Great food, the staff is very friendly. I suggest you use their check in app. I did and was a 1.5 hour wait. I arrived 15 minutes early and my table was ready with no wait. This was on a Saturday afternoon. It is definitely on the noisier side however thats expected for the type of restaurant it is. My suggestion to you is to get on the waitlist before you even leave your home. Go online and find the location and follow the prompts to get on the list. This is a very busy location. We ordered the tater skins but the waitress came and let us know they didn't have them or wouldn't make them so we got the cheese fries instead. Blahhhh. The bacon was burned and the cheese left much to be desired. Then we waited for almost two hours to have our entrees brought to the table and even after all that wait, I still had to wait a few more minutes for my entree to be brought out. Simone our waitress was terrible! Almost 20 minutes just to come to the table and greet us. Had to find a server and simply ask for water. She finally approached our table and asked if she can take our order first..... no drink, no hello, didn't ask if we wanted apps or anything. A manger ended up grabbing our drinks thankfully. We would not eat the whole thing for 2 people. Our two side salads were just what we needed. We decided to spilt the full rack of ribs. I am usually a huge Texas Roadhouse fan! Since I was in college, I've loved their sweet bread and cinnamon-y butter, fresh caeser salad and their delicious steaks. When I was meeting up with a friend for dinner yesterday, I suggested Texas Roadhouse for old times sake. I was please to be seated immediately upon arrival, something that does not always occur often since the restaurant is always busy. The servers were friendly and attentive. I was excited to get my usual, the ceaser salad with chicken critters (breaded, fried chicken). When the salad arrived, it was very disappointing. The romaine hearts were bitter and left a terrible taste in my mouth. The salad had very little dressing, cheese or croutons. The most disappointing thing about my salad was the chicken. It was dry, overcooked and a very small portion. This was not the usual salad that I'm accustomed to. While I'm usually a huge fan of the Texas Roadhouse, yesterday's experience was very disappointing. While the service was great, the food was not. I'm sad to say that I'm not sure I plan on going back any time soon. read more

I can't review the facility itself as I didn't go there. My friend placed and order online and picked it up. Upon arriving he noticed it was missing items and told the person at the counter it was missing some stuff. They said he didn't order that, which he did but wasn't in the mood to argue. He ended up purchasing another salad which was already previously purchased with the meal orders we placed online. When he got to my house we unpacked the food and not only were we still missing other items the items we did receive were completely incorrect. The next part was the rolls (I never had Texas Roadhouse before) those rolls were the bomb. The steak was good but cooked more than I would have liked. Get there, get seated and we get the most awful server- no silverware, takes drink orders, returns for food orders made us nervous as she seemed confused the 1 hour and no salads, no refill on drinks or rolls. I just had the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. I think they had chimps cooking in the kitchen today. They burned the meats they undercooked the potatoes and they were unable to leave off croutons in my salad. Took an hour and 3 minutes from order to arrival. I brought most of my burnt chicken home ( you know because they charged me for it). Couldn't get my dog to eat it. This is odd because he'll usually eat anything but not this. Server was nice & funny, brought hot rolls / butter right away. Our side salads were great w/ decent amount of toppings. Chili came out w/ bacon sprinkled instead of onions so she brought a new one. Steak was cooked ok - no pink like I wanted. Chicken critters were tasty & crispy. Wife's salmon was good & she loved sweet potato. Kids veggie sliders were on sweet rolls so daughter didn't like that. We had to ask for more tomato b/c slice she got was micro sized. She loved the mashed potatoes. One complaint is that the kids meal comes w/ a drink so she ordered sweet tea then we got charged $3.50 extra on bill b/c she explained it was not an included drink. So you think server woulda mentioned that when ordering. If that's the case then where was our other drink that was included w/ meal!? This honestly seems to be a theme with all Texas Roadhouses, but CHECK YOUR FOOD/ORDER TWICE. Im actually shocked how I always have a good experience sitting down but never for takeout. This place was no exception. No rolls to go, again a theme with most TR, but was given cinnamon butter (total tease)?? And i can never order anything with bacon to go. This one really confuses me, the bacon is almost always all the fatty parts, and hardly given any in the first place. The bacon is so good and crispy at sit down! I ordered two small sides and it took 30 min extra than my original wait time. When i explained it had been past my wait time (a good amount) i was looked at and told the basic instructions for to go orders, which is up for interpretation. If you place a to go order expect to always wait at least 30 mins to an hour LONGER than what they tell you. Always check your order bc they never put everything in there. There are many side choices available on the menu. I ordered mashed potatoes with brown gravy and vegetables. Both were pretty great choices. Everyone was packed in close at the check in window, everyone was close in the line waiting to check in, and every table had someone sitting at it without a mask when we walked in. Whatever I guess. If you're like me and you like Texas Roadhouse peanuts with beer, ask, and the waitress will bring you bags of peanuts. This part of the meal was great! I ordered a rare Prime Rib with French fries and a Caesar salad. Everything seemed to come out in a reasonable time, though they were busy, but my Prime Rib was well done and tough. The prime rib still tasted like a quality prime rib, but the fact that it was over cooked was a disappointment. This location seems some serious management help. I've been here twice and have had issues both times with my take out orders. The first time I ordered a baked potato and specified adding butter and sour cream. When I left I noticed there was no butter or sour cream for the potato, to go silverware, or cinnamon butter for the rolls. Nothing better than a dry potato and rolls, right? I was also forced to eat a smothered steak on the go without a knife or fork. I wrote an email and received a $10 coupon for my next visit. Great. Except I still had issues on my most recent visit. I placed my order and went to pick it up at my specified time. I got there and was told "it still hasn't come out of the kitchen. You'll get a text when it's ready". Okay, that's fine. So I went back to my car and waited 15 minutes after my promise time. I decided to go back up to the window and it was just sitting there. I stated I was told I'd get a text, but the lady said "well you opted out of getting texts". I didn't do this specifically but why would the other guy assume I would get one then without looking? I was sitting right in front of the pickup window and no one thought to come over and let me know my order was ready. So when I got to my food it was cold. I checked the bag before I left to ensure everything was in it this time. It looked like there was since there was 3 side sauce containers. Come to find out 2 of the 3 was cinnamon butter for the rolls so I didn't get any regular butter for the baked potato. Again. Also didn't receive plastic to go silverware. Maybe the experience would somehow be better if I dined in but because of these experiences I probably wouldn't give it a try. It's not that hard to double check orders to ensure accuracy but the to go workers are always too busy talking and horsing around to care. read more

I am very disappointed to see what goes on in these restaurants. As I was sitting at the bar eating, I noticed all the servers sticking their dirty hands in the lemon container and putting in peoples water. This made me lose my appetite. I then saw one of the servers take a used lemon out of a dirty glass that someone had already used because it was sitting with all the other dirty used dishes and put it in a customers fresh drink. The food is good and very rich, and pretty affordable for a nice steak too. It does get insanely busy on Friday and Saturday nights, so you'll definitely need to check in online before arriving. Showed them my receipt and my bank account , showing the transaction. They still stated I did not pay. At this point it is 7pm and I have a house full of family , so I paid again. Now I have paid twice . Called my bank and yes original amount went through. I call the restaurant and talk to manager Kayla who talks over me and does not even listen to what I have to say. Which is what anyone in customer service knows to do first. She still swears my other transaction did not go through. So my bank has Deemed this a fraudulent charge.
