Visit this Texas Roadhouse, and it's a good thing we called ahead first for the 8 of us including a tiny one. We didn't have to wait long when we arrived, and when we did, we got the most delicious rolls and butter. Our server P, did a great job taking care of us when we were seated. She remembered drink orders, and when we all placed our dinner order she remembered those and everything came out correct. However, I did order a chili with my Steak and Rib Combo, and the chili was less than lukewarm. We received our meals and those were also lukewarm at best. I had the 12oz ribeye and ribs Combo with chili and buttered corn. The corn was warm and good the chili again not so much. Also ordered the beef tips, and although they were good still not hot all around, it was warm in some areas. Come on Texas Roadhouse I know you can do better. Was in Texas Roadhouse last nite and there was a waitress on the floor named Reagan that was being so rude and hostile toward another waitress in front of all the customers. For one Reagan very rudely interrupted a conversation between a customer and another waitress . Reagan was acting like a bully while our waitress was trying to take our drink orders. Hollering at our waitress. Reagan was so rude and disrespectful to the other co-worker. Our waitress apologized to use and said I'll be right back . She did the right thing in taking this ordeal in the back to the kitchen. The manager needs to discipline Reagan for being so rude and out of control. And causing a scene in front of the customers. Stumping around like some spoil brat that didn't get her way. I praise our waitress for defusing the situation the proper way. Thank you. The food was excellent as usual. I haven't been here in maybe 2 decades, since my children were still in school. I absolutely don't understand the hype!!! It was super crowded on a Friday night, I mean packed! Our wait time was 65-75 minutes. My other dinee had a gift card that they wanted to use. The menu has not changed, nothing new added and folks still love it here. Where do I start?? We have never had a poor experience here other than tonight. First, the hostess took my phone number down wrong. I am glad we asked about the wait after we were told 45 minutes and waited about 55 minutes. Pro tip- have them repeat your phone number back to you. Next, if you want prime rib make sure you call before you show up. The manager (we assumed she was the manager due to her polo) and waitress suggested that for us to do next time. At this point we are very understanding, but our waitress was so distracted due to another unhappy customer complaining about their order that she failed to bring rolls (we asked a total of 3 times for rolls). Our salads came out after our entrees. I ordered a medium rare ribeye (since they were out of prime rib), but it came out rare. I did not send it back. When the "manager " came around my husband had a nice chat with her, but we were not happy with her response. She shrugged off every issue we had and blamed it on teenagers at the front and us not calling in to check for prime rib. She showed zero empathy or care for any issue. Our waitress was nice, but guess who never brought any rolls. Even when we asked for some to-go. We like this location and have been loyal for 5 years. I understand this might not be a big concern to most, but this experience has affected our over all opinion of recent customer service and quality of experience.
