Me and my grand daughter were in the other day and I am just disgusted with our experience. Our hostess Lexy was so rude and nasty toward us. I know her name because I asked. I was waiting on some friends to arrive for us to grab a table, so I decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and sweet! I think I overheard that she was in her last few days of training, but I would have never guessed! She was super busy and she handled it like a pro and was super attentive to me! We haven't been to Texas Road house for about 3 years. We stopped by on a Friday at 5:00. It was busy but we were seated in just a couple minutes. Right after we ordered it got super busy, however our food came out pretty quick. It was cooked perfectly, very tender, juicy and so good and hot. We frequent this establishment often. Dine in and to go. This used to be our favorite restaurant we will no longer be a customer to this mockery of the Texas Roadhouse name. We ordered to go 2 weeks ago and they ruined my porterhouse (overcooked ordered medium rare) my wife's steak ordered well done was rare. Called to let them know and they gave us a credit. So tonight we used the credit and I'm glad bc her steak is undercooked again and my burger overcooked again. Went there tonight for dinner with my family, after we got sat we waited over 20 minutes until finally a manager came over to us to offer an appetizer on them for the long wait. We ordered then had to wait for our food which came out cold from sitting in the window so long. They never took off the appetizer they said they would. The only thing that was good was our waitress we ended up with. I have never had an experience at this location ever but this was ridiculous they need to do better dealing with customers. read more

After 15 plus times at Texas Roadhouse, I can say without and doubt this is the best food, friendly place, best service and best prices for the meal any restaurant! The place is noisy, but is part of the western theme and is not extreme! We get there about Four-thirty and it is usually packed yet we (2) are seated immediately! We general order sirloins or pork and they are cooked to your request. Lighted cooked may want to specify rare cooked. My preference is medium which gives it moist and tasty! Parking is nearly full and may (but not for us) spill over to the larger parking lot behind the restaurant. They do have a waiting area inside and outside (summer) to sit until your buzzer is paged! If you call in, generally they sit you much faster! This is a BIG restaurant so they can handle a lot of people with the large wait staff! They are very active and helpful and friendly! Special attention to Birthdays and other celebrations, but these people love their jobs! I love the results in the restaurant! read more

Ordered two dozen rolls online thru the app. Was told on the app they would be ready at 3:17. I get to the restaurant at 3:25. I send a text that i am here and i get one back that says "sorry, order not ready yet". I sat and waited for 15 minutes and texted again. Same answer, order not ready yet. I waited another 15 minutes and texted. Waited more and more. I ended up walking around the store that was next door for a bit. Still nothing. I go back to the restaurant, order still bot ready. If you're OK with chain restaurants, this is one of the better ones. The food is above average, and the prices are better than most chain restaurants. The dinner rolls with cinnamon butter are a fantastic way to get full before you even get your meal! The service at this particular location is good. The servers wear shirts that say "I love my job" on the back of them, but on the hour, when a certain song plays, and all servers are expected to do a line dance, it's clear they don't exactly love their job! read more

I live in the area and frequent the alliance location (usually Atleast once a month), I love the food and variety this company has to offer to its customers. But this particular location has given me nothing but horrible service for years. Perhaps it is just bad luck but I have eaten/ordered takeout from this location 5 times in the last 3 years and every time I have received a steak vastly undercooked, as well as other things I'm sure are just my particular taste so they are not important to the review. One time in particular I had ordered my steak well overcooked because this location has always undercooked to me, and it still was undercooked. The order was taken back twice and the last time I was given the food the center of the steak was ice cold (I like my steak medium but I had ordered medium well due to previous issues so a cold center is obviously a issue) This last time I ordered I had also ordered medium-well since the alliance Ohio location closed early due to caronavirus, and the included picture shows what this location regards as a medium well cook. And since it has spent 2 days in the refrigerator it has lost some of its "red" color so consider that a factor. I definitely am not a fan of this place. Alliance is BY FAR better. Every time we go here the food is undercooked. We got an onion blossom and it was still FROZEN! The Onions weren't even cooked at all and was cold! We then got our steaks they were just as cold and we waited forever for our salads (they came out the same time as the steaks when we asked them to be out BEFORE our steaks). The A1 tasted like it was outdated. Just over all a horrible place. Idk who runs this but something has to change. It used to be an amazing place when I lived in Canton and now it's just completely gross. Our sides (salads, rice, mashed potato, green beans, warm rolls) were delicious. The coffee was especially good. Best steak in town for the money! I always get a better steak here than the last time I ate at Outback! Super sweet potatoes and rolls too. Their homemade blue cheese dressing is terrific. I really like their Caesar salads but have to get the Garden salad so I can order the blue cheese dressing! Had the fried pickle appetizer too. Quite good! All American Steak House. This place is usually pretty busy on Friday and Saturday evening so plan ahead (extremely busy on holidays). The decor is just average. A sports bar feel mixed with country steak house. An occasional line dance breaks out in the aisles. Overall not bad, just not stand out. Service was above what I had expected with a full house. Never waited for a drink, apps and entrée came quickly. Server checked on us fairly regularly. The steak was extremely tender, cooked exactly how I asked (girlfriends was over cooked). Had a amazing taste and all the meat looked fresh (you can see the steaks in the showcase). Since I came here in 2014 we have been back a handful of times when we absolutely didn't want to drive to alliance to the other location, I have to say, they have improved. The service is still lacking, for whatever reason it takes DAYS for someone to come to the table for a refill, last time we went the person who brought our food was different from our waitress and she never came back to see if we needed anything, the food is good, the wait times are better, staff can be improved on but overall it hasn't been as bad as when we first came in 2014. read more

OUTSTANDING quality, quantity, service, and prices! I use to think Longhorn was 'the go to' place for the best steak... boy was I cheating myself all these years tremendously! I've told the employees several times that I would never choose Longhorn again after experiencing Texas Roadhouse. I ordered a rare steak and requested it to be seared heavily on the outside, (I love a soft, red steak but I also love crisp fat and 'burned' edges.) The waitress was uncertain of what exactly that meant, and wanted to be absolutely sure she got it right. So she went out of her way to comment directly to the cook and even a manager about it to get it right. I found out today there is a phrase for the way I like steaks. It's called "Pittsburg". No less than three people came out to make sure I liked my steak and that they got it right! I wasn't even being heavy on them dude. I even told them if they weren't sure about it, just forget it and leave it rare period. But they were determined to get it exactly how I wanted it! Very determined! I got an 8 ounce sirloin and two mind blowingly delicious sides for just $12.49!!! And I swear, that was the largest 8 ouncer I ever seen, it had to of weighed over. The loaded potato tasted like it was soaked in flavor and happiness. The green beans were a blast of flavor with their added bacon pieces and juice! Rrrrrr WOW! We left after feeding a family of three for just $36 bucks. We had to double take when we saw the total. There was like no way! The quality.... the amount of food.... for such a reasonable price! If I had went to Longhorn and got the exact same 3 items, our bill would have EASILY gone over $75! And we would have left with less leftovers. It was soooooo busy when we got there tonight. Today was Sunday. The parking lot was packed, waitresses were jogging back and forth. But I'll be damned if they still were right on point with their amazing selfless service. I never felt so strongly for a restaurant before, but of all the times I been there so far, I was never ever disappointed. As a matter of fact, I am such a huge fan, I asked if they had any merchandise for sale, and bought one of their available shirts! I'm hoping they come out with bumper stickers soon sometime too. After 3 bad experiences I'm finally leaving a review. Let that sink in, 3 bad experience. I've only eaten here 3 times so every time sucked. Our hostess was nice so nothing was the issue with her. Takes 40 minutes just to get bread like what's the deal with that. I look at where they put the bread when it's done being made and there's like 10 baskets that have been sitting for so long. That alone is disgusting. When my party and I finally got seated (4 people) it was over an hour wait to get our food! Ridiculous! I blame the doordash and pick up orders because the restaurant wasn't even busy with people who came in to sit down and eat. All the cooks and servers were focused on pick up orders so everyone else who came in got stuck waiting an unreasonable amount of time. Not to mention after over an hour of waiting! I got a salad that was 10% lettuce and 90% dressing it was disgusting. Literally drowning in dressing, and I asked for no croutons and guess what was on my plate? Croutons! I know that seems like such a petty thing to complain about but I was hungry, and have been over an hour for a salad I was looking forward to. My fiance and I had an enjoyable meal here yesterday. Nothing too exciting but it was good. We got fried pickles and a cactus blossom for our apps and they were both well cooked and crispy. I ordered the new york strip, (medium) loaded mashed potato, and a Caesar salad. My steak was cooked perfectly, the mashed potatoes were mediocre, and the salad was disappointing however my waitress did get me a fresh salad once I complained. (who puts one, single, lonely crouton on a salad?! Blasphemy!!) My fiance enjoyed his food! He got the strip, (medium rare) loaded sweet potato, and fresh veggies. He didn't eat the vegetables as they were underseasoned but he enjoyed his steak and was in love with his potato!!! I gotta say that the waitress was so nice and accomidating!
