Service was great, Kim was energetic and courteous. However, two steaks were not cooked to order. When Mike brought our food, a fly or flying bug flew out of my wife's salad. He waved his hand at the fly instead of taking back the salad and returning with a new one. The worst Texas Roadhouse that I have ever been to. Called for reservations but some how the for got to write it down so we had to wait 20mins. Our waitress forgets one of our parties, it's his birthday, so the service is really bad. On one of the steak salad order it was asked no tomatoes, it came out with tomatoes, but we think they just took them off because there was still tomatoes in the salad. I have never been more disgusted by a company in my entire lifetime. Texas Roadhouse goes above and beyond in their stupidity and ability to annoy me up the wall. I have grown to hate this company over the past few weeks, as its entrance to Dothan now plagues my feed. I couldn't care less about Texas Roadhouse, and the social media management team needs to stop pathetically trying to be hip. However, I was able to look past this and give the food a try. Did the experience change my view on the company? The simple answer is no, not at all. In fact, it made me hate this place even more than before. The restaurant is a grimy and more trashy rip-off of Logan's Roadhouse. On top of the filth, the service is atrocious, as the young and inexperienced staff fails to meet demands or follow orders. I've been seeing a slogan such as "Legendary food, legendary service," but my new slogan for Texas Roadhouse is "Terrible food, terrible service." Everyone, please band together and boycott this establishment in the hope that it will have to permanently close its doors. read more

I've been here twice so far. The first time I ordered the filet medallions which were excellent. Recently went with a group from work and ordered the New York strip. I ordered it medium well and it was perfectly cooked. We had rattlesnake bites and fried pickles as appetizers. Everyone in our group seemed to enjoy their meals. read more

I have been going to Texas Roadhouse for at least 17 years and have never had to send so many steaks back. They just cannot get it right. Todays visit was just horrible. Started out by calling ahead, checked in, given a buzzer, waited until we saw people seated that arrived after us. I asked the hostess why and she said "Oh our pager system isn't working, but we paged you". I said we never heard a page. Oh it only works in the seating area, as we could hear a page in the restaurant. I requested to speak with a manager and explained that this is our third trip here. We ordered our food and yes, you guessed it, it wasn't right. Six attempts at getting a steak cooked MEDIUM AKA HOT PINK NOT BLOODY. Will share a photo when I figure out how. We got salads and no silverware. Had to get our own. The " rib eye" I ordered medium rare, came out looking like a Waffle House steak and was tough as a boot. Sent it back . Second one? Same thing. Gristle . No marbling. 18.00 dollars. No thanks. Won't be back. read more

This is a new store in Dothan, Al and my wife wanted to go there for her birthday. I checked the reviews and found good to great comments on the food but poor service. We were hoping that it was just due to the newness. We went and we were more than amazed at the superb service and large quantities of excellent tasting food! We got to meet Troy, the local manager and he couldn't have been nicer. We have been to other Texas Roadhouse stores in other cities and were always pleased. I can say this one is more than pleasing. It was beyond superb! Keep up the great work Troy and all of the more than helpful, pleasant employees! read more

The place was crowded but sat at the bar until our table was ready. Bartenders were fast and friendly. Once seated our server, Emily Hope, immediately made us feel right at home. This place has to be the worst place in town as far as service. We were seated immediately, which was the only good thing about our visit. After being seated, we waited 10 minutes for our waitress to come get our drink order and another 10 before we got our drinks. When the drinks were brought out, they were practically thrown on the table, guess we were interfering with their night. We ordered our meals the same time we order our drinks, and after 45 minutes we left without even getting our salad. The waitress was too busy to check on our table, but she had time to participate in the employee line dance. This is the third and final time I will visit that place. This place was awesome! Had the sweetest waitress. Not only did the food come out in good time, but it was DELICIOUS even compared to the Texas Roadhouse I'm used to in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The place was clean and everyone seemed friendly. Great dinner. read more
