This particular location is always busy!!! Highly recommend joining the waitlist. Food is your typical chain type restaurant. Staff is friendly but slow. Guess bc they're just so busy.

Love Texas Roadhouse! We're joking that in our next life, we're opening a Texas Roadhouse because they are always packed after waiting for our table, we were walked to a booth and promptly tended to. Our waitress was very nice, the staff even did a weird line dance randomly as we were there - a trick they use when the kitchens backed up !! Loved the little extra lore and things like peanuts to round out the entire experience. Our food was excellent, of course got a steak with Mac and cheese, seasoned rice and veggies, the bbq chicken, and of course... the rolls all of the food was held to high standards and executed. Overall, of course we will be back lol

TRH is always hit or miss. This time we had a good experience. The food was fresh and tasted good. Our server AG was kind and attentive and others came around to check on our table as well. We initially came for the early dinner specials but got the time wrong. It ends at 5pm and we arrived afterwards. I got the steak and critters meal and my steak was quite small but tender and I would've like more critters but overall it was good. The baked potato was really good with the salted skin.

This is a very good Texas Roadhouse location. It was the only restaurant open in the area, during a blizzard. They did everything to accommodate all guests. The service was great and the food met my expectations.

A staple for me and my family. Today's visit was great as well. We both had the 12oz ribeye plates. One came out over cooked, management quickly corrected the matter. Our server was nice and attentive. Steaks were great. Sides and drinks were good. We sat in a cute little booth great for conversation with plenty decor to look at. We definitely will be back, and I recommend for a lunch, date night, or family outing. You can't miss with the courtesy bread and butter either.

Put our name in online and it said 20 minutes but it was a bit longer than that. Once we were seated our service was pretty great. The rolls came out super fast and are one of the best parts of Texas Roadhouse. My friend got a beer and a steak and I got the steak kabob. Both were good although I think the cut of meat used for the kabobs wasn't the best. The green bean side I got was also really nice. Everything felt clean and half way through our meal the servers preformed a dance. I don't know if that is something they usually do but you could tell most of them didn't want to be doing the dance so it felt a little awkward. Overall great place to go for a cheap steak dinner.

Love Texas Roadhouse typically, but just too much negative added up to being a poor overall experience. The visit was on Mother's Day, so they were crushed. However, some things regardless cannot be excused. The parking lot was packed and offered challenge. However no issues with debris. The major hurdle was use the "join waitlist" feature which has worked flawless in the past. Unfortunately it did not push out our table was ready well past the time frame. The super hostess staff owned the mistake and sat my party of five in minutes. The dining room is typical and was clean. Our server tried as hard and was completely overwhelmed and apparently green. He was very nice and worked hard the entire service, but he was in the woods the whole night. Bread was put on soon after the waiter arrived, it took a while. Everyone ordered waters, that took a while. I had a free app and got the fried pickles. It took way too long, but they were slammed. No complaints, they were good. Entrees ordered and needed water refills which took a long time. An expediter brought out the entrees. They forgot my loaded sweet potato. Took a while, flagged waiter who apologized. Everyone enjoyed their food. The potato took almost 10 minutes, but was so yum with burnt marshmallows. Time to close out, complimentary app on bill. Waiter apologized and said it took manager approval. He was pretty quick to resolve 15 minutes before close. We had been there over 1.5 hours. It seemed like plenty of staff, we saw them standing by our station. This was the most disappointing Roadhouse visit I've ever had and I frequent them. The food was on par, the service failed. 2.5, rounding down with multiple issues. I will give the chain a break for a while.

Came here for a birthday dinner on a Saturday evening, and it was busy! We had put our name on the waitlist at least 45 minutes before our arrival, yet we waited more than an hour to get seated at our table. Make sure to check in with them closer to your end of wait time so you are definitely in the cue. The wait was kind of a struggle, but the rest of the dinner was a good experience. Their bread rolls are my favorite! Overall prices are good, and I was satisfied with the combo I ordered. Service was great too!

As someone who is an avid local supporter, I do love Texas Roadhouse. Their steaks are affordable, the food is good, and the service has always been good when I have visited. The place was packed, this was right after the holidays so lots of families were in town. We waited about 30 minutes for a table and were texted when our table was ready. We started with the rolls and butter which are always a solid 10/10. I got the 8oz sirloin with a baked potato and Caesar salad. The salad was fresh and not a ton of dressing which is preferred, and the potato was cooked well. I only get sour cream on mine and it's always delicious with the sea salt. The steak was perfect, cooked medium. My mom got the NY strip and ended up getting a more of a fatty cut. That was our only issue. Don't sleep on TRH :)

First time and didn't know what to expect, I was just super excited to try it out with my co worker who absolutely LOVES texas roadhouse and audible GASPED when she found out I had never been. I told our waitress Margarita it was my first time and she thought I meant to st. louis and when I tell you she hooked it up? SHE HOOKED IT UP. ALL THE STOPS. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO PLEASANT, SO INFORMATIVE, Treated me like VIP but also like my best friend? She brought out the rolls that I heard so much about and LET ME TELL YOU. She kept them coming like I was starving to death and I was a family of 10. The cinnamon butter? UGH. Chef's kiss. But wait, there's more... I tried the blooming onion too which was wow. By the time my entree came around I literally look one little peck at the steak (DOESNT NEED SAUCE BTW), one peck of the mashed potatoes, and one little crumb of the corn... and I couldn't move. I was so full from the bread. I knew I made a divine terrible mistake, but so worth it. There were about 3-4 birthdays so the place was full of energy and life. I got the whole experience to say the least. But it didn't end there! The manager came by and said she heard it was my first time and gave me some coupons and peanuts for next time??? And THEN Margarita came out with some bread for me and to my surprise it had to have been more than 10 rolls!!!!!???? I could not take them all home so I split some with my two co workers whose jaws DROPPED! They were just as amazed as I was and it was SUCH a great experience. I can't rave about it enough and a few weeks later, I am still in awe and amazed by it. This is customer service well done.. above and beyond... unheard of these days. I love it. I am a HUGE fan now. I definitely will be back!!

We've generally had good experiences there, a few that were so-so, but tonight was awful! The sign out front reads "see hostess inside for patio seating, so we made our way to the hostess stand. I asked the young lady that greeted us if we needed to be seated for the chairs along the railing, or just tables? I was told "just the tables, other chairs are open seating". Then I asked to confirm that there were servers for the chairs on the railing, to which she replied "yes, but only for drinks and apps". Perfect - that's what we wanted. We proceeded to sit at two bar stools along the railing in front of the stage, and waited to be served. And waited. And waited. And waited. No one ever acknowledged that we were there, much less took our order. The waitress serving the three tables next to us visited them repeatedly, but never so much as made eye contact with us. After about 20 minutes, I walked back to the hostess stand and asked "do you know who is supposed to be our server? We've been there 20 minutes, and no one has helped us." The hostess said she'd check into it, and I went back to my seat. Over the next 15 minutes, the same server visited the three tables near us, but never acknowledged us. Then, another server waited on a lady sitting at the fir pit. I'd hoped that maybe she was going to help us, but she took the one order and walked back inside. WE WALKED OUT! Like I said, once loved the place. Not sure if they can't keep good staff, or if their success at the location has left them feeling like they no longer need to try, but the place has definitely lost the magic it once had.

It turns out we've been driving past a Kirkwood treasure all this time. This is "upscale-casual" at its finest--professional and refined, but with a neighborhood heart. Service & Logistics The service here is exceptionally polished. From the friendly hosts to our knowledgeable server, everything ran like clockwork. We even had a visit from a gentleman I presume was the owner (likely Bob, who has been at the helm for decades). He didn't just "check-in"--he saw we needed a few items and personally took care of it. Pro Tips: * Reservations: Don't look for them on OpenTable. They use their own dedicated form on their website, which is simple and efficient. * Wednesday Wine: If you can, visit on a Wednesday. They offer half-priced wine bottles with your meal--a fantastic value for their extensive collection. Cocktails & Drinks The bar program here is excellent, and the bartender was friendly and engaging. * White Negroni (4.5/5): Though they may not have had Suze (the drink wasn't perfectly clear), the bartender absolutely nailed the flavor profile and balance. * Barrel-Finished Manhattan (4.5/5): Their use of an in-house barrel finish makes this classically executed cocktail a real standout--highly recommended for whiskey lovers. * Wine: They have an awesome selection. Definitely ask your server for recommendations! The Food: American Fare with a Global Twist * House Salad (4.5/5): You have to try their house dressing--it's a creamy garlic style that reminds me of the classic Mayfair Hotel dressing. It's incredibly tasty and a true St. Louis staple. * Blackened Grouper (4.5/5): As someone who loves Florida grouper, this hit the mark. Lightly blackened with a fresh mango salsa; vibrant and perfectly executed. * Rainbow Trout (4.25/5): The orange tarragon cream sauce is the star. It was perfectly balanced--enough to enhance the fish and rice without being "soupy." * Pilot House Chicken (4.5/5): A delicious, well-seasoned chicken breast. Savory, juicy, and very well-prepared. * Extras (5/5): They start you with lavash crackers and butter, and the hot, fresh rolls are dangerous. They even finish the night with powdered sugar cookies--a classic Sunset 44 touch. Dessert * S'more Cheesecake & Chocolate Martini (4.5/5): We opted for this beautifully executed, unique dessert. It was yummy on its own, but ordering a Chocolate Martini to accompany it was the perfect move. The Vibe: It definitely skews toward a more mature, quiet crowd.
