This is my favorite restaurant because the staff is always very kind, and they almost always get our order right. The one time they didn't, they reimbursed us and apologized profusely. My husband and I went today, I asked for extra ranch (because their ranch is bomb) and the waitress gave me this. So awesome! Definitely give Texas Roadhouse a try if you're looking for somewhere nice for date night.

Prompt, courteous service and attentive as well. Ordered a chicken salad which was loaded with chicken chunks, cheese, eggs, lettuce. Really good and huge. The place was jamming for lunch with people waiting for an open table.

Firstly, loved my server. She was amazing, sweet, and always attentive. However, I came here to enjoy a nice dinner freshly postpartum and one of my rare times away from my baby. I ordered a 8oz steak, medium. When I cut into it, it was more than well done. I asked nicely for them to make it again and just shook it off, trying to enjoy my night. I waited over 30 minutes for my new steak and had them make it to go. When I got into the car (it was almost closing) I checked the steak to find out it was rare, if not that, then blue rare. When ripping it apart, blood got everywhere, never had that much blood in a steak before. It was excessive. Besides that, my sides were great. Again, loved my server.

    Caesar salad

I ordered the chicken Caesar salad from Texas Roadhouse online September 26, 2025. Estimated time for pick up was 8:15pm. After standing outside for over fifteen minutes, the food was finally done at 8:32pm. I mistakenly didn't check my order before I left the restaurant (it was late and I was coming from out of town), so I went straight to my hotel. I opened my bag to find this disgusting, wilted, stale salad. So I had to wait an additional 17 minutes for my food, pay almost $20 for a food that clearly had been sitting out for a while and was slimy? This is the worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to. This was an incredibly disappointing experience and I will never eat here again.

I think it is the proper place to sit when dining alone. No need to tie up a larger table for just me. Let the server have a larger party and make a bigger tip. Once I had, The HOB Chop with Truffle Fries and a Caesar Salad. My salad was typical fare, Truffle Fries were crisp on the outside and the inside was hot and fluffy. The star definitely was the chop. It was super tender, juicy and seasoned well. I'd order again. I have also stopped by a couple of times, just for a cocktail and appetizer. Once I ordered the, Prince Edwards Island Mussels with Garlic Bread. I was shocked to see the mussels were prepared out of their shells. It was a nice switch and the side garlic bread was perfect for dipping and scooping up the mussels. The last time I stopped for a Boulavardier, OMG it was delicious and refreshing. I've learned to ask a bartender if they know how to make one, because so many of the young ones do not. This bartender told me it was the owners favorite cocktail, so it definitely knew how to make one. He nailed it. As my appetizer this evening I choose, Calamari. I have never seen such large pieces of Calamari. I breading was light and crisp. I'm not a dipper, so I really didn't try the sauce. I just simply enjoyed the Calamari. The service is attentive as you'd expect at an upscale steakhouse.

It's one of a very few places in the area that isn't a chain, isn't just burgers and pizza, and also isn't pretentious or overpriced. The service is always friendly and knowledgeable. We've been there at least ten times and only once was the service slow. It was an anomaly because they're usually really on top of things. Ambiance is a friendly, but upscaled downtown cafe/bar place that is perfect for taking out-of-towners or a fun brunch with the ladies. (They have a separate brunch menu on Saturdays!) I don't drink, so I can't comment on their drink selections. I'm taking away a star because the parking situation is annoying, especially during construction. There is street parking or a huge parking lot in the back. However, the back parking lot is a terrible hodgepodge of concrete and asphalt and a gazillion potholes and no super clear direction on how to get to the restaurant. Some signage would go a long way in helping customers to not only find parking, but once parked, to them navigate back to the little crevice where the back door is located. The back porch is located behind a larger portion of the structure and you can't see it from the parking lot. Additionally, if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, it's next-to-impossible to park near enough to the door to make a difference. The handicapped parking spots are 40 yards away from the back door. All that said, we will def go back because there's nothing else like it in the area.

We were greeted by a lovely young lady working the register who took our order and we sat down at our assigned table. We were quickly served our drinks and waited for our overly large order (we wanted to try lots of things). The ribs were delicious. Just enough smoke (this is not Texas BBQ) and so juicy. My husband's pulled pork was very good and thankfully did not come sauced already. The turkey very moist and tender and flavorful. Yum. The burnt ends were a little dry, but can be forgiven because it was near the end of the night. We were checked on frequently, drinks refilled. Then we had the opportunity to meet Susan, the owner. They did a great job and the portions were so large, I got two meals out of my Ribs and Brisket Combo Platter. Brisket was fork tender and the Ribs were fall off the bone tender. Both were good, but my fave was the Ribs. Edley's is an order at the counter establishment. Once you order, you're given a table marker number. When your food is ready, a runner will bring it to you. If you're a soda or tea drinker, you'll order them with your food. If you prefer an adult beverage, you order them separately at the bar. I aways sit at the bar any way, so it's easy to order a beer while waiting for my food. Edley's now has their very own, Hazy IPA made by Urban Chestnut Brewing Company. I gave it 4 out of 5 Stars on my Untappd. I liked that a local STL brewery was the one who made it for Edley's. My Combo Platter came with two sides and I chose, Baked Beans and Red Potato Salad. I have always said, if you're eating BBQ, you've got have a side of Baked Beans. Another of my crazy rules is, Potato Salad must be made with Red Potatoes. So when I saw that they advertised their potato salad with red potatoes, I knew I had to have it. The Baked Beans had chunks of brisket in it, which added extra flavor. Even though the potato salad was made with red ones, it needed more white pepper and some more seasonings to make it kick. In addition to the two sides, the platter came with a piece of Jalapeño Cornbread. I'm a jalapeño addict, so it was a winner for me. It was moist and had plenty of little pieces of jalapeños to give it the perfect kick. The young lady at the counter was very perky and made the ordering process easy and smooth. My bartender was friendly and hustled taking care of bar customers and guest who showed up at the take-out window. I arrived around 11:30 AM and soon after, the restaurant filled up inside and on the patio. I was surprised how busy the take-out window was. I guess some folks wanted an easy Memorial Day, too.
