Been to this location several times for dinner. It's gets really packed so I all ways opt for an early dinner service. The restaurant was already packed but we only waited about five minutes before being seated. It was loud from conversations buzzing but I'm glad the music wasn't too loud. Our waitress was nice and her service was amazing. She made sure to come back and check on us several times. I ordered a house margarita that was just regular but I got the don julio shot along side that helped it taste better than just juice. I ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer and they were really good along with the ranch it comes with. We also ordered the cheeseburger, and two NY strip steaks covered with mushrooms and onions. Well I'm not even finished eating yet. But I had to take a moment to use the restroom. Upon my visit to the latrine I witnessed a worker in there using the restroom and then leaving. Leaving without washing his hands. Even as a rough around the edges male I find this disgusting. At this point in life everyone should be on board with it being a regular practice to wash your hands. Instead I think his third world mentality of not doing so is an arrogant gesture and disrespectful decision. His disregard to others health is something I'd see someone fired for. The lunch visit my friend and I had at this Texas Roadhouse was unfortunately plagued with issues. First things first, when we sat down and pulled the menus out they felt gross. We came in right after the place had opened and the table was still wet. Not a huge deal but I rather sit at a ~dry~ table. When I opened my menu (on the wet table) there was a hair stuck to it, gross (this is pictured.) Overall the place did not feel clean. Second, I ordered a cup of chili to go along with my meal and it came out incredibly spicy. I was expecting mild and it was more so... burn your mouth off style. I hate spicy food so that item had to be returned back to the kitchen. I almost never do that, but the menu did not state this item was supposed to be spicy and I wasn't going to waste money on something I couldn't eat - nor my friend. Third, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger that came with no bacon. When I told the waiter he adjusted the price to fix it. He apologized and said that the cooks hadn't finished preparing the bacon yet for the day and just started sending out the bacon burgers without any on them. I'm sure it must be hard to be a waiter who is trying your best and then your cooks and bussers mess up the customer's experience. Our waiter was friendly and stopped by frequently, so we made sure to still tip him well. My burger was the most boring burger I've ever had. It left a lot to be desired. The Texas Roadhouse bread is good of course and so are their burger buns, but everything else about the burger was unsatisfactory. Fries were boring as well, tasted like nothing. The strawberry lemonade tasted watered down. Surprisingly my friend did enjoy their salmon and said it was good. All in all, the service and one of our food items- good. Everything else was poor quality. So if you're going to come here, fill up on bread and get the salmon. And maybe bring hand sanitizer. I have no advice other than that. read more

Texas Roach House! I visited with three other guests. We were seated in an area where the temperature was 60 degrees. We asked to be re-seated which they obliged. Once at the designated seating the waitress went and brought our drinks, The waitress then proceeded to spill 4 sweet teas on one of the people I came with. She was drenched from head to toe. When we spoke to the manager she was very nonchalant and refuse to offer a free meal for the person who the drinks were spilled on. Slow to take my order, slow to bring food out, and slow to check up on you. I will say they are quick to give you a to go box and the check. Killer ribs (appetizer with fries) 2/5 - the ribs were fall off the bone, dry, and cold. The sauce on the ribs were good though and the fries were well seasoned and hot. When visiting this location, there are a few things to consider. It will be noisy, overcrowded, and they offer poor customer service. A former customer and staff member reported roaches at this location. We arrived at quarter to four and were greeted by the host. She informed us that there would be a five minute wait and offered us to place an order of steak while we waited in line. We were seated at a table for six instead of the requested booth. Our server Joe rushed us to place an order for drinks before we could take a seat. I needed to use the restroom and was rudely ignored. Joe blocked my entry to the table, leaving me trapped between the seat and him. We placed our food order and waited a half hour for it to arrive. My guest and I requested a side salad as our first side dish. Her salad came out first, while I patiently waited for my own salad and/or meal. When the food finally arrived, a couple of minutes later, I noticed that my requested well done sirloin was visibly bleeding. Joe asked if I wanted to cut it open to see if it was well done, but I informed him that it was not well done and was visibly bleeding on the plate. Joe rudely walked away with an attitude, leaving me waiting for my meal and salad once again. The manager, Sonya, finally arrived and walked past my table. She asked why I hadn't ordered any food, even though my guest was already eating. I explained that I was waiting for my meal that was sent back, side salad and green beans. Sonya apologized for the inconvenience and offered a discount on our meals. However, my food was served three minutes later, and Joe never returned to our table to ask if we needed anything or wanted to place an order for dessert. My guest and I had to pay with the kiosk. I remember going to a Texas Roadhouse restaurant a very long time ago. I really can't remember much about it but when I discovered one as close as 25 miles from my home, it was a no brainer. Off I went. First of all we were doted on not having to ask for anything, our wait person guided our choices, and they were superb. I had a combo dinner of a ribeye and ribs, The bones fell out of the meat which was succulent, perfectly spiced and nestled next to a gorgeous ribeye, my favorite cut of beef. Their salt mixture on the meat before grilling it was outstanding. It was however a little over cooked and our server insisted on replacing it. What was returned was every I have always wanted. They have a glass case as you walk in the front with their hand cut steaks with the ounces listed for you to pick out to eat. The dinner rolls were not the usual as they seemed homemade and was served with cinnamon butter whipped and soft. My drink of choice was a diet soda and since they only serve fountain drinks, was hard pressed to say yes but I took a chance. This was a perfect fountain drink. All the flavor and fizz I sometimes don't get was present and a replacement was served before I was even ready. My friend had the salmon served with a fresh vegetable medley and napped with a lemon butter and herb sauce. She loved every bit of it as much as I loved my entree. Every one was gracious, helpful and it was so much more reasonably priced compared to other steak house chains. I will go back and often. Made a mission out of going to Texas Roadhouse this weekend. I had a voucher for the past couple of months and have been so excited to come back, previous to my last visit I hadn't been in years and something about the restaurant is just so nostalgic. Y'all know them rolls hit everytime, we also started with the fried pickles which came out super hot and fresh, and then I had the 8 oz. Sirloin with mushrooms, onions and cheese, and sweet potato and salad. It was all really delicious. Also, since it was margarita day I got the 10 oz margarita that's $5 all day every day. Our server was really great, checked on us all the time and made sure our orders were right. Per usual it was super busy in there but we didn't have more than a 30 min. wait. The festive energy of the restaurant is always my favorite thing especially the birthday Yee-Haw! Horrible day. Food prepared 3 times. I think the first time would have probably been good but my guess it that it sat under the light for 30 minutes overcooked and dried out. I was given ribs that were horrible to replace the steak they messed up. The manager knew she was dropping off 8 day old ribs. The server said the kitchen messes up all the time. No one is trying to get free food or discounted food...just good food prepared as requested. We are paying for this. I am going.to give then time to get the back of the house right. My wife and I went here last night for Valentine's Day. They were extremely busy. They stopped adding people to their wait list at 7 pm because they wouldn't be able to sit and serve them. We added our names to the list via online and we had a quote of 8:16 pm to be seated. I thought maybe if we get there early we can get in earlier. That's how I know they stopped taking people at 7pm. We went to Kohl's to shop while waiting. We got back around 7:45 and I observed the host staff handle a large crowd of people constantly checking on how much longer. We didn't get seated until 9:06, so it was a long wait. But I was extremely impressed with the way the host staff treated everyone with respect and kindness. No one got agitated at the customers and answered everyone who asked 'how much longer'. It was extremely busy and the care, kindness and attention the host staff gave to everyone was unlike what I've grown accustomed to seeing in today's society.
