We went there on Sunday for a friend's birthday. There were 7 in our party including one baby with three separate checks and were seated at 4:15 pm. After we got our drinks, the waitress took our food orders. One order was for fried pickles - a server dropped off two! We alerted the waitress who told us to keep them. We had to ask for our rolls. By 5:30, after the waitress again asked us if we wanted more alcohol, we had to ask for our steaks! The one order for three people came out around 6 pm: the steaks were burnt and the one did not have the smothered mushrooms. The second order for two was delivered about 10 minutes later and was cold. The third order was for a 12 oz prime rib and a 12oz rib eye. Two prime ribs were delivered. The waitress said she put the prime rib order into the computer twice. 15 minutes later the rib eye was delivered after everyone else was done. Our tabs included the mushrooms and the one for the rib eye was for two prime ribs which was more expensive. The server rarely checked on us or gave us any updates on our meals while we waited. Because we paid with a card, we were told to use the machine at the table, which would then not allow us to put a zero tip. Therefore, we applied a $0.01 tip. Thank goodness the baby was good as an angel or it would have been pure hell. read more

For a chain restaurant I actually like the food at Texas Roadhouse. It isn't anything fancy or over the top, but it's a good meal. When I do get food from here I always do takeout. I absolutely cannot stand the crowds that this restaurant gets. To be clear, it has nothing to do with the serving staff or management at this location. When I pick up my order to go, they are always very friendly and efficient. However, the patrons that have been in here have been extremely rude. What do you expect on a Saturday evening at 6:00? Of course you're going to wait to be seated and for your food. The worst thing about this location is the parking. The lot is small, there is no take-out spots and you have to park in a lot behind the restaurant. It's a little inconvenient, but it is what it is. If you do decide to dine-in at this establishment, I recommend going at off-peak hours. read more

I won't order steak anywhere else! Every time we go somewhere "fancy" I end up wishing we went to roadhouse. I prefer this location over the alliance location. YOU MUST JOIN THE WAIT LIST BEFORE ARRIVING TO AVOID INSANE WAIT TIMES! This is not a problem to us and we look for this at most restaurants anymore, but seriously! This place is busy & a 2+ hour wait is not unusual for here. When you join the waitlist you can wait at home & check in and get seated fairly quickly upon arrival. I've had pretty much every cut of steak on the menu & they're all good, I prefer the filet medallions because it comes on a bed of rice & you still get two sides on top of that plus the bread and rolls. I have had my steak cooked incorrectly before/undesirable cut but they have no problem fixing it and often comp the meal if this is the case, they're busy - I get it. Things happen. They have the best side salads around. It comes with cheese, tomato, egg, and croutons. They have great Italian and ranch dressing. I can barely ever pass up the rice, it's so good! Also the baked potatoes are rolled in bacon grease & are always good. The servers are attentive and friendly, gladly bringing endless bread. It can get loud around dinner time so if that's not your thing you should go elsewhere. Their apps are good, especially the pickles and onion. We have ordered to go also multiple times and the order is always correct. I have seen some remarks about the hosts - I can agree sometimes they are very blunt - borderline rude but they work with the rude public all night so I can understand within reason. My family and I had eaten here about a year ago and had a pleasant experience so we figured we were safe to try it again. Big mistake! Our service was terrible and it took FOREVER to get our food. Our daughter ordered the mini cheeseburgers and they were over-cooked to the point where they looked like charcoal briquettes. Our server didn't come back to check on us so I stopped a manager as she was walking through to tell her about our concerns. She said in a very gruff tone, "She doesn't like them?" Anyone with half of a brain could take one look at them and clearly see they were scorched. She asked if I wanted another one (ummm, what do you think?), but I declined and asked to have it removed from our bill because we were not willing to wait another 45 minutes for her meal. The manager did offer to get a hot dog for our daughter because she could get that to us quickly but our daughter didn't want that. When our server finally came back she had no knowledge that we sent the meal back and didn't really seem to care. We asked if we could just have our bill, and yet again it took a long time to get that. How about they spend less time line dancing in the aisles and focus on improving their customer service!? I do need to be fair by saying that the grilled shrimp that I got was very good. My husband got the sirloin and mashed potatoes and it was just mediocre, and the side salads were quite pitiful. Came here for Moms bday, per her request. We had never been, so decided we'd give it a try. Started with fried pickles, and the combo appetizer platter. Pickles were good, the platter was typical frozen, fried food that I expect from a chain. Ordered a strip steak medium rare with ribs and steak fries. My steak came out medium well, and my fries were cold. Once my steak came out correct, it was very tasty. Overall, not a good meal. Our server was extremely attentive and pleasant, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. With all the dining options in the area, I will definitely be choosing somewhere else. read more

The steak was mediocre. My biggest complaint was when I went to check out the bartender said that their gift card processing machine wasn't working. She called the manager/owner, Matt, over and he basically said I'm sorry we're really busy and are having issues with our machine. Do you have another form of payment? In my opinion he could have easily checked the balance on the card on the internet (just as I had done before I went there) and taken the amount off my bill.
