Dallas Filet, Mashed Potatoes and Mac & Cheese

Enjoyed our meal at this Texas Roadhouse. Went with a larger group and got a few appetizers to start like the cactus blossom, tater skins, fried pickles, and boneless buffalo wings, and twisted mozzarella. Appetizers came out fast and were really great! Our waiter did check on us often and made sure the kids meals went in first. For a main, I got the Dallas filet with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The filet was cooked how I liked it, the mashed was great as well. I just wish the mac and cheese had a little bit more flavor. Overall, was happy with our experience!

Everything was wonderful. We have a little bit of a wait because I prefer a certain booth in the restaurant. I prefer to be seated in the bar area away from a lot of other people. We went out to dinner with our neighbors who've done so many wonderful things for us. I'm so grateful. All the food was amazing. The company in the service was wonderful. Michelle was our server this evening. She was amazing. She came back several times to refill our beverage without even asking she made sure all the food was exactly as we liked it. We do have a tiny issue with one of the steaks, but they took care of it right away without a problem. I never usually have an issue ever in this restaurant. The portions were huge. We end up taking half of everything home like usual but always a 10 out of 10.

I recently visited the Texas Roadhouse in Walpole, Massachusetts, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way - the food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the service was top-notch!

A great family friendly restaurant in Walpole. We called to have our wedding rehearsal here with a large group of people. They don't have big tables, but we were able to get a few booths next to each other. The service was good and I was able to order the ribeye and grilled shrimp with fries and corn with a strawberry lemonade. The rolls with cinnamon butter was soft and fluffy. The portions are quite big and I had leftovers to take home for the next day. Both the ribeye and shrimp were cooked well and definitely a lot of flavors going on the plate. The strawberry lemonade was sweet and refreshing drink to enjoy with my meal. Take some rolls and the roasted peanuts to go with the leftovers. Overall, a nice place for a large gathering of people.

Texas Roadhouse is one of those places you come for the experience. I've only been here twice, and both of those times I waited almost an hour to be seated. This place gets packed! The interior is super cute, it's like a western theme. They also give you peanuts to eat at the table, paired with a bucket for the shells. There are steaks on display when you first walk in, and you can choose the exact steak if you want which is cool. I've never done this but many people seem to. One of the best things about this place are their hot buttered rolls, served with cinnamon butter. They're huge and delicious, always served fresh. I always ask for a side of their whipped butter as well because sometimes the other butter makes it feel too dessert like. Their food is good, but it is hearty so be prepared to bring home leftovers. I got their smothered tips which came with two sides. I chose a cesar salad and rice, both were super good. My boyfriend got their ribs which he enjoyed. Our mistake was also ordering an appetizer thinking we could eat it all... We both left feeling stuffed and ready to be rolled out of there, but I guess that's expected when you dine here. Come here if you're hungry and ready to EAT.

Had gift cards to TRH and we (4 adults) celebrated my birthday there on a Saturday evening. Glad that I joined the wait list online as the place was very busy. Even either a 10 min wait list we still waited another 30-40 min before seating. TRH must set up system to have the lobby less congested when busy. They use this text messaging to get you in the queue, but then you have to stand there for another 20 min so you don't miss your call out by a wait staff. No empty tables. Had a nice booth with plenty of space. Reception took us to our table along with cutlery, rolls and a bag of roasted peanuts and a can for the shell. Our waiter showed up as we were missing the butter and had only 4 rolls for a table of 4. She brought another basket of rolls, more nuts and butter. Nice options on the menu, so we were all satisfied with choices. Little loud in the room and a few birthday celebrations, but otherwise fine. Food was very good. We had the combo app to start. Server asked us to check on steak and cooked to our satisfaction. Everyone liked their steak, especially with the rooms and onions. I had the salmon which was good and cooked perfectly. Came by for another round of drinks. Sides were fresh too, but the bacon bits on the potato were just chewy. Fair price, good service and good food. Little too crowded and server said this was a slow Saturday evening. We will try again on a weekday dinner. Need to work on the waiting area queue.

Love the staff. Very well run restaurant with not long wait times as long as you put your name on the waitlist (by going online) before you get there. LOVE the frozen sangria Margarita. Chicken critters are also delicious

Just Ok and not as great as I remembered. Steak was ok as were burgers . Rolls are always the standout. The green bean sides were swimming in water and mush. Told the waitress- she said she can't do anything about that but tell the manager when she comes by. She did not come by so I am telling you all. Busy but not too loud After posting this I saw my review from 8 years ago about the veggies - I guess the watery veggies are standard.

    20 Oz bone in rib-eye

Excellent bone in ribeye cooked perfectly. Complimentary Warm rolls with honey butter always hot and fresh. I ordered the baked potato and the Vegatables. I requested extra steaming of Vegetables to assure carrots are steamed soft, broccoli steamed tender. Well Rolls, steak , cold beer all good. Baked potato was ordered with butter, sour cream... came only sour cream but cooked perfect and was hot . Same issue here every visit is the rock hard Vegetables taste frozen thawed right from bag Not steamed enough and broccoli stalks rock hard and inedible. I knew this restaurant last many visits same issue... I intentionally requested extra steaming of vegetables... nope Still cold rock hard, carrots tasted no steam at all... very frustrating... Other Texas Roadhouses I eat get them cooked properly? Why can't this place figure it out? Complained to deaf ears... sides at Longhorn Steakhouse are to die for... this place can't least get the franchise dismal sides at least cooked... steak wax excellent and why 4 stars...

I can honestly say that I love this place. I grew up as a kid coming to this establishment Texas roadhouse is famous for their ribs. Steak tips and ribeye. They're so yummy and delicious. I definitely highly recommend this place if you're looking for good Texas style ribs. this is my go to for family events also. so if you're in the area of Texas roadhouse, I definitely would stop here and give it a try if you never tried it.

Chili was so cold the cheese didn't even melt

Came in on a Saturday night. The wait wasn't long but they asked us to go back in the cold and return to our car until we received a text that our table was ready. I started with a Long Island, it was very sweet which is not norm for a drink that is made of majority liquor and a splash of coke. I then ordered a cup of chilli, the flavor was good but it was very cold as if it had been sitting out. For my dinner I got the ribeye and ribs with baked potato and green beans, the steak and sides were perfect but the ribs were a little dry and tough for my liking.

A few days before the party, I reached out to increase our guest count and asked for an updated invoice. They sent me an invoice for $127 three separate times, which I paid on the due date, 7/25. Since they already had my credit card information and Square was only showing the $127 invoice, I assumed that was the remaining balance. The day of the party, they were supposed to arrive at 12pm. At 12:15, there was still no truck, so I checked my email to figure out what was going on. That's when I saw three emails from that morning asking me to pay an outstanding balance, sent just a few hours apart. I was very confused because, as far as I knew, I had paid what I had been invoiced for. I then realized they had cancelled our catering entirely and kept our $600 deposit. At no point did anyone call or text me before cancelling an event for 60 people. I called the number listed on our contract and initially reached someone who told me they had no idea what I was talking about because they were a different part of the company. At that point I was obviously extremely upset... I had 60 people at my house and no food coming. The catering manager eventually called me, and we had a heated conversation that I felt was unnecessarily rude and condescending. I'll fully acknowledge that there was clearly a miscommunication somewhere and that I should have read the contract more carefully. But I've worked with plenty of vendors and have never experienced something like this. If there was an issue with a significant outstanding payment the morning of a large event, I would have expected someone to pick up the phone and call or text before cancelling the entire thing, especially after we had been communicating directly leading up to the party. Ultimately, I lost my $600 deposit and had to spend another $700 on last-minute takeout to feed our family and guests. I understand that there was a miss on both sides, but I'm incredibly disappointed in how the cancellation and communication were handled. It put a really sad mark on what should have been a happy day celebrating my son's fourth birthday. I obviously can't speak to the food because we never received it, but based on my experience, I would not recommend their catering services at all.

The portion of food was generous with a big mound of tender smoked pulled pork, cheesy Mac & cheese, and a creamy potato salad with hard boiled egg pieces in the mix. The cornbread was crumbly and not too sweet. I dispensed some St. Louis and House BBQ sauces (sweet & smoky) and they also have a spicy BBQ sauce too. Patriot Place is a weird location - because of the football games and concerts that bring in lots of one-time eaters, restaurants there don't really have to try, and most just... don't try. So many food places sound good, with wonderful menus, but turn out to be deeply meh or outright inedible. It's been a nice change that Axel & Byrne is actually good food, every time. I really like their burnt ends platter, and the homemade vinegary Carolina sauce. I ended up stealing fries from my friend's plate and dipping them in the Carolina sauce, and mmmmmmm. So good.
