to check out the truck because it was late and I was told it had been reconditioned. What can be done? I was there all afternoon .I have tried to contact Ms. Falcon to no avail. We are at the dealership after we were told by the salesperson Sonia that Justin would be contacting us last week to set up a time to bring the vehicle that was purchased and not an hour passed after it was driven off, that the check engine light came on. We brought the vehicle back in and a part was ordered and it only fixed part of the problem. It continues to have a ticking sound when you start it up. The sales manager said it was most likely from the solenoid that needed to be replaced but it continued after it was switched out. We were told that Justin would call us to schedule a time to bring it in but did not hear back. We drove out to the dealership today after the salesgirl said she'd have it looked at and have a car ready for me. I arrived then was told I have to set up an appointment with service. I have talked to different people about the issue that I have been having with the vehicle since I drove it off the lot. We paid an additional $1,000 that was added to the retail price of the vehicle for "Reconditioning". I originally started this conversation regarding the rudeness and lack of respect from a salesperson by the name of QB. He was not willing to be detained as it was close to closing time that day. On a side note, going back to the vehicle that was purchased, it was brought up to the door so we did not originally hear the ticking sound as it is more noticeable upon cold start. read more

Went to buy a used car. My budget was $200 amonth or less. I brought my grandpa to help me with credit, since I really don't have any. I told David, that I could not go over $200 a month & that I didn't really have any credit.He said that he was going to talk to his manager, since he was new their. He came back with the manager, who was really nice to me & my grandpa. He said that he would need to look @ my credit to determine what I would qualify for. Me and my grandpa fill out a credit paper. The manager said he was going to talk to the finance dept. he was gone a really long time, so I got kinda worried. But David said he was working on getting me pre-approved. Then david told me that the mgr had the perfect car for me. He left and came back with a Sentra Special Edition. Silver with automatic and fully loaded with power windows & locks, plus a really cool CD radio. Oh yeah it had a spoiler too. I told David that this car was too nice and was probably not in my budget of $200 a month. He said that the manager Pete said he would make it work. I drove it & loved it. We went back inside to go over the numbers as David called them. With $1500 down payment they got my payments to $189 a month, Wow! Me and my grandpa were totally surprised. We then went to the finance dept to sign papers. The finance guy, which I forgot his name did all our paper work. When he got done my payment was $224 a month but that is ok because I got a warranty. I brought my car in to dealership for diagnostics met with Brittini in service center who went thru a few things they found one being the dry belts, she said needed to be replaced, now the car was running when dropped off now 1 day later when car was in their care somehow the belts busted from the service center to the shop and back to service center. I feel they purposely snapped them completely after declining the repair. Funny how Firestone looked at it prior to me taking it to Nissan and they were worn but not ready to break. Hmmmm seems funny to me so i spoke with service manager Mark Topham who says he will not replace the belt i asked to speak with his manager Johnny Cantrell who conveniently went to lunch after i requested to speak with him. What very poor customer service!! Service manager Mark Topham claims they dont practice that type of moral behavior.....bullshit yes you do Nissan you suck in customer service shame on you!!!! Well heres the update on my car i had my car towed to Jacks Auto Repair in Hurst aftr Nissan purposely busted my belt making my car undrivable after declining belt replacments and then they refuse to replace!! Jacks auto did not find nearly as much wrong with the car. Nissan's total repair estimate was $7800 Jacks Auto cost me $298 WOW!!!!!AMAZING! Now you tell me Mr Mark Topham so called service manager you dont practice shady behavior!!! Before I start my story. Everytime I've tried to buy a used car from this place its always the same dance. Only positive I've ever had here is the service department and new car lot. Stay away from the used side unless you plan to over pay. Use Cargurus.com, kbb.com and Edmunds.com to see what the car is actually worth. Went down earlier in the week to test drive a G37 which I already knew was over priced, but wanted to narrow down which to buy (370z, G37, G37X, or an imported Skyline GTS25T). After the test drive i went home. The next day I get a call. Asking if I'd like to buy it, how they got my number I do not know, maybe license, but my cell is 702 area code. Anyhow, I give them mid range book (over 2k less than asking). Salesman tried to get me to come down and talk to which I said we can do this over the phone. He didn't even counter. So I basically said my offer is my offer. Fast forward to the weekend. Sales manager messages me for feedback. So I told him the above and then he proceeds to argue with me. Also asking him to do his job for him, basically tell him the market. Everything is online now and educated buyers won't buy this car. His final reply was a flex on cars sold. A but immature if you ask me. People before you come here bring your phone. Check Cargurus.com, KBB.com & Edmunds.com. They're all free and they'll keep you armed while negotiating. (Both of my parents in ICU/dying so cldnt go back rt away), was told it's fine/OK! 1/12 Mom died.1/13 I went to trade UP to 2ND car, LOOSING $2500 OOPocket, just for 28days & 90mi driven!Now,less than 400mi on 2ND LEMON, JUST gotta WHOPPING $4,110 serv. As another poster just stated, I recently had the same experience with a sales manager there and not sure if it was the same one but this one was a nerdy looking white guy with 19070's hair style and glasses. As we were negotiating the numbers he came over and got involved. I felt that they were being unreasonable on their price and I gave them proof as to why. This guy snatched the paper with the figures from in front of me which I was looking at and said We're done here in a mean tone and walked off. This not only turned me against this dealership, but turned me against wanting a Nissan so I went down the road and got myself a nice pre-owned Toyota Rav 4 AT another Nissan Dealership believe it or not. Serves them right. Amazing how one bad apple can ruin an experience for a customer and wind up costing his company lots of money yet I'm sure nothing will be done about it as usual. I just called to get clarification on who this ahole was and his name is Joel Senkel. Stay away. My experience has been horrible. Wanted to buy a car for my teenage daughter and I regret even stepping foot at this dealership. Fortunately we did not purchase there. We took our business elsewhere. Do not deal with Jared Fulton or Gabriel Falcon High pressure salesmen trying to convince you they had the best price in town. They do not! The owner even came out and tried to smooth things over, but he was as bad as everyone else. They kept bashing competitors cars when they asked my what other vehicles I was looking at. In my opinion, they should never bash competitive products. They should tell me why I should buy theirs because of X ,Y and Z. They also used FUZZY MATH when we began negotiating the price. For some reason at the end of the day their prices were a lot higher than the other Nissan dealerships in the area, even though their advertised price was much lower than their final price. Terrible place to deal with. Filled out the typical cars.com search for a specific car. Like above review....was emailed and called endlessly by salesman....internet sales director....and was promised the world if I came in to talk to the salesman and manager. Gave them a figure ( over the phone )on where I wanted to be...salesman told me that they could definitely beat that. Internet sales are terrible and just a SCAM to lure you in. Once you're in the doors....typical sleazy sales tactics! The sleaziest Ive come across. Watch out for smart ass remarks ( you know who you are ) can you believe it? Yes a Internet sales manager was a smart ass to me! Was running his mouth in the lobby in front of other customers. They really hire people like this? Pathetic place with pathetic employees!!! I should have checked here before driving all the way over there. Think twice on dealing with this place. Better yet.....go somewhere else....or you will regret it!!! Asked us to bring the vehicle in for a diognostic for no charge that afternoon. Short of the long with this experience, Dustin Wallace is the epitome of customer service y'all. From the moment on the phone to the first face to face visit, he treated us with dignity and respect and as if we were the only customers for the day. Totally focused on our situation and was never distracted by anything or anyone. I know people have bad experiences with dealerships as I have had in the past BUT Texas Nissan and Dustin Wallace have restored my faith in the process. Walked into Texas Nissan with the intention of only test driving a Murano. Our salesman, Clinton Calhoun took us out and answered all of our questions. Once back at the dealership, we thought we would discuss some numbers on a lease. I was dreading the process, but Clinton made it pain free. It was so easy, we also purchased a Maxima. Nish,the Finance Manager prepped our lease agreement with a personal touch and we couldn't be happier with the service from both gentlemen. I purchased a new 2019 Frontier there, to replace the 2009 Frontier I bought there 10 years ago. The process was quick and painless. They even gave me an additional "repeat customer" discount that I did not ask for. I understand that the process can vary greatly based on the salesperson, but mine was good. Advice to all, do research before going to the dealership and have a good idea of what vehicle you want and what a fair price is. Deceptful unethical business practices including forgery. Texas Nissan after changing my deal from a trade towards a new lease to ending my lease early without telling me just because it was more profitable for them. Problem is I now owe money on the lease when it should have been a done deal. In order to keep me in the dark, they didn't have me sign any paperwork on the lease turn in. I requested proof of the odometer statement which Nissan did not have and had to request it from the dealership. Nissan then sent me a copy and Texas Nissan forged my signature. read more

I am surprised how someone like him got hired by Nissan Grapevine. I am in hospitality industry for over 25 years and know the value of good customer service. Listens to our needs, patiently let us measure the height of the seats and hatch back area as we made sure the vehicle we selected was a good match for a person who has to transfer in and out of a wheelchair, and that a wheelchair could be easily lifted into the back and fit without a lot of work to get it in place. I PICKED UP MY 2017 Pathfinder on Saturday July 15th. Our initial plan was to just go and test drive and make our final decision.
