Prime rib
Steve S.

Steak was good considering their meat is Choice quality. I has the prime rib in med-rare, which came out as such. Reduced a star I because they forgot about us when we checked in after getting called for having seats ready. Literally stood there for another 10 minutes while people behind us were being seated. They also forgot to give me one of my sides. Lot of forgetting here at Texas Roadhouse.

Horrible!!! My meat was still mooing!!!!! Our waiter forgot our utensils!!!! Can you believe it?!? Never going again!!!!!

House Salad with blue cheese dressing

Texas Roadhouse is a great option for a chain restaurant. Good consistent food at very reasonable prices. Really generous portions. I'll get 2 meals out of my chicken dinner. Aaron was our waiter and was excellent. Friendly, attentive and always checked up on us and kept the drinks coming. Overall, good dinner with great service.

Cactus Blossom-

haven't been here in awhile, love the peanuts and rolls to start. I got the blooming onion to start which was delicious, and then a caesar salad, and my new york strip. Tasted great, service was good as well

Boneless Ribeye, baked potato & corn. So good!

This place is pretty nice. The steak was awesome and the service was just right. I also really liked the free peanuts that we got.

They know how to season and cook steaks. I had their rib eye and prime rib and have never been disappointed.

Tough review to write. Day after a blizzard…read more 3.5 rounded up to a 4. Restaurant had a bad day, was out of Brisket and the owner was not happy with their Pastrami. The Tuesday night wing special was a nice surprise, .75 wings. Rubbed and smoked wings were very good, I liked their Alabama white sauce. Ribs were solid, nice smoke, fat rendered nicely. Spicy BBQ was very good. Cornbread was well above par. Service was very good. Owner offered samples. Cool byob, wood paneling. Parking can be challenging in the summer. We visit Spano's across the street quite often and I had noticed JSBBQ during my last visit. If I return, I will call ahead to make sure they have what I would like.

I was worried the place would be so busy we would have to wait, but it was surprisingly half empty although people did keep coming in. I'm guessing so close to the Jersey shore on Saturday night in the summer everybody was doing the fine dining thing and we were surrounded by other restaurants that kinda met that criteria. I have to say I love the entire area: little shops and restaurants! Next time I'll have to look for an ice cream place nearby! I definitely like the atmosphere inside, it's kind of whimsical and fun with the little hilarious signs. But the food is clearly the star of the show. There was a small disappointment as they didn't have pulled pork because it wasn't ready, so I couldn't get the special "Mondo Joe" burger so I'll try to get that next time. We decide to get the special Parmesan fries I'm sorry I can't recall what they were named on the menu I think it was Cacio pepe fries. Those we couldn't stop eating till they were gone! I wound up getting the shrimp Po'boy with the grilled shrimp. the only thing I have to say is that it should've been on a roll that wasn't cut all the way through as to hold the shrimp in place, otherwise it was absolutely delicious and fresh tasting. My wife had the Cowboy brisket sandwich with melted cheese and onions with au jus for dipping. We both had their coleslaw which they give a very large portion of as our one included side. She let me try some of her sandwich, absolutely amazing! The brisket melts in your mouth! I also scored the leftover half of her sandwich as the portions are quite generous. I of course finished my sandwich! I can't wait to get back to this place and try more of the delectable items on the menu. The food really is that good.

I stopped here for lunch break for work, since it was on my way to my next destination…read more When I walked in, I was greeted professionally. I ordered my food, and it came out in a very timely fashion. Everything was very delicious too. If you're in Wall or near Route 34, scope, this place out for sure. Great prices and good food.

Along Wall Township, you will find this site of unapologetic bliss and gluttony behind an…read moreunassuming visage. Website: 5/5 It is easy to navigate, with many sections slowly coming to view as you scroll down the main page. It also had plenty of images of the food, enticing the viewer with utmost curiosity and craving. The menu items offer many selections with most of them having images representing them. Brand: 5/5 The entire aesthetic of SmokeHouse Grille relies on the appearance of an old-fashioned American grill. The interior especially evokes it, for the white-painted wooden walls, floors, and tables invite those looking for briskets. The pig is a recurring symbol throughout the establishment, since it represents the prevalence of briskets and pork products in the menu items. The staff mentioned that the SmokeHouse Grille's ideal first impressions would have an unassuming appearance, but surprise potential customers with their unusual food selection. Indeed, I can see how this could work for this establishment. Ambiance: 3/5 Despite having the appearance of a grill, there was definitely that eerie silence at some moments with no music playing over the radio. The benches where we sat did not feel readily fastened to the floor and I nearly fell off after adjusting myself a few times. The spaces between the tables definitely felt cramped. A silver-lining is that customers have an abundant option to eat outside where plenty of tables rest. Service: 5/5 The staff genuinely enjoyed her time working with the customers. Wait Time: 5/5 We experienced no delays waiting for our orders. Food: 5/5 I can say that pertaining to the Brand section, the hot dogs and the burgers definitely have unique twists to them. I expressed interest in the Mac Dog, which was essentially a course consisting of two hot dogs topped with macaroni and cheese with a side of French fries, with a side of peach tea. It had a well-cooked sausage and the mac-and-cheese topping solidified perfectly by maintaining heat while also not having a gooey intrusion upon my fingers. The buns held their form without disintegrating with every bite. The rich creaminess of the mac-and-cheese topping definitely complemented the spiciness of the hot dog sausage. Worth The Money?: 5/5 Although some of the menu items on the website did not have images, I nevertheless got a good idea of what to expect going in. If the SmokeHouse Grille found itself at some point when they could not make their food, they would default to Peruvian food, since the owner also owns the neighboring Perusa Peruvian Cuisine restaurant. I would be very interested to see traditional Peruvian foods with an American grill twist. I would also recommend giving the pig mascot a name. The relationship the SmokeHouse Grille has with the rest of the community is one that is based on the devotion of returning customers. Indeed, small businesses rely on this type of relationship and I would like to see it expand in the future. Pertaining to the unassuming appearance and unusual food, I can see how it could work, requiring a lot of word-of-mouth from returning customers. Also, if this unique aesthetic would work with music playing over the radio, then I would suggest classic rock along the lines of Chicago that appear old-fashioned in appearance, yet their songs have a variety of deep meanings. I will absolutely say that the food makes this establishment worth its price. The interior ambiance will not be a problem if you choose to eat outside. Rating: 5/5 Stars The average score rounded close to five out of five stars and I can definitely say that I have hope for the SmokeHouse Grille. Recommend To... Anyone enthralled to that unashamedly American brand of cheating food. American cuisine is rife with nutrient-negligent sludge packed with creamy, greasy flavor; might as well make it a part of you. I will not judge. I also recommend the SmokeHouse Grille to anyone who is either an extravert or knows someone who is, who will easily spread the word of this establishment to everyone they know.

Before you walk in you're hit with the delicious smell of BBQ. I am not ashamed to admit my mouth was watering at this point. Walking in is literally torture. Everything on their menu looks good. After placing our order we sat at the only table we could find. Most of the seating is high stool/bar style. I love how they have bottles of their sauces already at the table! Before we knew it the awesome staff had our order ready and as you can see from the photos we were also ready. My bad for not take photos of the decor and food. My son had the bbq chicken with Mac and cheese. He devoured that massive piece in less than 15 minutes! His mom has the pulled chicken with Mac and cheese with hush puppies I had the ribs. I think. I remember eating 1 or 2. Then the others disappeared. Very strange. The pictures on their online menu are 100 percent accurate. We have zero complaints. Very much worth the wait, and they were so friendly. So delicious the entire wedding party and guests went back for seconds, and felt completely satisfied. The only gripe I have is that I'm not local to the east coast, so I'm limited to only possibly having when I'm visiting! Boo! Meat Line Up: -Pork ribs: literally falling off the bone and delicious! -Chicken: so moist and the chicken skin was crispy. -Homemade Sausage: absolutely divine and could tell it was made with love and care. -Two types of brisket: I've had my share of brisket, and I am not easily impressed. I am a fan of the fattier cut, and IT WAS SO DELICIOUS IT REQUIRES ALL CAPS! Very moist and can tell it was cooked with care. Sides: -Asiago, cheddar and peppercorn Mac and Cheese: This was by far the winner of the dinner for me! The cheese combination was scrumptious and required a second trip to the food table! -Red bliss potato salad: amazing! Can't go wrong with a potato salad and this one had a great slight tang to it. -Baked Beans: a classic and they have a good recipe! -Cornbread: so moist and amazing! -Homemade Pickled Onion: I personally have a onion intolerance, but a friend said they were absolutely amazing! Perfect vinegar flavor and complimented the food. Sauces: -Sweet BBQ sauce: delicious and perfect on the ribs and brisket. -Golden Mustard Sauce: try with the homemade sausage! -Vinegar Pepper Base: the perfect addition to the chicken.
