This is one of the worst Texas Roadhouse we have dined at. Overall the establishment was very dirty, poor service and food was fair at best. We barely got seated and the waitress was asking us for our order. We haven't even looked at the menu yet. She kept rushing us. The menus were filthy and the table was sticky, my wife ordered the sirloin and it was undercooked and a bit tough. I had the bbq chicken breast, it was not even hot when served. The rolls and salad were good. Definitely a terrible location. Would not recommend. read more

Watched a small black bug crawl across my roll and then die... our waitress showed up a total of 4 times in the 2 hours we were there. Only one refill, and once my steak finally came out it was very undercooked. I sent it back and when it came back 25 minutes later after the rest of my party was done eating, it was very over cooked. I ended up not wanting it and just asked to take it off the bill. Very disappointed, have never been to any other Texas Roadhouse that turned out as poorly as this one. The front of house manager was kind and apologized, but it doesn't make up for the experience. read more

wait time was awful. had a large party (10). all were present. was told after 45 minutes tables are being cleaned and well seat you soon. 45 minutes later I'm told the same thing. i wayched group of 4 after group of 4 come in after us. asked if we could break up our group was told tables are full. hosts didn't seem to care. I was completely polite on all 3 of my visits to the booth. during the time tables were apparently being cleaned, 6 staff did a line dance. Couldnt they have been cleaning off the tables I was told were allegedly being wiped down in stead of dancing? On the way to my table, I walked by empty booth after empty booth all next to each other. I honestly didn't mind a wait, I just hate the crappy service from the hosts. Second time in two weeks I had an issue at this place. Overall this USED to be the best restaurant to dine in and enjoy in the city. Now, they have tremendously went downhill. Last week, they did not get my order correct and left out items that I paid for...this week, same issue. Missing two salads with our entrees Should I have checked it before I left, absolutely And I take blame for that...but I trusted them enough to have everything correct just as any other individual ordering to go. Issue was addressed with management and I am expecting a refund in the next 7-10 business days for the items I did not receive for tonight family dinner. I have to say, my favorite Texas Road House that we have been to. The facility was clean and music wa snot too loud. The food was as expected. Delicious and prompt. Their new Midnight Sour is the perfect sweet drink to complement a savory steak! Our server Yami (Ayanna) was the sweetest angel we could hope for. I wish more servers were like her!!! She took her time to introduce herself and be personable. Every time she walked by she checked in on us. It's clear she does in fact 'love her job.' I'm from the west coast and have always wanted to try Texas Roadhouse, I came in today a half hour before close and the service was so great. From the moment we walked in everyone was welcoming. Our server NADIA was so great she was so kind and thought of everything and made sure I wasn't missing out. I would totally recommend coming here and the food was delicious! read more

We had dinner here on January 14, 2024. The restaurant was very busy, and we had to wait for a table, but it only took about six minutes instead of the 20 we were told. Our servers were great, and did their best, but we waited at our table for almost 15 minutes just to get drinks. Our food was excellent. My husband had their Roadkill plate and our roommate and I ordered sirloins. Our steaks were perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. I had a salad with Ranch dressing, but the Ranch wasn't all that good. It was very thick and had almost no flavor. My baked potato was really small too. The food was quite good, but I recommend Longhorn Steakhouse across the road. Service from the minute we walked in was not great. The hostess was rude and told us we had to go out and get in the waitlist. I apologized and the girl taking the names was very nice. The waitlist receiver was in the corridor between inside and outside. It was cold and crowded. She pointed and said we could wait inside. We stood where she pointed and the original gal at the host stand yelled across the area to us and asked if we were off the wait list. I told her we were waiting. She then told us we had to go to the waiting area. I don't know and when I asked she was embarrassingly rude. People were staring. She pointed to the to go area. When we went to the to go area she yelled again quite loudly that we were in the wrong spot. I told her I didn't know where to go and that we have never been here. Our waiter Caleb never checked on us finally caught him walking by and explained my food was bad. he took it brought me another steak (thinner than my ribeye) never got refills and had to stop another waitress to get our boxes! I've been here many times and it's great. Most of these bad reviews seem bad faith, the "burnt" burger wasn't burnt. The "6oz tiny steak" had already been eaten off of. And the "almost raw" steak was 100% ordered rare. The service is always good and I've enjoyed every meal I've gotten here. read more

Worst road house iv been to so far! Over an hr wait for our food. We were seated fast there was no wait on a sunday night. After an hour, My husband and I received our prime rib the waitress then told us there is no au jus sauce... meanwhile the steaks were so dry and luke warm at best! I got mine med well and my husband was med rare and his was way dryer then mine.. it was red in color but super dry. How does that happen with a rare steak?? I tried it with their steak sauce and blah it tasted terrible with it! It wasn't good with out the au jus sauce. I ate it anyway... I still have an hour drive home and I'm not waiting for anything else ... If I would of known ahead a time I would of went w a burger and saved the money..... ugh super annoyed for an hr wait! The place its self is gross. All the plastic windows where the seat are have food splatter and finger prints, the windows have a fog on them at the front door with finger prints. No one was at the check in booth when we came in. The mens bathroom fossett 2 of 3 didn't work. There was chalk drawings on the front doors to the building... Its as bad as a greasy spoon. The seating was pretty quick for a Saturday night and the food was good, the fried pickles were pretty big which was a pleasant surprise. The only down side was they don't know the difference between medium well and well done but close enough to not send it back. All in all the service was good and it's always a pleasant experience at the Texas Roadhouse. read more

Only saw waitress once after her taking out order and she never refilled drinks. Messed up my husbands salad with wrong chicken and only lettuce with dressing and I never got my honey mustard after asking for it when ordered or when I asked once food arrived. Absolute trash! My son brought me here for my birthday dinner on 11/23/24. I've never been to a TRH and was looking forward to it. Right from the start, it was an absolutely miserable and disgusting experience. Thanks to Hannah, the seating hostess, for getting us started with her horrible attitude about where we were allowed to stand while waiting. I should have immediately turned around and left right after being spoken to so rudely and disrespectfully. Hannah, you seem like a lazy, miserable little snot with ZERO customer service. We were brought to our table and before I can sit, I have to ask the waitress to dry off the seats from the leftover waste water they're using to clean the tables and chairs with. Meanwhile, I'm standing on spilt food on the floor in the walkway. Finally, we sit down, and all 3 menus handed to us are filthy and greasy to the touch. I look up from my menu, only to find an employee lying down in a booth seat across from me. We ordered 2 steaks, both medium rare. When the food arrived, 1 steak was damn near rare and the other was medium well. Asked for a recook on the medium well and waited nearly another 15 minutes to receive the properly cooked steak. The poor food quality reminded me of a cheap buffet, Flavorless steaks and boil in bag Mac n cheese. Our waitress seemed as if she couldn't care less we were having such a miserable dining experience. So much for enjoying a family dinner out together when all 3 of us ate at different times. Clearly, the poor attitudes amongst employees, the filthy state of everything and the sheer laziness of so many employees is a direct result of piss poor management. I decided to eat at Texas roadhouse after a long day at the zoo. I thought it was gonna be a good experience. I heard good reviews but then I show up and I don't have any bread. There's no plates on the table. I normally love Texas roadhouse but this one is just not very good. I then put in my order and I specifically asked for a loaded baked potato and a medium well steak and a salad on the side I then got my order, but I was waiting for my salads. Usually salads come out first, so I was a little confused. The lady then tried to hand me a medium rare steak, which was odd because I did not order that with loaded mashed potatoes on the side, which I did not order. I was just a little shocked, a little taken back because the lady the food runner was had a attitude she said and I quote that's what the ticket says. Do you want me to send it back? I said yes I ordered medium well not medium rare so then she sent back my steak. Took five minutes for my side to come out. I was already finished with my mashed potatoes at this point, which I did not order I had my salad. My salad was barely dressed. It was more lettuce than sauce. I was it took 15 minutes for my steak to come out which was odd because it should've only been on there for a good three minutes then got my food or my steak for real and it was hard. It was fully done past fully done by five minutes, it was tough as nails the lady that delivered me my steak said the man should be out in a few to see if your meal was good we finished our meal took another 20 minutes. We waited around for another 20 minutes no manager showed up, which was very disappointing to me because I really wanted to tell them how I was feeling, but they just were not reciprocating. The energy was OK. Our server was amazing but it was just. I'm just a little turned off now because it wasn't a good experience and I'm very disappointed. read more
