Looking for a casual dining experience with a fun crowd, this is the place to go YeeeeeeHawwwww! We always have a great time dining here. In fact, I'm writing this review after dining 2 weekends in a row! The restaurant gets crowded pretty quickly on a Saturday night so I suggest adding your name to the wait list prior to arrival to cut down your waiting time. Waiting time averages about an hour. Upon being seated you're greeted with a smile and a basket of fresh baked rolls which are absolutely delicious. It's so hard to not ask for more when you're trying to be mindful of your waist lol. We started with lemonades, waters, and I decided to try the frozen mango margarita dusted with Tajin. Very tasty. For starters, tater skins and a bowl of chili. They were so yummy. We topped some of the tater skins with the chili! For entrees, my husband enjoyed a grilled pork chop and I the grilled shrimp. Every dish was loaded with flavor. You definitely do not need to add any additional seasoning to your plates. The pork chop was so tender and the pepper corn sauce complimented the meat well. The shrimp were grilled well and tasty ... just a bit hard to take off the skewer. Green beans are always tasty, you can taste the smokiness in the broth and the buttered corn was delish too. First time eating at a Texas Roadhouse establishment. I am guilty of saying Instagram brought me here. Maybe other Texas Roadhouses are way better but this establishment was okay. The food was pretty decent for the first time. The signature bread and cinnamon butter could have been better. Cinnamon butter wasn't as cinnamon as I thought it would be. The bread was nice and fluffy. I ordered the portobello mushroom chicken with butter corn and Caesar salad as my side. The chicken was juicy; the mushroom with the chicken was a great combination. Ok I love this place. Love the rolls that are paired with honey/cinnamon/butter. So I came out here my birthday after a trip from Ikea. Midas well use the free appetizer. I was served the GRITTIEST salad I have ever been served. It felt like someone took a shaker of sand and gently dusted my whole salad with sand. My wife loves her Caesar salad from Texas Roadhouse, but even she couldn't finish this grit fest. Someone needs to be taught how to wash the lettuce because it seemed completely unwashed. Deja was amazing. Super friendly and attentive. My steak and potato were good. However there was no salt or pepper on the table and the Texas Roadhouse sauce was almost completely empty. The waiting line wasn't as bad as I thought. It was about 15min waiting on Sunday evening. The girl who walked us in was very patient, she waited for us to pick out the steak at the front before walking us into the table. The guy who was taking care of my table was nice. We ordered the frozen sangria margarita and the frozen hurricane margarita and these are amazing. I would definitely recommend those. Each cost about $6.50 but it's huge and it's very tasty. You will not able to pick out the filler mignon at the front but you can ask whoever takes care of your table about it. Each steak comes with 2 sides. It takes us about more than 40 mins to wait for the food, it takes forever :( but the steak was tasty. If you have birthday party, they will bring out a fake cow so that the birthday person will seat on that, but they do not do anything else special beside that for birthday party table. read more

Well first of all I will say as far as the food quality it wasn't bad I felt like the chicken in my salad was not prepared properly very stale very hard as well as the red onions we're not chopped up they were just it was like they had not done very much of anything to prepare the salad. My girlfriend's chicken fry on a scope 1 to 10 was about a seven. She had a baked sweet potato which was overcooked. But like I said all in all it wasn't bad on the food now when we went to pay that's where we had the problem I will not just hand my credit card to a waitress I don't trust them I had a bad previous experience so we took the ticket up to the front of the location. There was a problem with that and then a lady that I assume work for Texas Roadhouse I do not recall her name and she would not tell me but she started screaming what is the problem? Called me all kinds of names as we were told to leave the location and she threw me the bird. There was a gentleman by the name of Nate that thought that he was the baddest person in town and I'm an ex Bouncer and I've got size on my side so I told him if he really wanted to play that with me make the first swing and I would handle it. I don't feel that this had any place in a restaurant I have never been back in about 7 years because of their inferior service and pathetic meals but I thought I would give them another chance for my girlfriend's birthday. Needless to say we will never be back and would advise any diners avoid Texas Roadhouse they try to push drinks which neither one of us drink they tried to push them three different times. Not to mention I believe they're getting sued because of a drunk hitting and maybe killing a 13 or 14 year old from what I understand. Okay, I am revising and increasing my rating, for the White Marsh Avenue Texas Roadhouse, from one star to three stars. I've decided to do so after finally meeting an adult who understands customer service. On my recent visit, a gentleman who seemed to be the owner operator took some time to visit my table and bring refired steak bites for my grandson. Note, when a 5 year old says the meat is overcooked, you should try it and see. His were cremated. Thanks for the customer service. It should be noted that this is not the place to order oil and vinegar for a salad dressing. They brought me cooking oil, yuck! When I mentioned this to the manager, he offered to keep some olive oil on hand. This should be a corporate standard and a fresh vinaigrette should be developed by their chefs. Texas Roadhouse is limited by being a chain restaurant but you can get a decent hunk of beef for an almost reasonable price. read more

I ordered "TO GO" menu on Saturday, March 20, 2020. I ordered a Medium Well Porterhouse Steak as a part of my meal. My steak was "RED" throughout. I ordered a half of gallon of Sweet Tea but was given Unsweetened Tea . My Sweet Potato was "Hot". Come on people, I just paid $51 dollars for my order and now I have to "BROIL" my steak at home to achieve "Medium Well" doneness. Also I have to warm my Sweet Potato to eat it. Furthermore, I have to add sugar to my Unsweetened Tea. Pitiful, Pitiful, Pitiful!!! This is my third screwed up "TO-GO" order. I will never order from this establishment again!!!! First, apologies for no pics. Totally forgot. But I'll still do a review. 2 buddies and I went here for a nice steak dinner. We hadn't visited the roadhouse in a while, so a revisit was in order. We shared the appetizer combo - boneless chicken chunks, potato skins, and rattlesnake bites. This was the best part of the meal. Chicken were small pieces that were a little overcooked, but the spice was good. The bites were a hit as well. Skins were ok and not special. Two friends each ordered a filet. Both came out smaller than they expected, and not seasoned at all. We asked 2 people for salt and pepper and took too long. They were cooked properly to medium rare and medium. My ribeye was overcooked to medium well instead of the medium rare requested. I don't waste food, so didn't return it. The shrimp I added were not really seasoned but ok. The sides of green beans, applesauce, steak fries, and sweet potato were generally ok. I think my sweet potato was good. We waited about 30 min on a Tuesday night at 6p. They are not using all the tables, but not in any pattern that was obvious to us. We were seated next to and directly across other people, while there were three consecutive booths empty. I wanted to change my ratings, because I found a favorite plate the meet so tender and all the very generous portions and flavor was SO good! Texas road house has solid meal options for when you're in the mood for a hearty meal, without going completely overboard. The atmosphere is very loud, with a country vibe. Be prepared for all of the birthday songs and performances they have, and they will ask for crowd participation. There are peanut shells on the floor, from the complementary peanuts on the table, but I think that is part of their aesthetic, not just dirt. Of course the rolls are an all time fave and you can have your fill of them and barely make it to your meal. I never fully venture out on the menu, something about the place doesn't make me want to try their seafood options . In the past I would get the half chicken (bbq or plain), but they have taken that off the menu. This now forces me to get the bbq chicken breast, which for me, the portion is a bit small. They have really good mashed potatoes and I get a caesar salad, which is nothing special, but gets the job done. Overall, I have a solid experience each time, and the food hits the mark for the price point. read more

Order takeout online. Waited 15min after the scheduled pick up time to be told the order was being bagged. Initially the order looked good, but found Texas Roadhouse did not include several items (ordered a 1/2 dozen rolls and it was not included) and left off toppings (I.e. chili was ordered for a baked potato, but none was provided). This raises questions on the staffs ability to check orders, ensure consistency, and overall quality control. I expect we will go to Fallston if we ever want Texas Roadhouse in the future. I was very hungry when I ordered food to go from the White Marsh location and happy when I picked it up. I heard they have good food and couldn't wait to eat. When I opened my food the sirloin steak was much smaller than I thought it would be but that ok. Then I bite into it and it was pink inside when I ordered well done(no pink). It was also very tough, I couldn't chew or swallow it. That was very disappointing because I dont like wasting food. The baked potato wasn't cooked all the way and was hard to cut open. The rolls with cinnamon butter was the best thing I ate that night, the greens and shrimp wasn't bad. This was the first time going to Texas Roadhouse but dont think I'll go again. read more

Celebrating a graduation last minute. Never prefer this location of all of them but it was convenient and bad weather. As usual not the best experience but mostly due to the unpleasant hostess welcome. They really need to check the workers here to keep good business. She presented with attitude right off the bat!! On the flip side our waitress Gayle was top notch. She made the visit much better and is to be commended. Her service was warm friendly and accommodating especially after making our seating cleanliness much improved. The food was just ok in comparison to Fallston counterpart. The grilled shrimp was "inedible " that was our only complaint. Probably won't return anytime soon but needed to acknowledge at least the one good experience. read more

This was the worst TR experience so far. We had table for 8 but chairs for 7. We had to ask 3 times for the extra chair. We let waitress know right away there was no steak sauce on table and we would need it. She brought it at end of meal. Waitress took 20 minutes to even come over and introduce herself and take drink orders. The worst part was I ordered my steak and it was raw, chewy and hard to cut. I asked to return to refire. Well the manager brought it back and said "don't hesitate to get me back". My meat was still tough. I asked her over and said I did not like it. She squarely looked me in the eye and said, "well did you even give it a little taste testy".... What??? How rude. My sweet potato had burnt marshmallow and no brown sugar. Tonight (6/1/2024) was very busy but our waitress Robynne (sp?) makes sure our table was well taken care of. We never had to look for her for anything and she was constantly checking on us. The staff that backfilled for her also did an amazing job and the manager checked in with the tables to make sure things were going well. I stumbled into this TR after flying high next door at ifly! It seemed like the most natural move after some great fun. And to be honest I really get a thrill out of throwing peanut shells on the floor!!! I'm not your all American cowboys and I don't always need a big slab of steak. I ordered the grilled chicken with BBQ sauce and a backed sweet potato. Everything was good but the other people I was with did not enjoy there steak or the chicken fried steak. Three out of seven of the people I ate with didn't like there food. The chicken fried steaks tasted like the oil needed to be changed. The steak apparently was overcooked and rubbery. I didn't find this out until they ate to much to send back so I didn't raise to much dust. The waitress was apologetic, but didn't really rectify anything. The saving grace for this restaurant is always those rolls with that amazing butter, we probably went through a pound of rolls. We didn't order desert because it was someone's birthday and we were to go someplace else for cake. All in all the meal was good for me and rough got others. I've eaten here about 6 times in the past and never had envy issues. I won't let one experience put a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Unfortunately the Texas Roadhouse experience was shaky. It started with a 30 minute wait which ended up being only 10 minutes. We got the notification and was told to stand near the number 1. We stood awkwardly in this location for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. The host who took us to the table compensated us with two orders of rolls when we're first sat. Yummmm! Sadly she couldn't compensate for the rest of this experience. We sat for 11 minutes before our waiter came over. Parched and Famished was a reoccurring theme throughout this Texas Roadhouse experience. Our waiter Aliyah came over with a trainee named Carmen which explained the delay. While we were ordering Carmen was sent home. I do feel like it could've waited until our order was done. Nonetheless, I was hoping that our experience would turn around. We had our entire order ready to go and Aliyah personality assured us we wouldn't be parched and famished for much longer. Our drinks took forever to come and our food even longer. We received our appetizers 21 minutes after ordering and then didn't receive our food until 22 minutes later. When the appetizers came the waitress who ran our food had the receipt for another table sitting literally on top of my salad. Aliyah corrected this deficiency by bringing me another salad when I told her. The boneless wings were really good I must say. When the food arrived the appearance was definitely lack luster. First my friends blackened Salmon looked almost boiled. He stated it tasted good though. I ordered my ribs with the sauce on the side since I'm diabetic and specified this to the waiter. They came out sauced. I was so annoyed I just asked for them to be removed. The Mac and cheese also was very unappetizing. The food runners excuse was that it was for kids and made by Kraft. Our check also took a long time for it to come. Unfortunately, we left parched and famished. Will I return ? If it's this location probably not..... *this is also one of the only Texas Roadhouse locations that my table was never visited by the manager just to say hi and check on us. read more

This was my first time at this location. Initially i was not impressed because our hostess was not pleasant. But we had an amazing server Brianna F. She even apologized for her coworker. We had a party of 6 but with her it didn't feel like it. Super attentive. She made sure that our drinks were refilled and had great recommendations for drinks. We had margaritas and long island ice teas and all of our food was just how we asked for it to be prepared. Aside from how it was when we walked it we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Went there on 3/5/2023 and ordered a ribeye steak medium rare. When it came out it was well done. Now I went with 2 other people and sent my order back. By time I got another steak my company was finished and the steak looked like roadkill. Asked for manager and explained to her this was my 3rd time at this establishment and they never seem to get my order correct. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. First off, the men's bathroom was so disgustingly dirty that it was literally unusable, and I let the staff know. After their "cleaning up" the bathroom, it was STILL dirty. The mop used to mop up the mess was literally left in the corner of the stall and the garbage was overflowing and all around the floor. 2. And then the service. We waited over 30 minutes for our apps, and once we got them, out comes our entrees. The manager did comp the apps and that was at least a saving point of our dining experience. 3.
