This was my wife and my first time here and we loved it! From the moment we walked in, the staff was very welcoming. The waitress Gab was super friendly and attentive. The rolls and cinnamon butter was so delicious. We ordered the prime rib with salad and chili as well as the steak kabobs. All the food was fresh tasting and warm when it arrived. We loved our experience here and will definitely be back!

We went for a birthday dinner and got there early on before 4pm as we aren't big on having to wait too long for a table. We got seated right away and our server was excellent and attentive the whole time there. I ordered the 14oz prime rib (which is always my go to) with applesauce and a cup of chili. The prime rib was tasty and cooked perfectly. Chili had just the right amount of kick to it. Ofcourse the rolls and butter were just as great as ever.

After a few years away, I decided to revisit Texas Roadhouse. While the sirloin steak was tender, I recommend picking your own cut to ensure you get the best quality. The service was average, and while the drinks were tasty, they didn't pack a punch. I was surprised to see ample warning signage about peanut dust and shells, but there were no bins of peanuts available. Additionally, the floor was exceptionally clean, which was a first for me. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I'm a bit disappointed that some of the classic Texas Roadhouse elements were missing. (Random: Texas-themed decor and a moose head don't go together)

It's the steakhouse chain that all the others wanted to be, but failed to maintain over the years. It's insanely busy, but the system they have is like a machine. You are greeted at the host desk, ushered to your table with a basket of hot buttery buns with cinnamon butter dropped off immediately upon being seated. We met our server who was super engaging, funny and got our order exactly right. Our table ordered a ribeye, filet and by strip - all of which were cooked spot on temperature-wise and seasoned just right. Loaded baked potatoes were bomb - hard to screw those up but just what we were looking for. The only mediocre side were the green beans which were overcooked but hey I get it, hanging out on a steam table does that to them. We had to ask for sour cream for the taters, because loaded at TR means butter, bacon and cheddar only. For an all around very good and consistent steakhouse stop Texas Roadhouse should be on your list.

Yikes, the server on the floor.

Shut up. There is no way this is real. My taco came and it was all greasy and gross and there was no meat and it was all taco.Q I can't believe this. Wow this is a show. Shocking me I used to love the pineapple bread at Texas roadhouse and I used to love slathering a good slab of butter on it, but guess what those days are over because Texas road. The ambience is gross. I could never imagine another place like this. The wallpaper is peeling. There's cars beep beep beeping outside. I don't even know what to believe. So instead of ordering a taco when I call my server over, she went What in such a rude manner. I told her that my taco was gross and that there was not much beef on it so she said OK and I said can I switch it out for some steak she said, of course, so I switched out my ugly beef taco for some steak and when it came back, it was fully pink no cook only on the side it was cooked so I told her I was like this is pink. What do you mean? I don't want a pink steak it's uncooked I'll get sick. She said I don't care about your health needs. All I care about is getting money and then I told her I was not leaving her a tip because I don't like giving people tips anyway, but since she was such a sour pus, I was never giving her a tip ever again. So I came there next week to see if we could upgrade maybe to get something better and maybe not give this review a bad review. and then I have the same server again and she said ugh. What are you doing here now? I said I'm going to get some food. You're busy working so go back into the kitchen and get me a water peasant. She said it was harsh and she gave me a scarf, but then she came out with pink water, pink water are we serious? I took a sip of it and it was pink lemonade. I didn't ask for pink lemonade, so I threw it at her and she fell to the ground. Honestly, I don't care at this point because I never coming back to Texas roadhouse at this point because then I asked for a steak with no sauce seeing if maybe I could get steak better maybe it was like maybe get a little better, but when it came out the food, it was a whole new server and they were very very tall and they gave me my steak when they threw it down the plate cracked and the sauce they put on the side even when I said no sauce, it fell all over the steak and I don't even know what to do because I don't like sauce and sauce is gross and it's disgusting and it was a blue cheese which is the devil of all sauces. Honestly, I'm never coming back to Texas roadhouse again if you if you wanna kill me to go to Texas roadhouse if I had the choice to go to Texas roadhouse or die, I could die because the servers are so nasty and evil and the food is pink and it's saucy and the plates crack easily and the wallpaper is peeling in the ambience is gross and if you want pictures DM me.

No issues with parking. We arrived as they opened (4pm) on a Monday and by the time we were leaving the rush came. Staff was friendly and our server was attentive. We didn't have to wait too long for our food and they came out as ordered. We weren't fans of the drinks, just watery.

Sangria Margarita! Bravo! Taste great I asked for lightly salted and strong...they delivered. I should've had two!

It was crowded. Definitely Saturday night vibes, couples, families, birthdays, singing, laughter, drinks, and steaks. I see myself moving away from chain locations and going with small businesses because I love supporting locals, however it was suggested by my BF. He promised pretty drinks and rare steaks, how could I say no? It was loud but friendly, GREAT customer service, the wait time can be 30-40 minutes so we made a reservation the day of dinner, which can be done on the website. We received two texts one to confirm our reservation and wait time and one advising us when we should start moving to the hosts to confirm seating. Did I say it was loud? Loud but not obnoxious with yelling children, but extremely upbeat and festive. MLB was on a big screen. My rib eye steak was awesome, rare, and cut so smooth with my steak knife..... the Sangria Margarita was exactly how I asked, no complaints. Great company and MLB what a perfect night. The cinnamon butter on those heated fresh rolls are amazing! This is my first time here so I guess I'm late on that. I'm a New Yorker so we don't do Texas often, but I was wrong. Please check the website if you plan to go you can wait outside for 45 minutes without a reservation on a Saturday night.

We had no idea what we were in for ...wow!! We ordered separate bbq brisket (not as a sandwich, we wanted to focus on the meat) and a side of Mac and cheese and bbq beans. Wow, the brisket was the best bbq brisket I had eaten anywhere. Until today, the best I had eaten was in Texas and in Maine. It was so moist, flavorful, rich melt in your mouth brisket deliciousness ... with a perfectly paired horseradish bbq sauce on the side. Everything is clearly homemade with lots of experience and love...A heavenly brisket for sure!! The bbq beans with a variety of beans and chunks of beef that was also absolutely delicious and a standalone meal ... best beans anywhere with regard to flavor, spice, bean variety, texture and sauce ratio. And finally, the Mac and cheese was perfect, not too salty and more like the Jamaican macaroni pie ... crispy on the outside, great cheese quality, and perfectly salted wothoit being greasy. It paired perfectly with the flavorful moist meat and beans!! I returned to share my gratitude to the incredible chef du jour, Freddie. I really love and will travel for good bbq and this is as good as it gets!! No wonder it's award winning. And chef Fred is also a full time firefighter, father of you can imagine, and a lovely kind down to earth person, as is his partner, Jeff!! Thanks for your hospitality! Definitely we will be returning here often! I make a mean braised brisket (grandmother's recipe) but bbq brisket is tough to make and keep moist! They nailed it!! We love the ambience/ location at the Williamstown Amish market entrance ... and worth following this award winning chef and good truck to other locations!

When he saw my wife and I come in with kids in tow, he immediately entertained them while we had a chance to scope out the menu. As we ordered, he offered helpful tweaks - that seems like too much, if you have picky eaters we can do a grilled cheese, etc. He suggested the best sides and even ran to get the drinks filled at the fountain from the other side of the restaurant. 10/10 service that would have me back even if they served garbage. Fortunately, the food matched the service. My only complaint was that my burger was so juicy it squirted onto my shirt when I took a bite. That said, I'd sacrifice a shirt every time I can here if it meant I'd be treated to a perfectly juicy, expertly cooked patty. The sides were great too, led by the truffle fries. They had the perfect amount of Parmesan, finely grated so you didn't feel like you were just eating chunks of cheese, and the truffle oil was delicious. We also tried the Mac and cheese bites, which were tasty but a bit small if you want to split with more than two.
