The wait was really long but it's new, the food was fabulous & the service was even better!! Highly recommend it!!

Have been looking forward to going to Texas roadhouse in Rogers. We went last night 04/21/2021, got on the waiting list and was impressed how smooth it was to get a table. Drink order was taken within a couple of minutes and our waitress brought fresh hot bread.. Drinks came in 5 minutes, we needed a few more minutes to look over the menu. Waitress came back with more bread and took our order, we both had the porterhouse/T-bone medium.. me, steak fries & apple sauce, her salad & mash potatoes plus mushrooms on her steak, she ordered another drink. After about 30 minutes our food came except her mash potatoes.. Everything was COLD! and cooked wrong! Raw at the bone and well done around the edges! These are like $35 steaks. My steak was full of grissle and over seasoned. My cold fries had cheese and bacon bits that lifted off the fries like a slice of American not even plyable, stiff! They were cold! After a few minutes my wife's mash came and I told the waitress everything was cold but we'll eat it it's just disappointing. A minutes later a mmale manager came to our table ( I didn't ask for a manager) he apologized made some nonsense excuses and said he was going to take my dinner off the bill, I told him he didn't have to because I'm going to eat or take it home but he insisted he was going to comp me my meal, I thanked him and he left. By now I was done with Texas roadhouse and asked for a to go box and the check. He didn't take my meal off the bill and we didnt get to eat our looking forward to meal.. With tip for 3 drinks and 2 cold dinners it cost $116.00. So disappointing. read more

This restaurant has great service, my fiancé & I love the call ahead waitlist! The servers are always amazing as well.

First of all, the wait is LONG. When you finally get in the hostesses are very rushed and rude which is not good for business since they are the first people you see. Specifically Arielle, she was saying things in a condescending tone and seemed to hate her job. We finally got seated, and had the server "Kitty". She was very fake with how she talked to us and her service was just not very good. She left us waiting a while, wouldn't get things out of the way for us, and she did not give me my change back. I hate to write this because I have been a huge fan of TR since it came out, but this location needs to step it up. read more

Service was very friendly and on the ball. Food was hot and fresh. However I ordered a filet. Parts of it were very good but had way too much fat and gristle. I notified the server and all she said was I'll tell the manager. That was the last I heard a word. Very disappointed. read more

Granted this is a new location just getting acclimated but that does not give the excuse for poor service. This is not my first rodeo with TR as we frequented one in California. The place was slammed. We got there and 30 minutes later was a shift change. We waited for the food to come and an "experienced" server would have noticed that we had no food as the tables around us that had been seated after had already been served. Seems our food had been placed in an area and left to sit but was still delivered. No apology just her ya go. There are a ton of options in our area therefore we really do not see a need to go back for watered down drinks, inattentive service and poorly presented and cold food. They were really busy with a long wait time. We knew that going in as we were on the waitlist for 1 1/2 hours. I had ordered my steak well done, it was far from the way I ordered it. They did fix the problem and it tasted very good. The rolls were awesome! I think they are still working a few kinks out and things will get better when they are not the newest hot spot in the area. There was an hour wait and around 50 minutes of waiting when my mom asked how many people were still ahead of us, the hostess rudely stated we had 10 minutes left to wait and didn't answer how many people were in front of us. Once we got seated we were served rolls with no butter. The waiter promptly brought butter after we asked but then throughout the night we repeatedly had to ask for things. With our appetizer we asked for ranch when we ordered and it was forgotten. We had to ask for any refills needed throughout the dinner. We also only saw our waiter twice. For the initial ordering and for the check. A different server brought refills, a different one brought the appetizer, a different one brought our salads, and a different one brought our meal. It also took forever to finally get the check. I'm not sure if our server was new or what but he was sinking with what tables he had. This place is so good! I've recently become a fan of Texas Roadhouse just solely on the taste of food. I've been to this location twice now and food was consistent and delicious both times. Reading through some of the reviews people posted it appears these people have never worked in the service industry. This location is always busy! Keep in mind these servers are working their tail off and butter might be forgotten but don't worry people you will get it! Be kind to your server and realize you are not their only table and they also have a million other tasks to do so things may be forgotten. Please come to this location with the mindset it is busy! Put your name on waitlist online! and be prepared to wait. Also be ready to wait some more when you arrive at your expected time because again this place is crazy busy and people like to sit and talk after dinner but just be patient because you will be sat and have a delicious meal. Remember to be kind to your server and tip especially if you are one of those people that ask for numerous complimentary rolls and still manage to complain if you don't get it on time. read more

i absolutely love texas road house! i have been to this location 2 times now and it was always a great experience. the reason for 3 stars is only because of the wait being so long and not seeing my waiter for 20-30 mins at a time and the food isn't the best if ever had. but not the worst. i got the pulled pork and would like for more sauce because it was dry and my buns were burnt but the sides and appetizers were awesome! read more

Visited for first time today. I had a top sirloin that was filled with tough tendons. Manager came by offered to bring another but I did not want to wait, so chewed through the tough cut. Rolls were nice and warm but had the chewy outer crust as though they had been in microwave too long. Waiter, Jerome, was super attentive. No gripe there! read more

I ordered a small ribeye. The steak tasted mediocre, at best, however it carried a premium price tag. The wait was 2 hours so we sat at the bar and got a seat pretty quickly. Surprisingly our service was pretty good & bartender was friendly. I won't return. read more

Since opening have visited 3 times. Service has gone downhill, wait times both to be seated and to get food are unacceptable. Hostesses seating customers extremely rude. Once we ordered, waited about 30 minutes to get meal. My husband was actually served both his meal sides 15 minutes in advance of getting his ribs, really? Why? I did not get my sides in advance, got mine with my meal. I ordered prime rib medium to medium well and it came to the table cooked past well done, tough as a board and visibly dried out, hard to cut. Waitress could see it was cooked that way and should have never served it. Manager offered a partial refund, but it should have been taken off tab. Waitress catered to my husband during the meal, hey I'm your customer too, ask me also, give me some eye contact! Then to add insult, she handed the credit card receipt to my husband for his signature, when it was my credit card, with my name on it, AND she picked the credit card up from my side of the table. I have been to a few Texas roadhouses before and normally enjoyed them. I went to the one in Rogers Ar on 1/23/2022. It was packed but in most that is normal and never a problem. This time My wife went in and the service was not the best. The food was worse than I expect also. I ordered full slab of ribs and my wife got the 8 oz sirloin with shrimp. My ribs tasted good but were cold by the time I got them . My wife's steak was a little tough but shrimp was good. The baked potato was the best part of the meal which is disappointing. I know they were packed but we had a hard time getting refills on drinks. Also there rolls were so dense they were not good to eat. I hate going to a restaurant that I expect a certain level and afterwards think I would have been happier going to golden corral to get a better steak and food. You better step up your game or I will tell everyone to stay away from this particular location. read more
